We just stayed there for a night to catch a flight the next morning. Our check in was fast, our room was in south tower, we had to take the escalator to go down and take the elevator. Room was big and clean but there was a blood stain in the toilet. And as we got comfy, we decided to watch TV and it didn’t work. We called front desk and they said they will send someone to fix it. Ten minutes later no one showed up, we called front desk and they said they can’t give us an estimated time. So we just canceled it. Then the next day the escalator didn’t work and we had to carry our suitcases. So over all not happy with the place but it was very easy to get to the airport

Great location at the airport, easy access to the Hotel from the airport using the subway level, either ride the tram or walk along the same route. Hotel bar and restaurant are good but way over priced for what you get.

One walkway was under construction but it didn’t inconvenience us. The layout of the elevators is a little strange. The food is excellent. Every staff person we interacted with was very friendly. There was some noise with it being at the airport but that too really wasn’t bad all things considered.

Let me check in early. Clean room, comfortable bed. Had to take 2 different elevators (1st was a hard to find service elevator) to get to my room on 3rd floor. Over $20 for chips & dip that I picked up myself downstairs. Limited menu.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, check in was easy and staff was very friendly and helpful. But the buffet was $30 and nothing was included for free. But the buffet was really good and there were a lot of different options. Was hoping for complementary breakfast for the price of the room. But you can take the airport train directly there so it’d be really good for layovers and there are computers available in the lobby to print of boarding passes.

Stayed under really trying weather related circumstances. We were pleasantly surprised: the room was comfortable and spotless. The check in , restaurant and especially the 5am valet were outstanding. Thank you!

The location is perfect for those traveling through Houston. We arrived after midnight and had to walk quite a ways due to the subway not operating. Our room had not been cleaned properly but unfortunately we only noticed the next morning when we found coins on the floor and urine spots on the toilet. Both not ours. But I’m sure this is not the norm at a place like this. I’d stay here again.

We arrived way later than expected. We weren’t expecting the friendly greetings and the willingness of the staff to help us that late but they took over our luggage and personally walked us to our room. It was hands down first class service. Will definitely be staying there again.

I am a Marriott member, Bonvoy, I stayed in many locations this is my first time in this hotel, worst experience: 1. the front desk was not welcoming. 2. the food from the restaurant was horrible. 3. the room in front of my making loud noises till 2;00 am, may be more, called the front desk, nothing happened.

We missed our international connecting flight so check into the Marriott, bagless, with a 4 year old around 10pm. I was tired, sad, anxious as we were delayed in Atlanta and just ready for bed. The staff and stay were AMAZING. They gave us all the basics that we needed with no luggage The next day they accommodated a super late check out which was greatly appreciated as we had a 10pm flight. They gave my son a toy from the treasure chest and at breakfast and lunch were so kind and accommodating to us. Extra water , make pancakes for my son and we just so sweet to us. They actually made the delay an enjoyable extra day at a cool fun hotel for my son. I don’t know if the staff remembered us but THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!l. We were so disappointed to miss our flight and you really did turn the negative into a fun day. (Also bed was super comfy and the food was delicious l)

I wouldnt suggest coming to this hotel especially if its at night. It took about one hour to check in because the staff were extremely uncoordinated. One of the staff looked like they were going to fall asleep, another staff member said, "Actually, there is only supposed to be one line." And switched all of us to her line, just for the previous line to be faster than her line! The other guests were complaining about the same things I am writing right now. For a hotel of such a luxury status, you'd think they'd have better customer service. It was so bad to the point other guests were saying I should've just slept at the terminal to save money. The room isn't bad, but thats the best I can say for this hotel. I dont recommend.

Expedia reservation stated that roll away bed was free. Lady that checked me in insisted it was $20 despite me showing her my reservation which said it was free. Did not offer to assist me in anyway in resolving this and basically told me it was my problem and for me to figure it out with Expedia.

Inside, good. Outside, bad. Construction equipment and materials cluttering all angles outside the window view. Great place to go the night before a super early flight, remember, no hotel's in the area offered shuttles to the airport before six AM.

Booked hotel because its in the airport but signage is SO POOR that it took a local guide to find it. Been at many airport hotels but this is the worst one. Houston airport is also very inconvenient and just terrible for passengers. Wont come here again if I can help it.

The subway to the airport is extremely convenient. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Food was really good also. My only complaint is all of the road construction around the hotel but they can't help that.

Basic airport hotel now overdue renovation. After travelling for 20 hours we just wanted somewhere to immediately crash and wake up next morning to start our holiday. The Marriott did that job! It is located in the airport itself and is one of the stops on the airport terminal train loop. Stay away from the buffet breakfast though, it was over-priced and didn’t taste great.

The fire alarm at 3:00 AM was horrible. The waiter at the restaurant told us the next morning that it goes off every few days. The food was amazing and the restaurant staff wonderful. Tempted to not stay there again due to the chance of a false alarm in the middle of the night, but the restaurant and the proximity to the airport will be hard to resist.

Convenient and great quality! We arrived late in the evening and our connecting flight was early the next morning. The shuttle from the terminal to the hotel was a short ride. The restaurant at the hotel was open til midnight and the food was good! Room was excellent- clean and comfortable. So worth it!
