The lobby had a very bad sewer smell on entry. The carpet is old but the accommodation was satisfactory. Not the top pick when we visit College Station but was the best price during a spike.

This is the absolute worst hotel stay. This hotel is filthy! You can expect to find trails of dirt, dirty qtips in the hallway, absolute filth in the rooms including stained linens that it was absolutely questionable had been replaced (wrinkled, paper flat pillows), broken fixtures, exposed data cables running along entirety of hallway corridors. Absolutely terrible, would never recommend unless you enjoy the thought of possibly waking up with bed begs or a disease in this filth. We gave benefit of doubt thinking perhaps we just got a bad room so asked to switch. Well, it wasnt a fluke, the entire place is disgusting. We will never return. This is a good location with convenient parking. If hotel cared to invest in the property by remodeling and having standards for cleanliness they could get repeat customers instead of disgusted guests who would not even return for free.

This hotel came highly rated on hotels.com so we splurged on it. It wasn't terrible but could have had much better for less money. Building is old and in bad need of renovation.

This hotel is disgusting. My room was freezing and the thermostat on the wall was missing. My daughter’s room had mold and water damage. We didn’t even stay the night.
