I need to start by expressing how incredibly disappointed and frustrated we are with our stay. We specifically booked this hotel for the amenities, particularly the jacuzzi and pool, which were key factors in our decision. Unfortunately, the amenities we were looking forward to were either out of service or completely unusable. The jacuzzi had only a cup of water in it—totally inadequate for use. As if that wasn't enough, the hotel had only one working elevator for the entire building, leading to constant long waits. We were on the fourth floor, so we had to haul our luggage up and down the stairs, which were wet and slippery. The lack of a functioning elevator, combined with the wet conditions, made our stay incredibly inconvenient. To make matters worse, the room keys stopped working multiple times, forcing us to run back and forth to the lobby, adding more frustration to an already miserable experience. In our room, the conditions were simply unacceptable. The couch was filthy, with visible brown stains and looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The carpet had red splatter stains, and the toilet screamed loudly whenever it was flushed. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here, and it made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. We were also unable to enjoy the fitness area, as it was constantly overcrowded with children running around and using all the equipment, preventing us from getting any exercise. The internet states that there is a bar and restaurant. Upon check in you are told bar opens at 5. At 6 pm, you are then told bartender will be there about 7:30 pm. I do not call breakfast a restaurant.

The hotel was great overall clean nice employees however we drove a long way and chose this establishment due to the pool and the pool was green also the hot tub… staff was clueless we did report it but could not explain it to our 6 year old granddaughter

The room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, but not free like I anticipated, though that’s kind of on me for not adding the breakfast coupon. Not to mention that the hot tub in the pool area had a leak and wasn’t working. But overall, the stay was great. I can give this place another chance and remember to add the breakfast service to my reservation.

The hotel was dirty and disgusting. Trash cans overflowed, and the elevator had paper and debris on the floor. The staff was there, but that was about it. My room was a handicapped room, which I did not request. The thermostat did not work, nor did the coffee maker, which I had to buy water for in order to find out it didn't work. I will never stay at another IHG Hotel.

Our first room on the 5th floor was awful. The shower curtain barely covered the entire shower. It was so torn, ratted and old that it was barely hanging on by a thread, literally. Also, my wife were setting up the pull out couch for one of our kids and as we pull the mattress out and unfold it, we find food crumbs all over the mattress cover, food stains etc. This is absolutely unsanitary and appalling. The housecleaning team clearly just “let it go” which is very sad and poor. We were switched to a different room and given two free snack vouchers. However the following day my kids wanted to go swimming in the indoor pool. Never in my life would I allow them to swim in a pool that is Green and clearly has not been maintained or properly cleaned. The phone in our second room did not work at all, nor did the alarm clock. The door did not close entirely without slamming it shut. Which is unsafe in general. Overall, AWFUL,UNSANITARY, UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS, POOR CARE IN THEIR AMENITIES AND MEDIOCRE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recommend the hotel right next door and didn’t even stay there!

Broken coffee pot, no replacement available. No coffee available at 6:30 am so had to spend $25 to DoorDash from Starbucks. Check in was quick and staff nice, but we were put in an accessible room bc hotel was full, which the bathroom is terrible bc it’s a big open space for wheelchair, with such a tiny counter and sink that a dopp kit didn’t even fit next to sink.the beds were comfortable, but that does not make up for the other issues. Room smelled musty and felt damp. For $475, HUGE disappointment. Will not go back.

This property is in need of severe overhaul. The rooms are awful. Caulking that looks like a 5 year did it, rust, mold, sticky floors, paint on door peeling, 1 of 2 elevators broken and the one operating sounds and feels very unsafe. The pay for breakfast is the exact same that you get for free at ither hotels. Will not stay at this property again.

Broken window curtain hanging across the window causing limit view of the outside. AC unit in the bathroom ceiling above the bath tub causing the condense to fall as one shower. This happened in room 518. I am not sure If all of the AC units on the top floor has this issue.

They gave us keys to an already occupied room. We told them and they said “this has happened 3 times already” and blamed it on the day shift. The bed in our room was super uncomfortable. The day manager was in the doorway smoking when we left. She hollered from the doorway to just leave the keys. I’m allergic so that wasn’t the greatest start to our day. I won’t stay there again or recommend it to anyone else.

The room was great- clean - comfortable- nice. Requested more pillows (6:30pm) and was told by the front desk that he was the only one there so he could not leave the desk- not a big deal- we agreed to pick them on on our way back in late Saturday night- let him know this would be around midnight- Got back about 12:30- no one at the desk and 3 people waiting- I went to room only to find out our key did not work- 45 minutes later my husband had to go into the Admin office to find the guy snoring so loud that a knock did not wake him- my husband had to knock LOUDLY to startle the guy to wake up- got 2 more pillows and new key- this one did not work and had to go back to get ANOTHER one only to find the guy went back into the office and was asleep again- had to wake him to get 3rd key. Ridiculous!!

I was blown away with the friendly staff and comfortable beds. The room is clean and the breakfast was tasty. I love that they have ice cold water to drink in the lobby and can easily refill my water container. The location is not too far from the campus and is well maintained. The only suggestion would be to provide a second trash can in the room.

We were here for Santa’s Wonderland. Rooms were okay but the breakfast was terrible. Not a lot of selection, not enough out for people to grab. We were there an hour because we had to wait for more to be made. Needless to say we won’t be back to this hotel next year!

Used to rely on a great free breakfast with Holiday Inn but not at this one! Coffee was watery and not hot, food was unappetizing to say the least. No effort. Old fruit, the cut fresh fruit was almost empty w/ 3 pieces of pineapple and cantaloupe at 8:15 am. Two employees just standing there on their phones, uninterested in refilling the empty bowl of fruit. But had a tip jar out. Cold sausage, watery eggs, dry hard biscuits. The rooms were ok, the bathroom came with a little bug friend. So overall average not really good.

I loved the soap dispensers on the wall of the shower, shampoo and conditioner. And there was actual hand soap in a dispenser on the wall to wash your hands. Most hotels just give you a gross bar for everyone to share. The breakfast isn’t free. That’s disappointing. It isn’t good enough to be purchasing. The covers are not warm. You will need a blanket, but you can control the thermostat.
