Elevator was not working. How come an elevator is not working? This hotel should have two elevators. It seems to me that just management don’t care. My wife has a knee problem. We got late night was not posible to look for another hotel. This was a disaster.

Property is nice and recently renovated. Staff is great and welcoming. The big down was that I got a room in the fifth floor while traveling with my 88 years old mother and then we found out that the elevators weren’t working- one was completely down and the second one was having problems. Hope that they invest in a complete solution

The hotel was super dirty. The carpets on the halls were very dirty and the smell in the halls and room was awful. They did not clean up our room and when we complained they just questioned if we left the dnd sign which we did not and not even offered to send someone to clean. Very disappointing.

Front desk agent was awesome and helpful BUT the first room we had was not so awesome. We had double beds and my son was in one bed and I was in the other. The sheets felt like they were still damp. Made out backs feel sticky. The front seat agent switched us to the room next door and sheets were much better but room was dirty. Light switches by lamps by bed were all dirty. Carpet looked very dirty by the restroom with stains everywhere. I just didn’t want to bother front desk again so we just left it alone but I wasn’t very comfortable.

Our room sink and shower were dirty had terrible smell. The restroom light was not working and AC sounded like a motor about to blow up. Only two small pillows per bed very uncomfortable. We called and were told no Maintenane was available. All of our family normally uses this hotel every time we travel to Laredo but this time we did not enjoy our stay at all.

View? I had a view of the street behind the hotel. The rooms are huge and nicely laid out. Great to work and sleep. The TVs were new and worked great. The bathroom was laid out great. The tubs were pretty gross. The hot water took 15 mins to get hot. Other than that it is a great place to stay. I really liked my room.

Toilet handle was broken. I let the receptionist know but was moved as there was no maintenance person available. Room was musty and the new room I was moved had a balcony that was super dirty the lock for the balcony door didn’t work the phone was missing button. Personnel was super friendly but hotel needs to be updated.

Through an innocent mistake the wrong night was booked. The hotel refused to allow us to merely change the night. Marriott has now moved to the bottom of our list for hotels as in never again!!! Orbitz was not much help either as a simple change was made very difficult and ultimately resulted in complete dissatisfaction. We tend to use Orbitz less and less ...

Very bad customer service with ignorant people that do not know how to handle credit card payments; doing overcharges and making mistakes when processing that when asked to correct got offended and told us they will cancel the charges and refused to provide us service when it was their hotel staff error. I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS PLACE AND WON'T RECOMENDED IT TO NO ONE! Our sister stayed there and said hotel is dirty and requires lots of repairs; which husband was working on fixing restroom light.

We chose Marriot because the name and prestige. The personnel was friendly and helpful. However, i was surprised at the smell on the second floor. The carpet smell dirty. Something I never expected in a Marriott. I was also surprise breakfast was not included. The price was equal or higher than several area hotels which include breakfast. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.

The room itself was nice, however, the shower needs an upgrade. The bottom of the tub was peeling and a translucent bath mat was used to cover it. The first morning of my stay I didn’t have hot water. It was slightly warm. The second morning, the hot water finally kicked on at the end of my shower and I found a roach as I was getting out of the shower.
