The elevator, ice machine on the first floor and laundry machine was out of order. We were there for a softball tournament so I couldn’t wash my daughter’s uniform. The exercise bike in the tiny exercise room didn’t work. We needed to leave early so I checked out at 11am the day before we were scheduled to go and they refused to refund the unused night.

In the tiny pool area was a broken chair and stool. We were there a week and it was still there. There was a washcloth in one of the chairs and again it was still there after a week. The business center was inoperable. I was told it had been that way for a year. The breakfast was very limited. The eggs were terrible. We did TRY them more than once. Overall the staff was friendly.

I will not be rebooking with this location. The elevators were broken all weekend Stayed for two nights having to go up and down the 3rd floor with a new born (car seat) and two toddler with our luggage or daily activities was horrible. The jacuzzi was broken while the pool was freezing.

Internet was not working except at main desk, elevator had been out three months, main desk told us owners had no intention on fixing it, Ice machine not working on first floor had to go to second.. remember no elevator..

We had a room on 3rd floor! Was told when we checked in the elevator didn’t work!!!! Very nonchalant yup elevator doesn’t work and stairs down the hall! No compensation for hauling luggage up 3 floors! Apparently needs upgraded!

We were not allowed to use pool or hot tub as advertised. It was closed. It was stated that the owner did not have the permit. Carpet was all wet by ac unit in room. Tiolet seat was loose and moved . Rooms were very clean and very nice but tables at breakfast were dirty. They seemed under staffed. Front desk clerk had to run breakfast too.

Elevator was not working the whole day and had room on 3rd floor. Also hall way windows at the of the halls were open cause no air in hall ways. Very humid and muggy in the hall way. Was not a great experience at all.

This is the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. We killed 6 cockroaches in our room. Bathroom was dirty. Walls, curtains, and bed comforters had stains on them. Pool and hot tub was dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I would not recommend staying at this hotel, not sure how I got an 8.6 star review.

The room had a nasty smell, not sure where it was coming from. Bathroom walls needed to be cleaned. There was conditioner on shower tile. Breakfast area was warm in morning (and I’m normally cold). Not a lot of parking and no entrance from back of property. Won’t be back.

The computer system was not working so checkin was very difficult and they had a new hire employee who was not fully trained working by herself and the elevator was not working at the site. There were roaches running around in the halls and stairwells

NOT RECOMMENDED! First thing: garbage in the parking lot; 2nd thing: gigantic roach dead on the floor laying in plain sight only 4 feet away from where the checkin clerk was sitting; 3rd thing: took 15 minutes to get checked in (everything was already paid for by Expedia); 4th thing: overall worn out and tired interior and exterior decor and cleanliness; 5th thing: garbage in the parking lot still there after 48 hours despite two notifications on our part.

I was not able to stay there as the room was infested with roaches! It was a terrible experience and very inconvenient as I had to wait for the support team to return my money and book elsewhere.. Other than the cockroaches crawling in the bathroom, the stay was doable for one night. When notifying the counter attendant of the roaches, he dismissed it as if it was no big deal. It’s a big deal to us if you’re serving a complimentary breakfast to your guess.

deadbolt on room door did not work, and i was on 1st floor right next to outside door, no wash cloths snd/ hand towels, tub fictures coming out of wall, real pain to get to, foldout soda bed had bottom sheet and a thin blanket to cover self; staff was friendly, complimentary breakfast was good and very convenient, gave me a noon check- out vs 11without any difficulty, outside property nice, well kept

If you have an opportunity to STAY ANYWHERE ELSE I recommend you do so. First -- the elevator did not work (and this is a 3-story hotel.) The receptacles in the bathroom did not work, nor did the ones at the coffee station. The shower drain did not keep up with the shower, and I was standing in one inch of dirty water by the end. My room key stopped working twice. The breakfast ran out of sausage on the second day and offered only cereal and bread on the third day.

