Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham College Station

It was a nice place. Would stay there again. Breakfast was average. Staff was very nice

The breakfast was decent, and the staff at the front desk was great. I really liked how there was no carpet in the rooms, they just need to vacuum/sweep more thoroughly. Make sure you double check the lock to the adjoining room, because mine didn’t actually lock the whole way so I had to switch rooms. Overall, the rooms were good for the price.

Save your time and money. This location is disgusting and smells like death. We noticed a musty funk while walking to our room. Once we opened the door the smell of death was overwhelming. We immediately checked out. Jacqueline-Nicole explained that this is common and she has no idea what house keeping is doing. Jacqueline-Nicole said this happens frequently and she's embarrassed. She explained that she was going to process a return because of our horrible experience. The reimbursement was never processed. A After calling a couple of times its clear the team is also clueless. This location should be closed.

It was not the best we have stayed, BUT the location is good AND it is a great value. It has everything you need.

This was our second visit. First time was great. This time the shower was dirty with lots of long black hairs and rust in corners and sides.All floors dirty too. My clean white socks turned black. I requested service esp on the shower cleaning(hairs) on the second day of visit at 11:30 am. The older lady at the front desk.just gave me a look. Received NO towels and no service. I can say all the rest of the staff are especially nice! The previous stay was great or we wouldn’t have returned.
