Wingate by Wyndham Lubbock

This was the most horrible thing I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room was not ready when arrived at 10 PM. One of the staff from the front desk was cleaning the room in a rush. The sheets were all wrinkled on both beds and all the pillows were thrown on one, and that was the way that was said to be the room was ready. The bathroom was still dirty from such a quick cleanup. The towels were quickly folded up and not in any kind of decent order They brought our extra blankets and pillows, rolled up in a ball and said they just got them out of the dryer and that’s why they were not folded The room was dusty and dirty, like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time The staff called our room and knocked on our door at 11:30 PM at night Then speaking to the manager, he was extremely rude about how horrible our stay was and did not do anything to help us in any fashion

The hotel room was dirty, with dust on the tables and around the lamp. The bed sheet was stained, and the room smelled bad. It was just minimal. Even the entrance floor and the elevator were stained and dirty. The whole hotel was smelling weird. I’ll never go back again.

Wasn't the best. Gym was incredibly minimal, breakfast didn't have a lot of options so I passed. They were out of soap for the rooms. My room on 2nd floor was noisy. TV was nice, easy to scan channels. I didn't check the pool. Bed was a little too hard for me. Elevator buttons were surprisingly hard to press. Location worked for me. I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel was okay. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioning was very good. The only problem I had was with the birds that were roosting on the awning over the entrance to the hotel. My room was directly over that awning. The birds were noisy and their droppings were on the concrete going into the hotel. Something needs to be done to get them to relocate.

The room floor was dirty . The bedsheet were also not net and clean. I could see hair in it .
