Great hotel, nice staff. They have an EV charger, although you have to reduce charging power, otherwise it will tell the breaker. Pet friendly and a nice grass so behind the hotel for the dogs to take care of business.

The room was ok. The sheets, pillow cases, and blankets all had stains. The shower is really small. I'm five foot and petite but still felt uncomfortable in the shower. The pool is disgusting and freezing. It smells like moldy water. Yet the service was excellent. The young ladies were attentive, patient, and respectful. I appreciated that they held my room until 3am when we were finally able to make it in.

Great hotel. We chose it because of the electric car charger they have and it worked great last time with reduced power. Did the same thing this time but it popped the breaker and staff this time didn't know how to reset the breaker. Please fix the electrical connection for the charger!

The pool was disgusting. I rented this property to be able to use the indoor pool since it was a little chilly outside. It was so dirty and smelled so bad that I could not even be in that room nevertheless get in the water. It looked like the water had been sitting in its filth for days.

We love staying here every time we come to Lubbock! Our room was so spacious with the large kitchen table that came in handy for the kids playing games. The only thing I was sad about was the pool heater was broken. We found out when we got there. Other than that it was great. We will stay there again!

We had a good overnight stay overall. I was disappointed that the excessive $20 per pet charge was not mentioned online. The breakfast was mediocre— eggs were dry and coffees tasted odd. Building has a pigeon poop problem.

The bathroom shower had little space for soap and shampoo. The water leaked out of the shower onto the floor. When using floor towel to clean it up it was black. It appears the floor was painted to some degree to address prior leak issues. The panel above the bed had hand prints on it. It was clear it had not been cleaned for sometime. The icebox was not working at all until my husband played with the switch for awhile to get it working. The breakfast was good and area was clean. The entrance and halls appeared to be clean. The AC worked well.

The room was very spacious, but most importantly it was spotless, neat, clean, tidy, welcoming, and quite comfortable. It was also one of the quietest I’ve stayed in during my frequent one night stays in Lubbock, Texas. I rarely have the chance to eat breakfast, but they had a nice supply of a variety of fruit which I took advantage of. The receptionist was also very, very helpful when I checked in as I forgot my phone in my friend’s car. I will definitely be staying there again.

Stated this was a non smoking hotel but the whole hotel smelt like weed and smoke. I’m 7 months pregnant and high risk. The pool was dirty and the area was sketchy. Did not feel safe at all. Non of these reviews matched our experience. The whole reason we wanted to stay here was because Expedia gave it a 8.8 rating

Poor service. Requested daily room cleaning. Only correctly accomplished on last two nights (of 6-night stay). Some days room was cleaned, but no towels were exchanged, some days nothing was done. Super disappointed. Room carpets heinously dirty… just walk around in bare feet for a minute and you will see! Breakfast bar was below average… Luke warm milk served out of vacuum stainless pump (like the ones used to dispense coffee)…. Seriously… use a fridge for the milk! Staff was courteous, but overall experience was worst I’ve had at a hotel due to poor servicing of rooms… I paid way too much money for this hotel.

I stay at Best Westerns on all my road trips, this locations room was so dirty. We mentioned it to the front desk and he replied " After you check out we will have someone clean it" The guy at the desk didn't seem to care at all, The bathroom had hair in the sink and there was trash under the chair.

Loved loved the staff. Front desk guy during the tornado 🌪 scare was the absolute best. Helped me calm my nerves. Room was clean and huge. Shower pressure was excellent and hot water worked well. Breakfast was well made and the room was very clean.

Multiple issues. AC not working. No attempt to supply any water or drinks at their breakfast. The water and juice dispenser was broken. The staff did not supply any bottles of juices or water. The rooms were not available at check in time. We arrived at the check in time expecting our rooms to be available to store our luggage after 7 1/2 hr trip. We planned accordingly to arrive in time to allow us to be ready for an event. The rooms were not available for an hour past check in time. The front desk staff was rude and did nothing to accommodate us. We were told that the manager was unavailable and that we would have to talk to the National office. After several attempts to find a solution to no avail, we had to put all our luggage back into two cars. A major inconvenience. We were unable to use the rooms to change clothes or use the facilities to shower prior to our event. We were given zip options.

After 5 min of arriving 15 minutes before check-in time, an employee called "Claudia" the front desk person. More than 10 minutes later someone else called her. Finally she showed up and rudely said she didn\'t have our room ready, yet. We asked if it would be ready at 3 (5 min later) and she grudgingly said "yes". When we returned she was entering paperwork into a computer and told us she\'d be with us in a few minutes. Another woman on a phone call finally put her call on hold to help us. No niceties like what time breakfast was, where it was, etc... Also, the sugar and creamers for room coffee were not in the sanitation cellophane, just a random bit of whatever someone else left in the room. Same with the shampoo, etc...Not the usual 3 things.Never again will we stay at that hotel.

This is a nice hotel with very clean facilities and rooms. Judging by the full parking lot, it is popular. Its location on the frontage road is a little difficult to drive to. You have to get off the Loop sooner than I expected. Didn’t get a chance to try the free breakfast. Would stay here again for sure.

Good stay for the price. Average, clean room. No big negatives other than the "breakfast". We arrived at breakfast area at 8am (not just before end of breakfast time). 3 of the 4 coffee thermos\' were empty. The scrambled eggs/sausage/potatoes containers were empty. No sign of any employees working to refill anything (during the 10-15 minutes we were there). We got the last 2 yogurts available. Meh.
