I paid for the reservation through Expedia without knowing that the hotel was being remodeled. If I had known that it was being remodeled, I would not have paid for it, because to begin with, it should not be available on the website to the public if it is being remodeled because it is a danger to the guests. since there was paint everywhere and construction material rubble

This is not a ada acceptable rental. There was one rail for help in the shower, but it was in the wrong place. No safety rails by the commode. There was black mold behind the bathroom door. The room itself was plain, no artworks. The bed was hard. For it being a pet friendly establishment, we were told no dogs on the bed. Next time i will rent a corporate hotel, because the franchise hotels are not held to a high standard.

The property is currently being remodeled. Theirs dust, furniture, vanities all over the place. The heater in our room did not work and it was when we had that extremely cold weather across the country. No security latch on room door. Not really what we expected. The only positive thing about the hotel was that they have semi truck parking.

The pool area is nice, the lobby as well. Honestly i personally would not stay here again. Needs an UPGRADE 100! Did Not feel comfortable staying here!

For the price, the room was good. I like that they don't charge an arm and a leg for having puppies. The room was comfortable and the staff was pleasant. We would definitely stay again as long as they don't charge for pets like other hotels do.

There was a lot of construction. Looks like it will be beautiful, but not done yet. We had a room next to the laundry. We kept hearing an electronic alarm melody that would stay on for several minutes periodically 'til late night, and start early in the morning. We told the manager and she said she couldn't hear it and never checked on it. No coffee or any kind of breakfast. Beautiful tile floor.

Conveniently located to where we needed to be. Good rooms for the price. Staff was very friendly and the night shift guy was very helpful and nice. The room could have been swept better, there was dirt and hair on the floor of the bathroom and dirt in the corner of the room by the chair. Decent continental breakfast, but you have to get there early because they do not restock the breakfast items.

I think the property is pretty good for the price, the room did have some cosmetic flaws, there was an area of the room that had some mold on it, but if it weren’t for that mold it would’ve been a really nice room, and I’m assuming that the other rooms that don’t have mold are pretty nice, overall I would recommend it

Fast and easy check in. Well lit parking. King bed was nice and big. Very firm how I like. Great spacious room. We did see a few dead bugs on the floor and in the restroom we did see stray hairs through out the toilet and floor. Overall nice room

The pictures online looked nothing like the hotel. The place has a few cars out front and materials for them to remodel. It was dirty and there are bugs. The rooms didn’t cool off either and smelled like mildew.We had no choice but to stay because our rooms were non-refundable big smh. Please be careful if you choose to stay here.

I guess you get what you pay for. I Decided to stay at this location because I have always had decent to good experiences with red roof inn facilities. This location is horrible. The floor is laminate and was super greasy to the touch. It didn't matter whether you were barefooted, in socks, or wearing shoes, you could feel your feet slowly slide from under you. Shower water never got hot. It barely got warm. King bed had a huge crater in the mattress on one side. Clearly this mattress has reached its life expectancy. When I laid down on the mattress, you can hear and feel multiple coils, popping and collapsing underneath you. And don't look forward to coffee in the morning either. Room had a coffee maker with coffee, however, that's it. No cups, no stir sticks, sugar, or creamer to be found. Just a bag of coffee and a coffee maker. Iron, lol. I know not to expect high, end, quality irons in hotels. But if you stay at this hotel, you better bring dry, cleaned clothes. The iron repeatedly spilled yellowish water on my clothes. Had to spot clean them several times just to make them presentable.

We checked in after a long drive. Our room was warm and we had to ask for another room since ac was not working. The next morning we thought it was a continental breakfast, but the only hot food option was a waffle. Usually most places offer eggs, sausage and sometimes bacon or oatmeal.

I was received a room with the toilet clogged. I called the receptionist Claudia if I could switch to a different room. Her response was “You can come pick up a plunger to the front desk”. Never going back!!!

I loved that this place was right off the major highway and didn't have to drive any blocks from the highway. There are many options to eat around it. The breakfast was somewhat okay, they had powered donuts which were hard-ish. The coffee was good. The AC worked well, no carpet on our floor just tile. Comfy beds, staff was nice.
