The staircase to the room had dog poop and was not clean through out the 3 days stay. The floors were dirty. The advertised breakfast was a lie. The property only has slices of bread, frozen pancakes, and frozen waffles displayed in a glass, very terrible. The pool has not been cleaned for months and appears very dirty. We had planned to use the pool during the visit, but unfortunately, we couldn't. The reasons the property was booked were unavailable at the time of the visit.

The room was clean and comfortable. Even with the bar in the courtyard, nights were quiet. The parking area could be cleaned up...hazards to tires everywhere. The continental breakfast needs to be better. Nothing but high sugar cereals and items to pour syrup on. Fresh fruits and healthier cereal could be added.

The parking lot has a lot of pot holes and its slightly run down. When we first got into our room the ac didnt click on but the manager was quick to come check it out. The pool was open and seemed clean, couple of groups down there. The bedsheets were scratchy and made us itchy but it was clean and free from any weird smells. They do have a breakfast and my only complaint would be the lack of creamer options. Otherwise it was clean and safe

This was the dirtiest hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Half the occupants were residents of the hotel. Balconies were caving in, sheets were dirty, bathroom had mold, pool was cloudy, and the balcony door didn’t even lock.

Front desk stayed on a personal call for 10 minutes before waiting on me. Sign on front desk saying "Absolutely no refunds" is suspect at best. Parking lot was no better than a rock grotto laced with cigarette butts. AC in room leaked water and when I used up half my meager towels soaking up the water so I could walk without soaking my feet my request for additional towels went unanswered. I had to kill 6 crickets in the tub before I could shower. Bed and chair in room were comfortable and if I had not been exhausted from a 600 mile drive I would have walked away refund or not. Hotels. Com should reimburse me and remove this hotel from its listings!

The room was not clean, no coffee or coffee pot, no Kleenex. The soap and shampoo conditioner was empty and the old container holders were still stuck on the wall. No elevator, we had to haul our luggage upstairs. The door opens on to the parking lot. The breakfast was 2 sugary cereals, microwave pancakes and white bread for toast. It had a good rating so for the price we decided to try it.

Water had insufficient hot water. Was told we just need to leave the water running for a time. But the water would get scalding hot for about 3 minutes, then go back to cold for about 2, then back to hot for 3 and then back and forth until we finished. When we got out of the shower and walked across the floor, our feet were brown with dirt from the floor not being cleaned.

Non smoking room has burn holes in blanket. Smells of smoke. Wall has broken outlet with all wires exposed. Corners of room are dirty. Everything is dated and somewhat broken. Microwave has no light.

First room provided smelled of someone that had smoked cigarettes for an extensive period of time. The front desk was kind enough to switch us to another room. The smell was definitely better, but the bathtub was extremely dirty and moldy. The shower curtain had mold all along the bottom.

The room was clean, but bathroom needed an update. There was alot of outside noise from the door and the chain lock on door didn't work, so it was a little unsettling for 2 women alone in a room. The stairway going upstairs needs some work, couple of steps looked in need of repairs.

I updated to a suite and my pup and I enjoyed the extra room and two views. I found minor things didn’t work-clock, smoke detector had fallen off ceiling and don’t know if it worked, refrigerator froze my drinks. I won’t hesitate to stay again.

Bed was absolutely terrible, worn down in the middle creating a dip that you couldnt escape, and everytime you move or turn over it made horrid noises like springs and bars were popping under you like it was about to break down. Worst night of sleep ive had in a long time... and the toilet leaked a bit from the bottom everytime you flush... but other than these 2 complaints it wasn't that bad. It was clean, staff was super friendly, "hot" breakfast was okay. I will stay here again in the future if need be, but will request a room change if i get a terrible bed again.

The room needs be renovated. The structure is old. The bed was not confortable, not leveled, to old and made noises when moving from one side to another. The pillows were too small.We will not recommend to othe people, and we will not stay there again in the future.Other family members stayed there and didn't have a good experience. One didn't have toilet paper in their bathroom, and some they said their room had an odor.

The Maid banged (we mean banged) on our door at 9AM! Trying to clean the room early we guess. Checkout is at 11Am. We drove the night before and got in after midnight. This was the second time this had happened at this place. Also the motel is very ran down. The font desk was friendly.

It’s a good place to stay for cheap. We did need to ask for a different room because the first room was not clean and needing repairs. The second room also needed repair to the AC unit. Sweet lady at the front desk came and looked at it and helped us and was very nice and empathetic.

It was right off the highway so it is easy to find. It is close enough to Dallas to get to the events we were going to that we did not have to leave too early. But far enough away to Dallas that we didn't have to deal with the traffic.

I have stayed here several times. It is very basic but quite adequate. It’s well lit at night and the property is neat and tidy. Even though the buildings are pretty old, the rooms are updated. I’m just glad to have a more affordable place to stay. Don’t change anything. Well, maybe have some small containers of yogurt at breakfast so that you have some kind of protein available.

Breakfast was teriible. Waffles you could put in the toaster along with bread slices. no jelly had to ask for syrup. Had two cereal options but that was it. Only plus was they had a juice and coffee machine. Need more options
