It was short stay, but it was a very nice experience. I use to stay there some years ago when visiting home, and I really loved the new upgraded rooms. Kudos to Clarissa for making our check in and stay so welcoming. We most definitely will stay again next time we are back in Hgn.

Staff was unhelpful upon arrival. Had to wait for them to come out to desk, they didn’t say a word about breakfast time. Morning staff was friendly.

Staff was great, breakfast was wonderful clean room. The only thing was the hallway had a weird smell but over all everything was great.

Room felt damp no matter how long AC Cranked. Carpeting everywhere dirty. Stairway dirty and smelly. Couch bed moldy. Staff was friendly
