The room was filthy. Bathroom was super dirty. Lamp and TV didn’t work and telephone was not connected so I couldn’t call the front desk. When I went to the front desk and complain she said I should have said something sooner. I told her we had arrived at 1030pm after driving for hours and I went straight to bed. I told her the room should not be dirty in the first place and checked out. She continued to yell at me across the lobby as I was walking out. Very poor customer service and filthy room.

Was impressed with this place. I guess the nice thing was the indoor courtyard. I was there for my daughter’s ring ceremony at Texas Tech, and had my family there. It was nice to hang out in that middle area. Room was nice and the beds were comfortable, and the staff was fantastic. Will definitely be visiting this place again when I’m back up in Lubbock.
