The room was a little outdated it took awhile for it to cool down. I had called and requested adjoining rooms before I booked and was told I would get it. When I checked in I was told that I could not get one. I needed to do having my granddaughter with us.

Front seems staff was a very helpful gentleman, who felt terrible about the horrible cigarette smoke smell that our first room had. He was able to get us a new room, thankfully. The ceilings were popcorn ceilings and the bathrooms could definitely use renovation.

The air did not work in the room. There was a used tampon on the floor in the stairs for two days. We had to take the stairs for two days since the elevator was out. Also, there was a roach in the room when we arrived.
