handicapped room was on second floor and the elevator was broken. My husband is in a wheelchair. They had to scramble to get us another room. Bed was a double instead of a queen and it was hard and lumpy. Only good thing was the front desk woman. She was great!

Entire building was nasty! Trash overflowing into hallway and horrible smell throughout! Elevators not operating but I think that was a plus! I had to book somewhere else instead and of course lost my money here but I was going to sleep in my car!!! Don’t book here!!!!!!!

Room not properly cleaned. "Breakfast" was prepackaged sugary snacks only. No hairdryers on premises (i asked! ). Security door at back of property apparently broken for a long time, wouldn't close. First staff member i met was professional, the last one was rude.

Most of the staff are professional and accommodating. Extremely dirty floors, hallways , elevators, roaches crawling walls in room , . Inside drawers, cabinets are filthy. A microwave was missing in my room and no one was aware unto I mentioned. Not a clean place by any means sadly, bc it is a good location. The elevator floor is dirty all the time. In other words every where you look you find dirt, bugs. But american way or idea of cleaning is way inferior than any other culture . The dirt is right in front of you and no one cares. So I had to spend a lot of money on cleaning supplies, bug sprays to keep it habitable for the time being. Advice to management; inspect every room before and after cleaning . Have a written policy how things should be looking and communicate with housekeeping the basic standard of cleaning. No alive or l dead bugs should be seen. EVER!! I miss the OMINI

I went to Plano inn & suites and had a really bad experience so I booked the stay here, and it was very nice experience and stay. I would update the stoves, and get an ice machine. Other than that, it was pretty decent.

Outstanding service. We were going to arrive late, like after midnight. The conscientious and competent evening clerk called us and checked us in. When we arrived, the computer system was down that we could not have been booked into a room. The elevator was broken, so my handicapped wife could not come visit the kids in the room. On two days, the breakfast was put away early. This is hard to explain to five year olds. Room rates must have doubled for the eclipse, they were outrageous.

They charge a deposit which was not listed. They DO NOT have any dishes or cooking utensils, there was no microwave or coffee pot. The hall I stayed in at the end by 2 other rooms was a dead body smell. I literally thought there may have been a Jeff Dahmer wanna be next door. The room itself smelled fine and was clean but I was pretty salty they didn’t have anything to cook with and no microwave when they advertised they did.

Noisy, no fault of the hotel, just noisy neighbors. Place had 2 beds with a sleeper sofa, good for family of 5 with 3 teenagers. We all fit nicely in the room and it had a fridge to put our cold drinks. We couldn't find an ice machine but we just filled out water bottles half full of water and stuck them in the freezer over night then filled them up with water before we left in the morning, it all worked out.

The place is a total dump. . As soon as you walk in you can smell marijuana. The property is severely neglected and the rooms are in despicable conditions. Broken baseboards, exposed low sitting breaker switches. Dirty everywhere. Worse part, the mattress with the springs sinking me as I sat to change my child. The TV didn’t work and overall and uncomfortable place. Cabinets black inside like mold, dirty refrigerator. I didn’t even let my baby walk in that room. We checked out and didn’t stay for the four nights we booked. We were quite uncomfortable and grossed out by this hotel. Do not go there!

This hotel was horrible! The room was not cleaned up well. We actually wet one of there towels to clean the floor because it was sticky. We saw a cockroach in the bathroom. It had a kitchenette with no dishes or pots in it so when we took our food we actually had to go get plates and silverware to eat it. I don't know who the owner is but this hotel use needs to be condemned! It's outdated. The window screens had holes in it. Like big enough that a bird could fly in the room couldn't open the windows for fresh air. the couch in our room was horrible. the room had a little table to eat at but no chairs to sit in. I'm sure there's more to tell but I'm done. DO NOT GO THERE!!

