Really want to give a compliment to the housekeeping staff. They did an excellent job cleaning our room daily. Front desk was friendly. Only downside was elevator was not working the entire time we were there. Also I'd recommend replacing the carpet runner on the stairs as it looks a bit worn. Otherwise, we had a good stay.

If the pool and hot tub you include as amenities are outside MAKE THAT CLEAR ON THE WEBSITE! We specifically look for places were we can get an aquatic workout and treat my back after a long drive, and to have it be a bait and switch is just wrong. The hot tub was 65 degrees and when we asked the zombie at the front desk to turn on the heat pumps she just mumbled about her boss maybe doing it. Never happened. The fitness room was a mess and the machines in various states of disrepair. Breakfast was clean but tasteless empty calorie offerings. The hotel is situated in the middle of a heavy road construction zone. Oh, and the sheriff spent the afternoon chasing down a homeless guy who was living in the backlot. Skip this property.

It was pretty on the outside as well as the inside. Love the little water fountain… took a group photo there. Pool and hot tub were a winner! Only upgrade I would recommend would be for the shampoo/conditioner/soap situation as with 5 people that did not work well in our favor. :-)

I didn't like the elevator, it felt like it was going to break down and sounded like it was about to. The first interaction with the Staff wasn't great and the interaction my girlfriend had with the staff wasn't great.

Very nice property, clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. Unfortunately there were some internet issues and my Roku stopped working after the first day, and the peloton in the gym also lost access to the internet which was more inconvenient than anything.

Uncleaned bathroom, therefore stinking. They didn't even bother to update the torn shower curtains. Simply filled the bathroom with strong smelling scent when complained about the stinky restrooms. That doesn't give you much confidence. Not to mention the non functional facilities like the ice vending machines.

Pleasantly surprised by my experience at this Best Western Plus! I wasn’t expecting much because let’s face it, its Atascosita, but this hotel was super cute and clean and the gym was great!! I was shocked to see it had 2 treadmills and a Peloton bike. Location doesn’t get better than this- you have absolutely anything and everything to eat and shop right across 1960. I will be staying here again on my next family visit!

A very nice change from the usual lower price range chain hotels. Room was bright, with a splash of colour, bedding and towels first class. Ice bucket, working ice machine, pool available, great breakfast for the money we paid I thought. Stay here if you need something close to IAH

There is a humidity smell when you enter the room every time. Like an old carpet , low maintenance place I came back to my room to realise there was no cleaning done. When I asked front desk they said the cleaners have left , there is nothing they could do. I asked for a a newer room, the said the manger declined. I couldn’t believe it. I don’t recommend this place. Not to mention their so called Breakfast is like dog food. It disgusts you from far. I should have read the reviews prior. I was seduce by the picture they posted of the front . It is all lies. This is not a reputable place. Plus this is so far away (45 minutes) from downtown Huston.

First room they put us in, the AC was not working. Moved us down the heall to a different room. In second room while putting cloths in the closet, roaches were seen when we opened the door. Did not report is as there was only a couple. Would not stay at this hotel in the future, and wouldn't recommend.

All the light from hall came through the whole door. Heard everything from cars to people. The AC was extremely loud. I set ac to 70 and was still sweating. I did not get a good night sleep. I went to a different hostel even though I had paid for another night.

The lobby and hallways reeked of marijuana smoke. The AC in the room seems to shut off on a timer. The shower never gets very hot. Would not recommend.

I didn't like the elevator, it felt like it was going to break down and sounded like it was about to. The first interaction with the Staff wasn't great and the interaction my girlfriend had with the staff wasn't great.

The room itself was nice to the hotel. General was was clean, however Miss Yolanda, the lady that works the front desk on check out says that we couldn’t have our deposit back because the room smelled like smoke however I don’t smoke and neither does my boyfriend and there was nobody in the room smoking. So our refund was refused of $150. I’ll never stay there Mrs.Yolanda wasnt at all pleasant and to be honest, she didn’t seem like she really cared for her job or interested in anything we had to say regarding our room an our deposit

The young lady that did the check messed up the check in process, something with inputting the room keys, and she had to call someone to help her resolve her mistake and I had to stand there and wait about 45 minutes to get my room key. Everything thing else about my stay was fantastic. I feel she was probably new or undertrained.

Got accused of stealing a soda when I had sat there and purchased three drinks the night before, but the next day that they said that we did steal a can of soda the night before but the desk clerk failed to charge it I checked out early and refused to give me a receipt and credit back a night for early check out

This hotel was great! The room was big and clean. The breakfast was more than enough. Waffles, cereal, sausage, fruit, muffins, toast, juice, coffee it was perfect. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Only bad thing was the road construction directly in front of the hotel. We didn’t know about it and gps sent us past it two different times. We figured it out after. Our rental car was an electric vehicle and the charging port didn’t work, but overall everything else was perfect. My husband forgot soap and used the bar soap the hotel had in the room and said it was actually really great soap!

All great from questions on survey; the only comment I have is the complimentary breakfast: it is always the same for our 1-week stay. Eggs and sausage links/patties. There should be a variation every other day (like sausage, bacon or other alternatives. I mentioned the same from our previous visit last year but no changes. I guess the manager just heard it accepted but did not listened to my recommendations.
