I was disappointed with our stay ! I wanted to treat my friend , Sheena Edwards, to a special weekend. The disappointments were many and one very serious. The elevators did not work Friday night and we had to wait for repairs to be made. We were on the 8th floor and couldn’t walk that many flights! On Saturday, we didn’t get our room services until 4pm! We had trays of breakfast foods and we didn’t have any clean washcloths which we needed. We called “customer service “ twice and still had to wait and wait. The most serious infraction was that, when we returned to our rooms after shopping until 230pm, there was a noxious smell in the rooms that I thought was a gas smell. I called customer service immediately and was told that they were going to send someone up to our room immediately. NOONE ever came.! Eventually our olfactory nerves stopped working and just decided that we were going to die. Luckily we didn’t. I must say that my friend was very disappointed as I was. The very nice manager on duty Sunday morning was extremely apologetic and gave us breakfast vouchers. That breakfast was the highlight of our visit. I believe that I should be given monetary compensation for our considerable misfortune. Thank you, Linda Fontanesi

The hotel and check in are fine. It's an airport hotel which I feel should have certain amenities in the gift shop for stranded passengers...with no luggage. It's a little noisy but again you're at an airport hotel. The shuttle to and from the airport are excellent. It's even more convenient than staying at the hotel in the airport. Super quick in and out.

I felt the front staff could be friendlier. Hi stayed there because of a slight delay, so so on the clean, I desperately needed the hotel shuttle to pick me up from the airport. It never came. I ended up having to get a cab to go to the hotel. I did not like that, however, the shuttle was running the next morning

Probably one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at! The bed/pillows were very comfortable, the water pressure was perfect and the in-room coffee maker was a very nice perk! I will definitely book another stay here when I'm back in the Houston area.

When we walked into the room, it was certainly not clean, a thick layer of dust everywhere (allergies), there were hairs in the bathroom, shower, and sink, and dirty glasses were set with the ice bucket. We went and spoke to front desk manager who was very helpful and gave us a new room, which actually was clean.

Terrible!! Our room needed a lot of work. The top bedspread had stains on it. They brought us another one that was even dirtier. There was a hole in the wall. The closet doors did not work so we weren’t able to access one side. The elevators went down one day and we had to climb up and down 8 flights of stairs. The coffee creamers were spoiled. The girl at the front desk was rude and could have cared less. I would not stay here again!!

The TV's hotel wide were not working. The bathroom fan never worked, which made the bathroom have lots of dampness and bubbling paint. The room was 68 degrees when i entered and turning on the heat only made the room get colder. Engineering fixed it pretty quickly, but it took me a long time to feel like my bones were no longer chilled. There was aTON of noise the entire time i was there. From my 10am checkin all the way to 10pm there were dogs barking in rooms nearby. Then the dogs got loudly shushed and people slamming doors all night ensued. There was some type of boistrous convention whose attendees decided the hallways were social spots. That went on past midnight.... without a TV to drown it out with. Room really wasn't even clean.... my sheets were worn, threadbare, and stained!

Room was dirty, a wet towel was behind a curtain by the fridge, probably the one that was used to wipe down everything in the room, the ceiling was black from the air vent of the ac, pink mildew by the bach tub, breakfast had old croissants, tasted like they were in the fridge for few days and then just put in the over, food tastles, eggs tasted like plastic, sausage links were undercooked. Sorry but this is the fist review like this from me....

There was BLACK MOLD in the bathroom. The floors had a bunch of dirt. The walls weren’t cleaned. There wasn’t even a fitted bedsheet on the bed. Would never ever stay here again.

The air conditioner, though set at 65 degrees, didn't keep the room remotely cool. It was warm in the room. In fact, when we stepped into the hall that morning, the hall was much more cooler and comfortable. We jokingly said we should have stayed the night in the hallway.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We love the perk of staying here and using their airport shuttle. Our shuttle driver was very friendly!! Room was very nice and spacious. Will definitely stay here again when flying out of IAH.