ALERT RECOMMEND - AVOID STAYING HERE!! Recommend spending a few more Dollars to go somewhere else! DEF Not what I was Expecting, WILL ALWAYS Read Reviews from Now on. As Everyone else mentioned, hallways smelled Bad and So did the Room. The Top Lock was BROKEN, Felt Unsafe. Room was FILLED w Cockroaches (Big and Small ones). They were All over the Walls, cabinets, Counters, Fridge, even the Ceiling!! After walking into the room, Read other reviews they Won’t Refund money, so didn’t even try! SUPER Discussed and Uncomfortable All Night, my Daughter Even wanted to sleep in the car. Even w it’s being 98 degrees at 10pm. The TV didn’t work, kept going on and Off. The Toilet didn’t work, water kept Running ALL Night. ONLY thing that worked was the AC.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. During my stay, I found multiple roaches in the room, which made the entire experience uncomfortable and unsanitary. Nasty hotel, Roaches was crawling everywhere! No pots, pans, silverware like a normal extended stay would have! Microwave did not work. Stove did not either is old and rundown! Hallway smells like piss! It hits soon as you walk in. Trash smelled and was right at entrance doors! very uncomfortable stay because the fear or a roach would crawl on me or get into my food! Barely stayed at the room because it was definitely not my cup of tea!

Showed up at 3:05pm to check in. Waited at the empty front desk until 3:45 until an employee finally showed up. When we got our room keys, the found that the room was cleaned but there were actual boogers stuck on the kitchen wall, mold growing in the bathroom, and that our door lock was broken. Would not recommend to anyone

Roaches, dirty room, only give towels out on Monday and Friday. If you want any housekeeping, you have to come down to the front desk and get the broom yourself! Housekeeping only cleans the empty rooms, they don’t ask if you need anything. Breakfast is a joke, they don’t keep the 3 items stocked so once they are gone, you are out of luck. I would recommend you spend the extra money and stay somewhere better.

Front desk was polite. The downstairs was ok. But once we got off the elevator on the 2nd floor, it was completely different. The hall smelled of mildew and old smoke. The room was appeared clean but once you looked closer, it wasn’t. The kitchenette was old with broken and in disrepair. There wasn’t even a bathroom door. I just took my suitcase and left, didn’t even stay for the 2 nights I paid for. This is my 2nd bad experience with this hotel chain in different cities. I won’t try them again.

A real nightmare place to stay. Check in was an hour late (1st red flag) so they could clean the room. If that room was cleaned, it was back sometime in the 90’s. It was filthy. Roaches were crawling everywhere. We did not get the room we paid for. All we got was a “sorry, we overbooked”. I had to show the manager pictures before she offered a measly $50.00 refund. I would have switched hotels, but because of the eclipse there were no rooms available anywhere else. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this hotel like the plague. April 6-9, 2024 - Not the room I paid for - No light in room, requested one. - No garbage in kitchen, requested - No chair for counter, computer use on bed until we brought in a chair from dining room. - No phone to call front desk - Electric outlet broken, unusable - Cockroaches everywhere - Filthy dirty cabinets, floors

Noisy, no fault of the hotel, just noisy neighbors. Place had 2 beds with a sleeper sofa, good for family of 5 with 3 teenagers. We all fit nicely in the room and it had a fridge to put our cold drinks. We couldn't find an ice machine but we just filled out water bottles half full of water and stuck them in the freezer over night then filled them up with water before we left in the morning, it all worked out.

Really Disappointed in this hotel, spend the extra 20$ to stay somewhere else. When we came to check in there was no one at the desk, waited over 15 minutes then decided to call the front desk they finally came and started the check in. The police interrupted my check-in with a 911 call from one of the rooms. 😱They did not have the number of beds that we booked on the listing, so the five of us had to share two double beds. And my husband had to keep building the bed as it kept collapsing. And yes there were roaches and the cleanliness of the room was like a C-. Dirty sheets, walls and fridge. Breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal and muffins and coffee. A/c worked well though! Check out couldn’t find anyone either finally waived to the camera and left my key in the drop box. Have potential to be a good place but really needs some work!

