The bed was extremly hard. Room smelled of smoke. Shower drained slow. Did not disclose about the deposit until checkin.

Worst experience you could imagine. Check in was scheduled for 3pm but had to wait until 6 to actually have a room. Staff had no clue what was going on and didn’t offer anything to make our stay any better. Key would stop working and door wouldn’t open. Called front desk for remote to tv and never got a call back. The smell of smoke/marijuana was still lingering in multiple rooms. Overall a horrible experience.

Rooms were not ready for check in at 3. Had to be out on a waiting list. Received a call at almost 5 saying room was ready. Went to check in and they gave my room To someone else. Had to wait to even longer to check in.

The room was supposed to be ready by 3. I called earlier to confirm and they didn’t have anybody’s rooms available. Once they did, they only changed sheets and towels. It looked like that’s all they had been doing for quite some time. The rooms were quite dirty.
