This location was incredibly clean! the pool looked beautiful, room was clean and spacious. You can tell pride is taken in this property. Breakfast options were limited, but I was happy to see prepackaged microwavable breakfast sandwiches as an option. 10/10 would stay here again.

My stay was lovely. Check in was quick and simple . I called ahead to let them know I would be arriving late. I had no issues. Room was very clean , pool was clean. The laundry facility worked and I was able to wash my clothes before leaving. The washer did smell like mildew however once my clothes were washed and dried they did not smell at all. Smelled great. Best part Walmart is in walking distance.

Good hotel. No issues with property, no issues with parking, no issues with room. But the staff doesnt have much idea on the reservation. Initially I was asking for good room with non smoking during reservation. But the staff said they have a non smoking room with key not working. So everytime go out i need to let the staff know so that they open the room for me, which us kind of weird. Then I am forced myself to get the smoking room. But the room is okay and good. No complaints.

Not what I was expecting. Our room smelled like straight up marijuana and cigarettes . Floors were slippery, the walls, trim bathroom were sticky. We were all slipping and sliding. We had to go to Walmart, to purchase plug ins, and cleaning products to help with the smell and from falling. I completely understand that the hotel allows smoking, but something has to change. That cleaning fee you all charging needs to be increased and house keeping needs training. Will not ever come back here again.

September 2024: Stains on floor, chair, bed, and towels. Room smelled very wet and musty. AC had loud grinding noise. No hot water one of the nights. Was disappointed. We had stayed here in March of 2023 and it was much better then.

We stayed for 5 nights, the room was clean and spacious. The air conditioner worked well. The coffee was good, it was a little chilly so we didn't swim but the pool area was really nice and the pool water was beautiful. They provided a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and iron. We had very pleasant stay. Always glad to get back to the room after a long day.

The property is nice and the area is good. Parking lot has trees and looks nice with pool. But like any motel, I got noisy neighbors who checked in after midnight and loud chattering, stomping floor lasted another two hours until 2 AM. More noisy people are up at 6:30 am. So despite the homy bed and clean room, I didn’t sleep well. Sorry about the money I spent.

The building looked old. However, the rooms are very modern. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were really clean. My only issue is that I had to pay a $30 per day fee for my pet. I wasn’t informed of the fee when I booked the room through Expedia. I would have gone to a different hotel had I known of the fee.

I was surprised that it was a “Motel” the doors are outside. I went back to look and don’t see anywhere that I missed that information. The air conditioner had a hard time keeping up with the 100 degree heat. The first day there was a strong odor of marijuana outside the rooms. The beds were clean and comfy, but the room was just average.

Needed 2 hands to close or open door. Surprised door handle doesnt get ripped off. Also bathroom door couldn't close because door doesn't line up with frame. Shocked that front desk didn't seem surprised or care about the issues. She said "she'll let Maintenance know". Usually this hotel is perfectly fine when we visit, but we never stayed on this wing so we were suprised by the condition. Would have been nice for some ki d if adjustment on the bill for the room condition.

The manager and the lady working the desk when checking in was very unprofessional and broke the law. I have a service dog and they were giving me a hard time and asking a lot of questions and we were not the only one they did this to that night. I even showed the lady behind the desk the service animal support vest and still charged me for the dog. The bed only had a flat sheet on the bottom of the bed instead of a fitted sheet. When checking out I tried talking to the same lady that checked us in and she said she was not going to talk about it. This is the only Best Western that I have been to that has tried us that bad and told us if we don’t pay for the dog then we can’t stay but yet they had already charged my card for the stay. This is how we get treated being gold members then I will never go back to Beat Western again.

This property was in a great area, walking distance from a Walmart, 20 minutes from downtown Houston depending traffic, also near the property restaurants, daiquiri shop, liquor store, dentist office, tractor supply, whatever I needed was within limits, this property was nice and clean for my short stay, staff was nice front desk and house keepers, no this property is not five star but it's reasonable and my stay again was comfortable

Checkin was inviting it was valentines day and we were greeted with a rose, room smelled and heat didn't work...offered use of a space heater since no double rooms were available, after a hard NO offered a upgrade. Room was very nice and comfortable and clean. Very nice breakfast bar wonderful options. Extremely pleasant staff.

Rooms were recently remodeled. Bed was average, mattress was somewhat hard. Breakfast was mediocre at best, slow to be refilled when they ran out. Bananas were filled up on Saturday and it looked like the remaining ones were left on Sunday. Muffins quickly gone, bread slow to be refilled. Pancake machine broken on the second day. Overall decent, would consider staying again if the price is right.

Pool area set up nice but they closed it our only available day, all day, because a storm was coming in that night, after midnight. Phone would not connect to desk so we had to call the hotel main number to ask questions or for service. AC in room had a drip pan that kept filling up, overflowing. Carpet was wet. We called the desk but they never sent anyone up. Loud children and tv next door. Very nice comp breakfast. Very nice maintenance guy came back in our first night to fix our tv. Electricity went out Tues morning so no breakfast, no AC, no pool, no TV so we checked out a day early. The desk told us would probably not be up til at earliest Weds.