They gave our reservation to someone else. Then told us it was first come first serve when we had reserved and paid ahead of time for a room with a pullout couch because we had 4 kids with us. The room we were given the front door wqs hard to open and close. The bathroom door didnt shut right or lock. There was a fuse box low where our 6 yr old could reach it. An outlet cover waa half hanging off. Everything was dusty and it was a kitchenette with nothing in it. I had contact expedia and get then to get us a refund. And they got us into a great place down the road. I will never ever reserve or stay at an extended stay again.

We did not stay! The Hotels.com website shows "Check-in between 3PM and 11AM". We arrived after midnight and we were told that we could not check-in at that time, the hotel computer system had recorded a "no-show" and that there is no way to check-in anyone between 00h01AM and 11h00AM!!!! We had kids with us!!!!! And, yes, we had to find another hotel to sleep that night. We ended up paying for two rooms at the Motel 6 (awful) adjacent to intended (and paid for) Extended Stay... Surreal!

They will cancel an Expedia credit card reservation if you are late. No attempt to find me a room. Very unreliable. Expedia should drop them. Beware you.might end up sleeping in the parking lot because they won't honor Expedia reservations. I bet I will get no response from Expedia or extended stay America. I'd be shocked if I do How can you make it right? BED!! Not fun at 1 am

My family and I have been here for a few weeks. We haven't had many issues. The a/c was leaking a bit, but it's been over 100 degrees lately. I can only assume it's because of the extra work it has to put in. The staff members are extremely nice and very professional. They actually care about your stay. Ms. Nicole, the GM is a joy to meet. She definitely knows how to run a business. All of the staff and guests are really kind and considerate.

The general manager lacks professionalism and is beyond rude. I would think as a general manager you would set the best example for a guest but no she exudes a negative attitude that shows she has no desire to be there. Even the property lacks care. When I was there for 3 nights the latch to my door was broken and I was told maintenance would get around to fixing it, yet they never did. Definitely wouldn’t return.

The room I had was roach and bug infested. Bath tub looked as if it hasn’t been cleaned, the door was patched from where it seemed that someone had tried to bust in, bath towels had stains, hair was on inside of sliding door to bathroom, desk chair disgusting with stains, and mgmt didn’t seem concerned, safety, cleanness and respect goes a long way. Property in a beautiful and clean area, walking distance to restaurants and a beautiful hospital right across the street from this place, with mgmt should be ashamed and embarrassed,

Room was clean but the smell of cigarette smoke was awful. I used to vans if febreeze and it did not help No complimentary shampoo, etc no hair dryer Would not stay here again. Hallways dirty and smelly as well

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. First just for value purposes there is no actual breakfast just coffee and good luck getting any because it's guarded by a mentally unstable woman who thinks she's the queen of Sheba, and tried start some stuff because we looked her direction. Obvisously whatever crappy coffee they had wasn't worth the risk. They don't have blankets, yeah I know I was shocked too. There are stains everywhere, walls, beds, floors, chairs, even the art had something carved into it. Lots of drug use, you can smell and see it. Missing carpet patches in the hallway even. We didn't sleep, it was a total waste and just stressed everyone out.

Room not properly cleaned. "Breakfast" was prepackaged sugary snacks only. No hairdryers on premises (i asked! ). Security door at back of property apparently broken for a long time, wouldn't close. First staff member i met was professional, the last one was rude.

Outstanding service. We were going to arrive late, like after midnight. The conscientious and competent evening clerk called us and checked us in. When we arrived, the computer system was down that we could not have been booked into a room. The elevator was broken, so my handicapped wife could not come visit the kids in the room. On two days, the breakfast was put away early. This is hard to explain to five year olds. Room rates must have doubled for the eclipse, they were outrageous.

Roaches, dirty room, only give towels out on Monday and Friday. If you want any housekeeping, you have to come down to the front desk and get the broom yourself! Housekeeping only cleans the empty rooms, they don’t ask if you need anything. Breakfast is a joke, they don’t keep the 3 items stocked so once they are gone, you are out of luck. I would recommend you spend the extra money and stay somewhere better.

I recently stayed here for a week and was thoroughly impressed. customer services was highlight at the front desk went above and beyond to greet you our room 126 was spotless and bed was incredibly comfortable.
