I paid on Hotels.com app. When I used my card to secure incedentals, they charged me for the hotel room AGAIN. it’s been 6 days and they still haven’t refunded me.

Check in clerk was friendly. Room was clean, but tv did not work & when I called to report it I was told a repair order would have to be made. However, it was 10 pm so I understood that.

The room was clean and smelled good. Everything was in working order. We had a handicapped accessible room with a walk-in shower, no tub. The shower curtain did not reach the floor, so the floor got splattered with water from the shower making it really dangerously slippery.
