Very convenient. Breakfast decent. Chairs in room stained and some smells but beds were nice and clean. Website didn’t indicate the pool was closed. Did pre-check in online to save time but still ended up with same process at counter when we arrived.

Our stay was nice everything was good except the pool was closed. Coming from the north I was really looking forward to the pool and I didn't get to enjoy that. But overall I'd stay again.

Had a great time hear good as always doing couple things I have is when we turn the air conditioner on it smelled sour. The breakfast was just OK, but it is a continental breakfast and the other major thing is the semi‘s parking out on the street and you can’t see to turn out which it actually blocks the road other than that fantastic as usual.

The beds were very comfortable. Loved the real pictures on the walls- not just colors of nothing! Every breakfast had great options: eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, English muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice. Staff was professional. Everything was clean. I will stay there again when I’m in the area. Well done! 👍

Most of the hotel looked nice however my room had a layer of dust over the tables, and they need to address the pest issue I think it maybe was moth but I ended up bringing some home in my suitcase also need to be a little nicer not all customers are ignorant

Our room was infested with bugs. Staff members were very friendly and professional and tried their best to help. They sprayed our room and even offered to put us in a different room across the hall if the treatment didn't work. It didn't work but it was nearly time for us to check out by then. Staff could not have been nicer and tried their best.

Stayed at La Quinta in Conroe over the weekend and really enjoyed it. The place was super clean, which we really appreciated, and the location made everything easy to get to. What stood out the most was how quiet it was—nice and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely come back next time we’re in the area.

Very Clean and modern unfortunately the parking lot lights light up like the sun and the room shades are not fitted to block out this light. keep waking up to bright lights. Also, the walls seem very thin as thru out the night could here different people talking and moving around. Hard to stay asleep with these noises.

We arrived late and waited a while before getting to check in. The room was not as clean, and the bathtub was clogged. There was standing water while showering, and the toilet flush was not working very well, either. My husband had to pull the latch correctly to stop water from flowing down non-stop.

For the money it was a GREAT stay. Clean, friendly staff, not too noisy, and comfortable beds. They even had ceiling fans in the room. How often do you see that? We wood stay there again.

They put me in room 201, the far right side looking at the hotel. I was subjected to drag racers without mufflers tearing up and down the main road until about 3am. Absolutely ridiculously loud.

The outside looks a little worse for wear - could use some TLC. The hotel walls were PAPER THIN, so you could hear everything from your neighbors. The mattress and bedding were comfortable but the bed squeaked every time you moved. Never seen a ceiling fan in a hotel room. This one looked to be at least 30 years old and a bit noisy so we turned it off. The light switches don't look like they've ever been cleaned - almost didn't want to touch them. Nice granite counter in the bath but the floor tile grout was caked with crud in areas - could use a good clean. The lighted bath mirror did not provide sufficient light. The workout room was small and the machines were a bit run down - bike machine didn't work. The dumbbell weight set was a good substitute though just wished there was more room to work out with free weights. Definitely not the 9 rating I saw on hotels.com. Would give it a 6 or 7.

Excellent hotel, with very good and convenient breakfast. The staff is friendly, respectful and was ready to assist us whenever we needed. They were already waiting for us with all the paperwork, even though we arrived at night and it was quick and without complications. They clean the room every day. The beds are comfortable and smell clean. I would stay at that hotel next time. I recommend it 100.

Parking lot is well lit. Staff is very attentive to vehicles in the parking lot. Front desk staff very professional and helpful. Hotel is super clean and well kept. Will definently be staying here again. Rates were reasonable. Really best hotel I've stayed at in then La quinta group.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times for work and it has always been an excellent place to stay. I was having trouble with the TV when I got there the other day and Tyler Tyler tried to help me over the phone and when that didn’t work, he came up to the room to help and realized a cord had been pulled out of the back of it and got a hooked back up for me. He was busy and still took the time to help me with this. I’ll definitely be staying here again

The hotel was very aggressive in assuring that I was out of my room AT OR BEFORE 11am. I had emails when I woke up, housekeeping knocking on my do not disturbed door at 10am, phone calls from the front desk at 10:15 and 10:30, and the final knock at 10:59 as I was trying to walk out of the room. Please leave guests in peace- we all know the rules and you have our cc number on file. Won’t be back at this La Quinta. Also, there was an odd odor permeating the halls.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location. We had a room removed from the elevator and on the back side of the hotel facing a forrest of trees vs. the front that faced the freeway. Very quite. We very much appreciated the desk staff moving us to this room vs the original room in which we were booked.

Good hotel near the lake also next to the highway. I like that after 9 pm you need a room key to enter through the hotel entrance. We only stayed the one night but got a good nights rest

My stay was as expected. The few things I would say for you all to think about is the breakfast was kinda bland as far as the warm food. The beds are not as comfortable as I would hope from a hotel. We stayed at Fairfield Inn and suites the woodlands the following night and their beds were amazing as far as comfort. Your pool area made up for that though as it was very nice having a hottub. My final thing was we were not allowed a late check out and I have never been to a hotel that would not allow one however thankfully the Fairfield Inn let us check in at 11:30 and so with the accommodations it saved out mid day. I would come back though as it was what was expected in my opinion...
