The hotel was about average. There was only one elevator that took forever, so I mainly took the stairs. We were there 3 nights and had to wash clothes daily, but the dryer didn’t work. The staff was great! The gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name was Richard. He was very helpful!! He provided with a nearby location that had great BBQ. He also assisted my wife with drying our clothes. We cannot thank him enough!

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Towels and washcloths were so soft! Water pressure was amazing! Breakfast was good. Only cons were that check-in was slow and the hallways were not air conditioned.

The property has had a refresh at some point but it still seems a little tired. Overall it’s decent for a night or two. Staff is excellent and very friendly and accommodating. The furniture (chair in our room was in need of replacement)

This hotel was cheap. I have photos of a worn out, greasy and torn chair, the only one to sit in in the room. The pull down white privacy curtain had a 3” vertical cut in it, the flooring in the bathroom was misfit to where it didn’t butt up against the walls floor boards. There was mold in the shower caulking. Cheap IKEA furniture, no luxury at all. No Keurig coffee pot in the room as other hotels have. I have photos of all of this and more, but there’s no place to post these photos on this Expedia site. We’re looking for another hotel chain to stay in.

Room smelled terribly bad, it was a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke, hairs on the sheets, desk chair was broken, restroom floor was dirty, shower tub had hairs, sink vanity also had hairs. Never again will I book in this hotel waste of my money in this hotel and it was not cheap either.

Stayed here numerous times this year. Always stayed on the third floor far west side. This is time I stayed on the bottom floor room 106, was so noisy woke up at 11:30 due to stomping and furniture moving above me couldn’t go back to sleep till mid morning. Was going to tell the front desk in the morning but seen someone else complaining about something and decided it was not worth my time.

This property looked to have been updated more recently. Choices were nice. But the workmanship was lacking (shower door wasn’t level, caulking was extremely sloppy). Not a deal killer. Room was very clean otherwise and we would stay here again.

Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Extras such as hairdryer were not easy to find. Coffee pot was missing coffee tray. Front desk was efficient but not friendly. Have stayed in many Hanptons but this one is off my list. Sorry

Regina Glover at the front desk was beyond amazing and professional. I would book again just because of her energy. The staff was amazing with keeping the room stocked with fresh towels and emptying the trash.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They will go out of their way to help. The hotel is quiet, very clean, and offers a good breakfast every morning. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, and good shopping is just a few minutes away by car. I will stay here every time I visit Seguin.

Everything was good except breakfast. We had to get up early and was down for breakfast about 6:45. The coffee was just warm each morning, left over from the night before. Had to request coffee from the kitchen
