My goodness. This was the definition of “roach motel”. When the clerk woke up to check us in we parked and went in. Dead roaches, Dead crickets and live roaches and live crickets crawling around once we turned the light on. Horrible mildew smell. Carpet was like wet/moist. Awful. Horrible. This room should have been $40not $100! We left and slept in the car. This place needs to be bulldozed.

when we arrived our room had roaches in it. We were horrified. We complained to the front desk and thankfully they were able to switch our rooms. Our second room did not have roaches.

The state of the hotel was disastrous. The king suite has a huge black mold issue, there were two cockroaches on my nightstand, and the room was just falling apart. I ended up leaving early, but i’m honestly curious as to how this is allowed. It shouldn’t be.

Threadbare towels, a moldy patch on the ceiling, a dead cricket in the bathroom light fixture and wet carpet from the a/c dripping were the highlights of the room. I would not recommend it nor would I stay there again. Had we not paid in advance we would have left.

This is an antiquated motel that has undergone some fixes but not enough. While the bed was clean and comfortable, the tub was gross. it was difficult to find a comfortable temperature for taking a shower due to the poor old fixtures. The furniture was old and worn and the lamps well rusted. Too few electrical outlets too. There was a modern flatscreen TV, but no apparent way to get any signal. Convenient was a grocery store nearby, but no sidewalks and very heavy traffic all around.

Well, to begin with, the property is old. I mean OLD! Sheetrock is gaping, the bathroom floors, tub, and baseboards all need to be replaced, not cleaned or repaired. And the shower head is pathetic. Water pressure and water distribution are both slightly better than what a water balloon hanging from a hook with pin pricks in it for water distribution would deliver. As for breakfast...how about some fresh fruit? I'd like eggs, breakfast meat, and biscuits, but at least toss out a few bananas and some oranges and apples. Okay, enough griping. I guess this will be the segment you guys will post. My wife and I made the reservation the night before we left. Your prices were very competitive, and the location was perfect for our trip. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning and outside noise were quite accommodating for a restful sleep. PS, Dude, I'd be ashamed to open my house to guests if it looked like that. To make money, you gotta spend money.

The handle of the sink to wash your hands was falling apart. The toilet would flush sometimes. The key would stop working. We had to go twice to the front desk to get new keys.

Room and linen smelled old. The facility is old and dated. The parking lot is cracked and poorly maintained. I had to be there for 5 nights and left after the first night due to a family emergency. I didn’t request a refund, I only wanted credit for the 4 nights I paid for and didn’t use. I need to go back to the Harlingen area for business and finish what I needed to do originally and was hoping for some decency from the company. Even though the place is not nice and the hotel room doesn’t keep the highway noise out, it’s close to where I need to do my business but they would not work with me, took my money and couldn’t careless about my situation. Crappy hotel and crappy management I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

I have stayed here several times in the past. I was given room 114. There was mold everywhere! The sink faucet was not sealed down and was lose, practically came off with all the hose. I visited the front office and they moved me to room 118, somewhat better than the other room. At 4 am, I was awaken by a couple trying to open my room with a key. When, I called the office at 4 am and told them there was someone opening the door, The clerk stated that they had not updated the system and the room showed available. Very friendly staff however, lack of communication between thier team.

Propety was in horrible shape, rooms were awful, uncomfortable beds. Staff failed to replace broken coffee maker with one from empty room from half-empty hotel. We moved to another hotel.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable as well. The first room I was given was rough though. The bath tub had cigarette burns all over it, the tub was cracked, and the faucet in the bathroom was covered in what looked like mold. I went to the front desk and she promptly changed my room and came and made sure it was clean with me.

It was a great location as HEB grocery store was right across the street. Super8 was also next door. Takes a long time for the hot water to kick in, and one night I simply had no hot water at all. The ceiling was falling in on room 132 (asbestos?) I LOVED the staff!

The pictures don’t accurately depict the room that you get. Construction going on all around the building. Breakfast choices was only cereal or waffle. The waffle batter was bad and separating and I’m unable to be used. Coffee only drink available no juices or water.

This property needs some attention. Rusted bathroom fittings, shower Curtin rod rusted at one end. Breakfast wasn’t great, either cereal or waffles, no fruit or anything else.
