All the staff persons were very, very nice.The room was what I reserved. It smelled clean and was clean. Everything was great. The A/C was on already and was COLD, which was nice. Everything in the room worked. The room looked nicely decorated. The hotel wasn’t too busy for a Sun & Mon.which meant we had the sparkling swimming pool virtually to ourselves as well as the fitness room. The breakfast was super due to the various foods offered. And the coffee was the best, loved it. There are all kinds of shopping places and restaurants nearby also.

Had to wait 1 whole hour for hott water to work after leaving it running couldn’t change me rooms because all rooms were the same

Took hot water a long time to get hot.

Hotel is overall clean. Staff is friendly. However, the pool & pool area is not well maintained. Key cards often don’t work.

Not enough bedding available for all the rooms. That can be improved. Also, please check why ice maker keeps beeping for hours!

Our stay with two adults and two small dogs was easy, safe, comfortable and smoke free. The front desk ladies were exceptionally nice at all hours of the day and night. The breakfast was a great assortment of hot and cold items including scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage our first day and cheese omlets, tater tots and sausage the next day. A waffle maker, cereals, fruit, muffins, bagels and breads along with boiled eggs, yogurt, cream cheese and a good selection of condiments and jellies rounds out a great selection that did not disappoint and was kept well stocked.The coffee machine had more than one selection and a variety of creamers and sugars, and was delicious! The hotel property was clean, well lighted inside and out and nicely decorated. The AC worked great. The shower had great water pressure and a massage shower head with several options, perfect for a long hot shower. The front desk had an array of snacks available for sale such as candy and canned sodas that were priced reasonably, not way overpriced like some. Thankful that they had Mountain Dew!! We were greeted every morning and evening by very sweet front desk staff and our little dogs were treated very friendly. The rusted commode seat screws and loud flushing noise were my only disappointments. The pool looked clean and ready for a swim. Our bed linens were clean, soft and comfy. Our room was very clean and furniture in good condition. Fridge and microwave were a plus. I highly recommend this hotel.Loved it!

Check-in was easy. Requested bottom flor and we were accommodated. Parking lot was lit, and clise to entrance. Breakfast is provided and check ot @ 11am. Close to interstate.

Stay away from here! The property itself is very deteriorated. The hallways were very dirty and there was mold on the lamp shades. After checking in, we decided to leave. We just didn’t feel safe in there either. We had booked for three nights and after filing a complaint we weren’t at least reimbursed for the second or third night.

Everything appeared clean, no strange smells but after leaving the room and returning, there were small roaches crawling on the desk.

I like the location, convenient, safe & quite. I didn't like the sort of musty smell in the room, possible mildew smell, & pillows were too small to use just one because my head was too low, but when using two my head was too high just couldn't sleep comfortable, other than that everything else was good.

Desk Chair should be put in the dumpster. Cannot believe they have it in a room. Wish I had taken a picture. Also the room was very noisy. Was next to the side entrance and workers staying there entered and left at all hours of the night making loud noises. Do not stay in rooms 101 or 102.

The pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable, inhibited sleeping well at all. Otherwise good stay

Large rooms

Location is convenient for Houston Rodeo. Room was very comfortable. Good shower. Good Bed. This is a mid-tier or budget motel, so it's not luxurious. However, it was more than adequate for a few days. WiFi was great. Safe area. Front desk staff was friendly

I like the location, convenient, safe & quite. This property was ok for our one-night stay for a softball tournament. Staff was very friendly. The walls are very thin though. We could hear loud snoring, baby crying & their alarm going off for an hour at 5am! So although the room was comfortable, its certainly not quiet! You can also hear everything in the hallway.

First off this is a basic Hotel. It is in need of a facelift and update. The rooms are a throwback from the late 90’s. Dated without the modern convinces of our wired modem lifestyle. The free wifi didn’t connect on the third floor. It barely worked in the common areas of the hotel. The room was clean but had a distinct musky smell. My room was a king suite . It included a fridge ,coffee maker (mine was broken ) and dial controlled microwave. The bed was comfortable. The heat/ac unit was very loud and dated. The tv worked with lots of cable channels available. If you get a good rate and need a place to sleep for one night . This hotel/motel might suit your needs. I will give top customer service marks to the young lady working the front desk . The hotel is convenient to the major shopping,,eating areas of Pearland. I would rate this hotel/motel 5 out of 10 The major selling point is location , cleanliness and customer service.