This is one of the better properties around IAH. The hallways can be noisy and can be heard in the room a little to easy, especially for people going in and out at all hours because of the airport crowd. The parking a shuttle are great and the beds are comfortable.

My experience at the Sheraton North Houston at George Bush Intercontinental was an absolute disaster. Not only is the hotel **Filthy** with **Cockroaches** in the room, but the level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is staggering. After returning home from our stay, I noticed a extra charge that was never mentioned during check-in or check-out. This charge came out of nowhere, and when I tried to contact the hotel for an explanation, I was either put on hold indefinitely or **hung up on**. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this, I've been completely ignored. The staff seems to have no interest in addressing their shady practices, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket. Combine this with the disgusting condition of the hotel, and it's clear that the **Sheraton North Houston** is not just a disappointment, but a complete scam. **Avoid this place at all costs** It's dirty, dishonest, and unprofessional. I will never stay here again. **Beware of hidden charges!**

staff was very nice. Room nor anywhere in the hotel even in there little business center has plugs to accept USB for charging computers and phones. Need to get up to speed with technology. Room carpet was not very clean and sticky. On one day they left no bath towels and I had to dry off with a small hand towel. House keeping needs to step up their game !!

We were there for The BullShooter Dart Tournament. Reservation was for a King with a couch. Checked in and had a queen with no couch. Called the front desk and room was changed with an upgrade to a suite. Staff was wonderful.

Usually a Sheraton property is lovely but this one leaves a lot to be desired. Customer service at front desk non existent. The purpose of room service is not to have to leave your room.. not to be told come down and get it yourself 😔 We are on holidays and want to be a little spoilt. The food and beverage staff were great and the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus.

Would have rated an “excellent” BUT we asked for a wake-up call at 6:00 am but never got it!! Otherwise a very nice stay. Highly recommend this hotel if flying out of IAH.

Stayed two nights and I really like the shuttle driver Jesus, the restaurant staff, the comfy beds, the great HQ tea they had in the restaurant. Nice to have a paid washer and dryer for guest to use. The area has few restaurant options but the hotel across the street has a place called 747 which is good as long as you can afford 60 bucks.

Food in the restruant was really prett good as far as hotel food goes but the decor, design and feel in the restaurant could use an improvement. If i had the energy i would have gone somewhere else to dine. Make it more high end and would get more people.to stay cuz the food and sevice was good

The restaurant wings. If you get them with the sauce on the side they are crispy delicious! The room was clean and quiet. I did have to ask twice for conditioner as the girls be provided in the shower was empty, but they did bring it! I love that the provide the large bottles for use. It smells nice as well. We used their parking for the week we were gone and my car was just the way I left it safe and sound. Paid about 28 dollars for that service. There was cheaper parking around but this was so convenient. Also the shuttle to and from the airport were top notch and easy.

Checkin attendant was spectacular. Room is clean and nice but somewhat retro. Could use updating. Unfortunately we didn’t have AC. It was too late and we were too tired to pack up and change rooms. Wish it came with included breakfast even if it was a prepackaged pastry and coffee. Like the 12 pm check out time as our flight got delayed and we had a place to stay for a bit.

Bathtub had the coating peeling up where you stand in it. Air conditioner was blowing cold air when the fan was turned on low so it ended being 58 degrees when the thermostat was set to 67. The cover to the unit fell off on Sunday night while watching the football game, my husband was able to get it out back on and stay. Sheets weren’t comfortable anytime someone rolled over it sounded like plastic rustling so for light sleepers, it woke us up each time one of the 3 of us told over. The first night we only received 2 towels for 3 people staying in the room. The next morning when the cleaning crew came they did provide us with 4 towels. Hotel itself was nice. Kind of expensive for the meals prepared though. $18 for a buffet that is just a normal continental breakfast. Wasn’t worth spending the $36 for 2 people to eat. Ended up spending over $45 after adding an individual meal for our son. Probably won’t stay here again.
