Very unhappy with the cleanliness of the room. There were soda rings from previous guests on the counter tops. To add, the pool and hot tub were closed for remodeling. The $173 room is advertised as pool and hot tub amenities. $173 for a dirty room and no pool is extremely disappointing.

This is one of my top 3 favorite locations, Trenton, NJ on 195 will ALWAYS be NUMBER 1... the reason I scored with comfort level 3 is because the room I was in had broken cables on the black out shades so I couldn't get the quality sleep I was hoping for, I was also disappointed that the hot tub was out of commission. I am excited about the coming changes for this property as it is under outside renovations, the interior was top notch, high traffic areas should be swept/vacuumed more often. One elevator was not in use, but didn't seem to slow the flow of traffic. Every staff member was polite and efficient. I was there with my disabled mother and my children and everyone was attentive and kind. My daughter enjoyed every moment, as she is 3 years old, and very outgoing in nature. We do thank you all for the stay and look forward to returning in the future to enjoy the upgrades and amenities.

Like: Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good but too expensive. Disliked: bathrooms towels were dingy, no fan in bathroom, no clock, elevator was out 1 day, not enough towels in bathroom to start with, and were dingy and worn. Beds were uncomfortable. Not enough lighting, one lamp was blinking on and off. The comforters did not add enough warmth. Ice machines out on 1st, 3rd. No ice machine on 2nd. My room was on the 3rd floor.

Property was under renovation with both main entrance and rear entrance closed . It was difficult to find appropriate entrance due to very poor, limited and small signage . The pool and spa were closed due to maintenance during our entire stay. We were not informed prior to check-in or at check-in about the entrance closures or the pool and spa being closed, resulting in a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend staying at this establishment !!!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was moldy, dead cricket on the floor, heater for the pool wasn’t working, so we were not able to use the pool, I chose this hotel because it had a pool, and we were not able to use it. My bed frame was broken, so I had to switch rooms in the middle of the night. The bathroom door did not close, the second room was also moldy. Hotels.com was not able to get a full refund for me, because they said the hotel denied my request. I sent Hotels.com videos and pictures of the room, and even after that they were not able to secure a refund for me, seriously, super disappointed and will not be using Hotels.com anymore and I’ve been a long time customer, after this experience, I no longer have confidence in Hotels.com.

The fire alarms went off for hours. The room was very worn, lots of dirty looking places including a large spot in the bathroom ceiling that looked like mold. They said they had free breakfast when booking and they did not, it was available if you paid for it.

Overall a nice hotel. Urine on the toilet seat and found a few hairs on the sheets on one of the beds. The floor needed to be vacuumed. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and the buffet breakfast looked great although we did not purchase.

Location and on-site amenities were good. Only downside was the construction on the entrance of the hotel. We stayed on the top floor and it was noisy. The bathroom was also very outdated and shower was not very clean.

The first night the air conditioning system would not work at all. I reported it that night and again the next morning. There were humidifiers all down the hallway and the wallpaper was peeling off, so they knew they were having issues. On the 2nd day I come back to the hotel and ask if repairs were made, they said no it was more than their repair man could handle and didn’t bother cleaning the room that day. I spoke to a very nice manager and he said they would refund one night of the stay and move my room. They moved me to the far other end of the floor, I got settled in and sure enough the air conditioning would work. Both nights the unit was set at 65, never got below 74. I was very upset when I went to leave and asked at check out for an updated receipt since the manager said he would refund one night. The clerk said she couldn’t do that since booked thru a 3rd party. Even though the hotel looks decent, it has many issues in the rooms. I had stayed here 2 weeks prior as well, on a different floor and the toilet had issues flushing, the sink backed up and when we went to call the front desk the phones did not work.

Did not get a room with 2 beds like i booked, wasnt ready, check in was at 3, I arrived at 2:37, wouldnt be ready til closer to 4, had to be at a wedding at 5 and needed to be able to get ready. Took king room and asked for a roll away or pallet for my daughter that was going to staty with us. Got neither.

Expedia/hotel did not note that pool is permanently closed and there is construction going on at the property. Limited dining on site and no breakfast available until 9am! No shower gel soap or conditioner in attached shower containers and no answer when I called guest services. Check-in person was great but she was unsupported. Shower had large crack down multiple tiles that were glued together and stained.

My family and Irecently had a disappointing experience at this hotel. (November2,2024 at11:35 pm) The manager and the front desk staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we we’re talking about an issue, they laughed about the situation( Stephany and other woman) and seemed more interested in starting an argument than resolving anything. The staff member who was laughing when I asked her if she was laughing about our situation she answer “ I don’t care” then when I confronted her she said what you’re gonna do about it " To make matters worse, Stephanie at the front desk refused to provide her last name and stated that we were no longer clients. The manager did nothing to address the situation, and the staff felt completely comfortable being disrespectful in front of her .Their intentions were clearly not to help us. Stephanie and the other lady were the rudest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. Hilton has always been my first choice, but I will never return to this facility. Please be more careful about who you hire.

Overall, great location and very central to everything you would want. Convenient location to Baylor Scott and White hospital, shopping and restaurants. Clean, appreciate the amenities-hot tub, pool, gym and breakfast. Doing renovations to the front of the building..but easy parking and access to the lobby. Should have stayed here the whole time I was in town and paid the extra for a much nicer hotel than what I chose. Lesson learned. There are a few quirks, sink has a drain you can stop up and did the accidentally and was difficult to pull up without having a tool to lift it and bed could be more comfortable. But beyond that, a good hotel.

My wife and I stayed two nights for a wedding. Check in was fine, and the room was fine. The staff was very quick to accommodate our needs. On the other hand, there were a lot of broken things. The hot tub, our floors ice machine, one of the elevators. There was only one full luggage cart, and another guest had complained about having to make multiple trips from their car because it was already in use. They have a bar and grill in the hotel lobby, we didn’t use because it wasn’t worth it, and I guess that’s why they don’t offer complimentary breakfast which was a big let down for me. I wouldn’t stay again, but I didn’t care enough to leave after we were there.

Its a great hotel and they work hard to up date it. Right now construction on the lobby entrance due to damage by storm and the pool is under remodeling and not open. The staff is very knowlegable, experienced and very nice and friendly. Good breakfast buffet and had room service and.othe food at lunch and dinner. I would recommend it to family and friends
