My reservation was not honored, even though it was paid in full up front. Person at front desk had speakerphone conversation with cleaning staff. The lady on the cleaning team sounded frustrated and overwhelmed. It seems they were shortstaffed and she was working on her own. Just as well we did nor get a room as they did not supply pots, pans, dishes, or utensils even tho they are an extended stay hotel. We would\'ve had to buy our own, which would\'ve offset any "savings" we had booking there. Will NEVER book a room there as this detail was not on their website at time of booking.

I paid for a room with a queen bed, got a double bed. They gave me a room on the 4th floor with the elevator out of service. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!!!

The room was clean. You only get a set of bath and wash towels but no hand towel. You have to pay to get a clean set or wash the set they gave you. No complimentary coffee or ice anywhere. The worst is the bed. The mattress needs to be replaced along with the metal springy bed frame.

Its true that you'll need to take out your trash if not you'll be charged, lighting outside the parking lot needed too dark, room was good just bathroom door didn't lock. For the price it's ok

Terrible customer service I was very disappointed in our stay. People loitering in the parking lot and hallways the lobby was hot front desk clerk was slow and not very professional. This hotel does not give you what other hotels do. The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy you have to pay for wifi

The place is very safe super Secure but how do you deny a person access to use the restroom just because they aren’t checked in . To much nosy people stomping from upstairs you could hear it down stairs. Then vending machines only taking cash instead of Credit cards as an option. Then not letting you check in early. In addition making it default needing two people IDs on file instead of just one person in all honesty . Further more AC wasn’t that cold .

It was misleading because it was advertised as pet friendly no fees however I end up paying $50 for pet registration plus $6 very night I stayed for my pet. Not to add the mattress was uncomfortable and noisy.

Took 30 minutes for someone to come to reception, then when I tried to check in they had to go find a room keeper to makes sure a room was available. That took another 30 minutes, only to find out a room with the specs I requested wasn’t available. I’ve requested a refund and was told by staff itll be 3/5 days which I expected.

Where to start? First we had trouble checking in. They couldnt find one of our rooms... then, while looking, they forgot to return my id and i almost lost it. Afret a few hours, finaly got our 2 rooms. They where too humid. When we came back from shopping, i found out that our rooms didnt had any toilet paper or soap. Tried to go to the 1st floor bathroom... but it was locked. I had to go to another store and buy paper. Not comming back ever.

They gave us key cards to a room that was already booked. Can you imagine how awkward it was to walk in on a stranger sleeping? And when I brought it to the staffs attention, all they said was “sorry no refunds”

A little old but I stayed there for 3 weeks it did the job. Mrs Mariana makes your stay very pleasant. It looks run down from the outside, but it’s the true definition of looks could be deceiving.

I stayed here and within 20 mins of being here there was people outside about to fight and they struck my car and took off. A hit and run is not what I was expecting the minute I checked in and I didn’t even stay the night here because I felt very unsafe. I asked the front desk if they had cameras in the back where they told me to park and he said that there wasn’t only in the front. I pray to god that they can find the person who hit and ran on my car. Now I have to file a police report right before the new year. Not exactly how I wanted my year to end. Would never stay here again.

Great place for basic needs. Comfy bed, hot shower, internet( needs improvement-provided by 3rd party) and clean. Next to expressway for easy travel. Will stay again. Oh 16 nights at 30 bucks a night. Great deal.
