We stayed here with a group of 10 people in 3 rooms, and everything was very clean! Check in went smoothly, service was great, and the pool was small but clean. Breakfast was really good too. Some things need attention (like caulking in the bathroom, loose fixtures here and there, just little things), but cleanliness is the most important thing to me. I'd definitely stay here again 😊

We had 2 roaches in our room on separate days. We asked for an extra pillow and were told they didn't have any. It was 80 degrees and my kids wanted to swim but were told the outdoor pool was only seasonal. We came for a large event and all the kids at other hotels were able to swim in their outdoor pools so that was disappointing. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was sparing. It's a place to stay but not a nice one at that. I can't recommend it.

We checked in the 3 of June no problems our room 231 the toilet chain was broken ( which was fixed the next day) and the smoke detector was covered in plastic wrap. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet all 5 nights. The next day we looked out to check the pool and it was completely green unusable which was disappointing as it is Texas and we were hoping to cool of at the end the each day.

The cleanliness was poor throughout the room..The TV had to be on full volume or mute only. We tried going to the desk and they didnt have another remote or a way to remedy it. The floor was sticky and the AC made the entire room smell wet and musty.

The staff was courteous and respectful. However, the room was terrible. There was a soap bar left in the tub, among mold. There was a towel left hanging from the previous tenants. It smelled like stale cigarettes. Above all else, the floor and trim looked as if it had not been cleaned well in months.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. First, the front desk representative, a young woman, was absolutely fantastic. She was personable, professional, and made us feel welcomed right away. Her customer service really stood out and was definitely the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself could use some TLC. Upon arrival, there was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the building, which was off-putting. The room had several cleanliness and comfort issues: the beds were wrapped in plastic underneath the sheets, which made every movement loud and uncomfortable throughout the night. We also found crumbs stuck to the nightstand and some old food behind it, which suggested the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. I stayed over the weekend for work. The lady that checked me in was wonderful-so helpful and friendly. We even got to chat about College Station (where I'm from) because her son goes to A&M. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I'll definitely stay here again!

Check-in was a breeze and the front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean, but the ceiling had water stains. It looked like the damage may have been old. There was no viewable damage on anything in the room, so it didn't take away my stay. The continental breakfast was more than I expected. They had some hot options as well as the usual cereal and pastries. They even had a waffle maker. It was definitely a nice surprise. All-in-all, a nice place to spend the night.

The front desk staff were very nice. But, we needed a shower head replaced, no water pressure. There were dead bugs on the ceiling of our room. The outlets in the room were not usable and some were unsafe in the sockets. It was a very noisy hotel, highway traffic was horrible. Also, if you say you have a hot tub and pool, inform on whether it is inside or outside. Every hotel room needs a large trash can, the tiny ones are too small. Very disappointed in the hotel in general. The people were nice but the hotel was not really a nice hotel.

Been staying here 20 years 4 or 5 times a year.A big group came in Saturday night around 9:30 and were yelling and partying in the hallway with their kids running wild.When we called the front desk she said she told them they had to be quiet by 11 pm. We told her the next call would be to the police.She didn't care.Not the same place since Danny left.Horrible customer service.

Check in was quick. The customer service was great and the guy was really nice. All the staff was nice and the breakfast was good. The the bathroom and room was clean. They were short on staff but they still made sure they to the room to ask if the trash needed to be emptied and if we needed clean towels. I would definitely stay there again.

We checked in a little before midnight after driving about 19 hours. Richard was delightful, especially after such a long day!! I wish all front desk people were as welcoming and friendly as he was! I do wish the breakfast was a bit more stocked. I will definitely stay there if ever in town again!

I always stay at Comfort Inn; however this was the worst one I ever stayed at. The bathtub mat has fungus on the be bottom, the water was linking from the wall, the bed mattress was sunk in and the breakfast was just ok. How do you have biscuits but no gravy, no jelly only option was syrup. I paid over a hundred dollars for the room and it was basically a 48.99 room. The next time I visit Conroe Texas I want be staying at the Comfort Inn. As for the good the staff was friendly and that's about it.