Rooms could use some updating. Beds were okay the issue we had was the noise. Walls are so thin you can hear conversations, tvs, everything

Room was very clean, AC worked great whether you wanted it cooler or warmer. Sheets and all of the bedding were comfortable as well as the staff was very nice. The breakfast was very cold all 3 days we were there but everything else was great. The area is great and we felt safe

The room was large with a comfy sofa and tv in half and a great bed and chairs in the other half. The room was clean and had lots of towels, tissue and closet space. It was quiet and had good lighting. The staff was courteous and efficient. Breakfast was good especially compared to most we’ve had in other hotels.

Booked through Hotel.com but got overcharged by the hotel. The manager deny any responsibillties and was not willing to coporate when questions were asked. Call the police to be escort out while my boy is still sleeping… not making this up, just bad experience due to rude manager!!!

We were looking for a hotel. And when I did my search I found this hotel in Pearland. It was very nice and comfortable. The two ladies at the desk were very helpful. We got an excellent rate. It was in the middle of everything that we needed. We will definitely stay again.

The staff is AMAZING!! Everyone was so friendly & also professional. The manager (Veronica) made me feel very welcomed and made sure I was pleased with my stay. The room was very clean & neat. I definitely will be returning.

The receptionist working front desk was not friendly, not welcoming and dismissive towards me when I checked in around 2:15 a.m. early morning on Dec 29, 2022. She needs to be trained on how to greet guests properly. Other than that my short stay was nice.

I stay here because its convenient and the staff is always friendly.

The stay at Sleep Inn was incredibly comfortable. The front desk representative, Veronica, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and represented the company exceptionally well.

At this point I have zero positive things to say. I was placed in an unacceptable room and they were unable to move me. I understood why it was impossible to put me in another room, but you refused my refund. I checked in and left your motel within 5 minutes. This turnaround doesn’t constitute you keeping my money. This motel restricts smoking, but you allow marijuana in your hotel. I’ve always enjoyed my stay at this hotel, but keeping a customer’s money when they aren’t satisfied or your inability to place me in another room when I asked is so disheartening. You lost a satisfied customer & future business.

Excellent customer service

The lady at the front desk was very rude. When I called and asked if I could do an early check in. She was also rude in person.

We were looking for a hotel. And when I did my search I found this hotel in Pearland. It was very nice and comfortable. The two ladies at the desk were very helpful. We got an excellent rate. It was in the middle of everything that we needed. We will definitely stay again.

The only great thing about this property, the bed was great. Other than that I would not recommend this property. On line it shows breakfast to order, but it was a continental breakfast.

We arrived and were checked in by Rose. She was as friendly as can be and very professional. It was my first time staying at this hotel chain and I was pleasantly surprised. It was very clean. To be fair we stayed on the 1st floor so we did not see any other floors nor did we visit any other amenities. Everything was great until we went to breakfast the next morning. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because of the breakfast picture on the website. It can truly be a great breakfast, but you need to come way before they stop at 9:00 am. Seems their goal is to have everything put away by 9:00. The lady was not concerned about if the guest had enough breakfast until 9. My daughter arrived at about 8:35 and they were out of waffle mix and it was not replaced. My daughter made us the last 2 waffles by having to take the plastic container and drip enough to finish our waffles. There were no potatoes. She did restock the sausage. People were coming down and there was no effort to make sure they had food. They were ignored. I went to refill our juice cups a couple minutes after 9:00 and the juice machine was turned off. I asked if they were out of juice and she said no, it is after 9. You get my point. No one was rude, just make sure you are early for breakfast because, in the last 30 minutes, you may not have a great selection from an already slim selection. I would stay here again, I know now not the be late for breakfast.

The TV in the room did not work. Crystal at the front desk NEVER came to fix it. We waited 30 minutes for her to say no one was in the room. The breakfast looked good but the eggs were hard. The sausage was half cooked, and the potatoes were chewy. Also, the linens and curtains were slightly stained and all the fixtures were rusted.

We enjoyed our stay at this location and will be using this location for future stays in the upcoming months. The staff is very accommodating and professional. The room was clean and fresh. The breakfast offers many wonderful choices and was fresh and hot.

The breakfast could have been better, bacon. Quiet and friendly staff.
