when checking in was informed the elevator does not work and had not worked for over a month. only rooms available were on 2nd and 3rd floor. for elderly people or people with disabilities this made it very difficult to get upstairs and downstairs especially having to carry luggage. there should have been some kind of notice posted on the website of this inconvenience.

Dave and his staff were extraordinarily awesome. I loved the attention to detail on the morning cleaning w/ lemon pledge wipe down on all of the doors and elevator. The pancake machine made the most tasty buttermilk pancakes & Blackberry or Strawberry syrup. The pool with its rolling river rock water feature was very relaxing. Thanx a bunch Dan

Our experience was extremely disappointing and not in line with the standards we’ve come to expect from Holiday Inn. Upon arriving, we noticed an unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, and our room was excessively humid. Although the property has a no-smoking policy, the smell of smoke was evident, and another guest even expressed concerns about it during our stay. Additionally, the shower in our room had a large black stain on the floor, and there were visible cracks in the tile that had been poorly patched, making the entire area feel unclean and neglected. Even the carpet in the hallway appeared worn and damaged. While the staff did offer to move us to a different room, we had already decided that the overall condition of the hotel and the lack of cleanliness made us too uncomfortable to stay. We spoke to management and they are denying our request for a refund. I do not recommended staying here !!!!!

Clean, updated property, across the street from a Krogers, Roadhouse, and Dennys. Everything in the room works, plenty of USB chargers, lots of lights, fridge, microwave, coffee pot. Everything you expect and more. Very satisfied so far.

This hotel was not a pleasant stay. The floor was dirty, the toilet had stains on the inside. My pillow had hair from the previous stay. Lastly, when checking out the front desk receptionist stated they cannot give me a receipt. However, I informed him he could as he printed one the service was very lazy from the night crew to the morning crew.

Check in was great. Very nice staff. Returned from our ballgame and discovered air conditioner not working properly. Reported it to the front desk. Staff was empathetic but had no extra goons and couldn’t get maintenance til the morning.

Could not operate hair dryer in bathroom due to gfci plug being faulty. Refrigerator was noisy when it cycled on to cool. Air conditioner rattled during operation at times.

Not much to say, breakfast was just ok nothing great about it, room was ok the Airconditioning was set to cool the unit had a note saying adjust at the wall thermostat so I did but it was cold in the room ao after 4 hours I went back to the wall unit and switched it to heat there and finally got some Heat sense a cold front had dropped the temperature to 34 degrees that day from being 70 the day before.

Service was amazing. My mother is on two canes, and the clerk offered to moved our room closer to the elevator, and it was right across the hall, could not have gotten closer. Amazing! The only thing that could have been better were the beds. Too many hotels now are going to rock hard beds and it is very unpleasant to try and stay there.
