It was great and bed was super comfy, but it was a bit upsetting that the hot tub was defunct for the half of a week we were staying there. It was like, a 1/3 the reason I booked.

We go to this hotel a few times a yr just to get away to relax. The jacuzzi is really nice and the pool as well. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff are beyond sweet and accommodate their guest. Breakfast is awesome. Everything is just perfect at this hotel and we will continue staying and highly recommend!!

Love this Best Western. Fresh scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy. Plus fruit, yogurt and cereals available too. Manager was so helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t get to use pool, but it looked clean. Will definitely stay here when we come here again to visit family.

Maria, we think she runs the breakfast area/lounge - truly made our stay. The hotel is conveniently located enough, the rest of the staff were nothing to write home about, the pool & hot tub were incredibly cloudy, and the room only had 1 mirror which was obviously in the bathroom. Overall, the room did what we needed it to - it stayed cool & we had beds to sleep in with a TV. But the vent in the bathroom was falling off the ceiling & the shower was slow to drain. On the other hand, Maria was so welcoming, friendly, dedicated to keeping the breakfast area/lounge clean & ready for each guest - from day 1 she had us feeling much better about staying there. We didn't spend days at the hotel - but we did enjoy her biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, etc each of the 3 mornings we were there! We can not praise her enough - Maria is an absolute asset to the Best Western Plus in Lake Dallas, TX.

The room was clean.. but air conditioner and heating wasn't working right.. i was constantly either too hot or too cold. I booked this hotel mainly for the hot tub and free breakfast, but hot tub was not hot..(they turn it up the day we were leaving) so didnt not get to enjoy it.. and breakfast was cold and stale 😕 ... they did however have a 24hour coffee machine.. witch was nice!

Place was well maintained. Breakfast was ok. Shower presssure was basic. But room was cool and comfortable. Gym was really small but worked. Had a small issue with another guest and the hotel staff handled it the best they could. He was being an idiot and trash. I'd stay there again.

I thought since this property received good reviews overall that I would be staying at a nice place. I was very wrong. I checked in and went up to my room. The first room they had me in clearly had not been cleaned or stayed in for a while. There were dead fruit flies in the bed, and the room was dirty. I went down to ask to be put in another room. The second room I went to had stains all over the sheets, and it also looked like it had not been cleaned or used in a while. I was overall disappointed in the hotel rooms and expected more since the reviews were good online. I will say the staff are all very kind and welcoming. They were willing to accommodate me when I asked to change rooms. The manager was very nice, and she was willing to help me with the issues. Overall, the staff are fantastic, the hotel (not so much…)

I can’t say enough good things about this establishment. From check in to the lady at breakfast to the room attendants. Everyone was so exceptionally nice and the place is immaculate! We will definitely stay there again.

Everything about this hotel is excellent, except the bathroom. My room was very comfortable. Bed was great. Then there was the bathroom. Could you make it any smaller? I fought the door (which refused to stay open) every time I entered the bathroom. No water pressure in the shower or the sink. Bathtub drain needs to be cleaned out in the worst way. One can actually see the clog. Front desk personnel were awesome. Very helpful and kind.

This was a very quiet, comfortable place to stay. Very clean with pleasant staff. Check in was hassle-free and seamless. If I had to recommend one thing, it’s to bring your own pillows. The ones provided are flimsy and don’t offer a lot of support. I was especially impressed that these rooms have ceiling fans. That made the room feel less stuffy than other hotels I’ve stayed in.

We were welcomed at the front desk with great customer service. We checked in a little after midnight and there was not a single problem with it being that late. We were told about the complimentary breakfast and the times. Got to the room and it felt amazing in there. The only thing wrong with the room was that there were some hairs in the bathtub and the tub in the bathroom made a loud creaking noise anytime you moved. Also the shower head had horrible pressure. It was just a tad above a drip. I did sleep so good that I missed breakfast so that’s a huge plus. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the temp in the room was perfect. I’d stay again for sure.

This was our second stay at the Lake Dallas BW. It is close to fast food and gas stations. Our only real complaint is the difficulty, at times, getting into and out of the property Once in though, the property was quiet and secure. The lady that took care of breakfast was excellent. She was continually wiping off tables and serving areas.

Property was ok there was a weird smell and breakfast was poor…no options not throughly cooked and watered down batter for the waffles. Yogurt but no yogurt toppings for the plain yogurt they had. No non pork meat option!

BreaKfast needs to be little better. Eggs and sausage are cold. Dry Last couple times and looks like they mixed boiled eggs in with scrambled .. you could see and the green yolks..

We got in late and left early. The front desk clerk was super nice. We got checked in and went to bed. The room was very big. Very clean. Beds were comfy. Hotel was quiet. Didnt heae a thing. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, sausage parties, biscuits and gravy. They had cereal, fruit and juice and coffee. There was make your own waffles. Would stay there again.

For the price, it is a decent hotel. Staff was considerate, everything was clean and it smelled good. I always like a full breakfast and this one was acceptable but food was a little cold. Bed was ok and i slept well. The property was decorated comfortably so i was surprised to find a rather tattered lounge chair in the room. I was also surprised that they had to check with housekeeping to see if my room was ready even though i arrived a little after the 3PM check in time.