Room needs some maintenance. Peeling and cracked walls. Squeaky ceiling noises from upstairs rooms. Desk and TV stand had some black sticky funk on it and the comforter had a large dirt smudge on it. Bed was comfortable and front desk staff was nice.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and spacious the 2 queen room was and how comfortable the beds were as well. This was a very convenient location for a very affordable rate, we will stay here again if we are back in this area.

Less than 10 rooms occupied, 2.) door to room was ajar with safety lock keeping room open, 3.) painters tape over the shower faucet plate, shower had brown residue and dripped calk, 4.) internet was not reliable, 5.) air conditioning unit to loud. couldn't hear the TV when running. 5.) had to ask the front desk representative about watching national news because we could not find it on our first night, 6.) A hot breakfast was not provided 2 of the 3 days because "there were not enough guests to provide a hot breakfast. This stay was definitely NOT worth the $400+ we paid for our stay. I will be seeking a refund from the 3rd party reservation service I used to book the stay. We won't be back. We rather pay more money to stay at any other hotel than this one. I would like a refund on my stay at this property.

Everything was great except for one thing. There was no hot water nor water pressure. Both the night of my stay and the next morning there was neither. A nice shower ends my day and begins my day and is a prerequisite for me when choosing a hotel.

The stay was good, but the AC in the room could have been better. It was cool enough to keep me from sweating but not cool enough to make me feel comfortable. I had the unit on 60 and it felt like 74/75. I had to stay in my underwear so I wouldn’t get hot. The elevator was also out due to the lightening from the storm. They did offer to carry our bags so that was helpful. They were. Ice and polite during check in and check out. I might give them a second chance but I’m afraid to because I don’t like to be hot in my room.

We were not given the room type we booked through Expedia. Neither Expedia or the hotel would refund the difference even though both agreed we were owed it. The hotel elevator did not work, which was inconvenient. The room was actually completely acceptable, they just gave us a smaller room with no kitchen and when Expedia called the hotel to inquire about a refund the clerk hung up on them. When I asked the clerk upon check out, he said to go through Expedia. Bad business in general and Expedia did not want to deal with it either.

I accidentally put in the wrong date for a reservation and immediately tried to get it corrected and this hotel management would not help. I paid for this night and could not go. I had a reservation for another night and cancelled and will never go to this hotel chain again if I have a choice.

The main reason for 4 star rating is that the elevator was broke down and we were on the third floor. The manager did help us carry our stuff up to the room after check in. That I appreciated.

No front desk person available when we arrived. Had to wait several minutes. Then we were only assigned ONE room key for both of us to share!!? Front desk person said that is all they allow per room. I've never experienced that before. Also they charge $5 per key for lost keys. Second day also had to wait on empty front desk. Rang bell three times before someone responded to continue waiting. Will not stay here again and would not recommend it.

They gave us a room that did not lock. The door literally would not close or lock. Room 211. The woman working the front desk, Shannon, was not helpful or kind. She refused to move us to another room because they were ‘full’ and we had entered the room, so it was now marked ‘dirty’ and she could not and would not move us. We will not stay here again.

Took my boys to a swimming meet at A&M. The property is only 10 min away, very convenient. Lots shops near by. Staff are very friendly. Will definitely consider staying again

Breakfast was the basic a couple different kinds of cereal some breads to put in a toaster they had a Texas shaped waffle maker and scrambled eggs sausage patties and sausage links and some pretty good biscuits. Normal basic stuff what I was impressed with is the waffle maker area they kept pretty spotless and that's hard to do with those machines

Only one staff member each morning, attempting to run the both front desk and breakfast. Therefore breakfast was not good. Had to ask for eggs to be filled and wait while he made them. Hot water for tea tasted like coffee. No waffle batter the first day. No forks. Salt was all gone.

Checked in at 4pm, had to walk down to front deck because phone didn’t work. Had to request bedding for sofa as well as towels. Breakfast was very scarce, minimal fruit, bagels, sausage, hot water for tea, diet sugar, when asked for it reception lady said people take it. The place hasn’t been updated in probably 10 years. Old tv and small. Will never go back.
