I understand that many hotels charge for parking but having to spend more money on SELF parking after spending $400/night is ridiculous. We parked at the free garage but the trek was not pleasant. Also, I was never able to log into Marriott’s app not sure if it’s because I booked through hotels.com but I couldn’t use wifi or express checkout because I couldn’t access the app. That was also annoying for an expensive hotel. Probably won’t ever stay here again unless there’s a considerably lower rate. Wasn’t worth the high price.

I was surprised when I arrived and wasn’t offered any help by staff to carry items or get a bell cart, as a single mom with my 9 yr old son with me. There was an event going on so the hotel was packed and it took 3 elevators to get to our floor. The room was nice and clean, one of the best hotel beds I’ve stayed in. We did bring our own pillows. I was shocked there was no water in the room and the tap water wasn’t drinkable. I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel with zero water. The morning of check out I tried using the text system to request valet, then when that didn’t work tried calling. After spending 10 minutes with no success we went down and the valet attendant told me that they turn off the text/ phone request system when they are busy because it’s too much for them. This was super frustrating being that I paid $39 a night to not have to wait for my car. Overall it was ok, not great.

Received excellent customer service at the front desk from Guillermo. When asking stiopping by the desk to ask questions after my initial check in, he remembered my name without having to look me up. Some areas were under repair, but otherwise a great hotel.

Seems like only a couple of elevators were working, even 4 is a few for 13 floors. Check in with my wife present at the desk with me, ask for 2 keys,then later when key she has does not work they tell her she isn't a guest and deny her access to the room… her name isn't on the guest list. We have the same name and that is the name on the room. Meanwhile I'm 20 miles away and she has no access to change for the competition she was in in the event hall… The desk would not call me either.

We just stayed one night. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was perfect. I enjoyed using the weights in the gym. Front desk people are superb. They were professional and made us feel very welcome to the property. My only complaint was the barista at the bar near the front desk on morning of May 10th..she was not friendly or helpful.

Staff was warm & welcoming. Walking distance to Cynthia Wood Mitchell Pavillion. Secure parking. Pizza after concert!!!! Room are plush. We enjoyed our view from 14th floor facing the waterway. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We found and killed 10 roaches in our room. 2 in the bathroom. 6 on bedding material. 2 on the carpet in the room. We let hotel staff know and they cleaned the room and changed bedding. Of the 10 total, 4 were found after the bedding change. Another room was not offered.

My shower curtain had a weird stain that looked like blood and my friend’s room’s toilet didn’t function properly. There was a youth republican convention there while we were staying there so it was a little crowded and seemed a little politically charged for a family weekend getaway. Took a while to get bags/valet etc bc of this also

The staff was nice and friendly, bar staff was a great. Our 1st room smelled so bad of MOLD it was not tolerable,we had to be moved. This room had a water view. Our second room was not much better the only reason we stayed was or son had a event at the hotel. Our new view was of rooftop construction. Something must be checked about why the sell is so bad of mold.

Only downside was our room was next to a supply closet so employees were constantly in and out of the closet early in the morning and the noise was slightly annoying. Everything else was amazing! I would just request an room away from a supply closet next time.

Best place to stay for location! You are within walking distance to Cynthia Woods Pavilion for concerts, the Woodlands Mall for shopping, a movie theatre, and the Woodlands waterway for dining and nightlife. My double bed room had an actual solid door to the bathroom where my friends had a sliding mirrored door. Very comfortable beds!

I book with Expedia the hotel only has about 5 room with a balcony but plenty of rooms with water view. The rooms are big and also was still able to have a king and queen bed in 1 room. Shower was so awesome. I wish I was able to stay longer but, my trip was short. It is very close the the pavilion and they also have a trolly so it was even closer so I wasn’t tired at all. I will so book again. Oh, plus after the show they have pizza!! That was so cool and very clever of the hotel but, if you don’t like pizza they have a Starbucks in the hotel too.

Sadly there was major construction on our floor and the floor above us. It continued on Saturday morning and even on Sunday. We were not aware in advance. Noise started at 8:30 am on Saturday and around 9:30 on Sunday.

I love the hotel. Have stayed there and other Marriotts many many times. I'm a Bonvoy member. What I found unacceptable was when I checked out I called down for a bellman to help with my luggage. I was informed they did not have anyone to help. I told her I couldn't carry all my bags alone. She put me on hold and returned to the line to tell me I COULD COME DOWN AND GET A CART!!! This was terribly unexpected, inconvenient and the cart was awkward to steer. I am a senior citizen with a bad neck. I left my bags, walked down stairs, pushed the cart up, loaded it alone with the door hitting me as I loaded it and awkwardly push my things down to my car. I pay for the higher rates for the Marriott Waterway bc of those services. Not having a person on duty was poor service.Very disappointed.

My stay was great and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I would have given them 5 stars but at checkout I texted valet for my vehicle and waited right at an hour. I was told by text valet would let me know when my car was ready, no notification. We decided to head down stairs and while walking to valet we see it’s not busy and the car is just sitting there, been there, with no notification that it was ready. Please work on that service, unacceptable

Stanley greeted us and was very helpful in directions for a concert venue and getting all of our stuff to our rooms. He is a great employee. Everyone there was helpful and they were very organized with a large crowd staying there.

Location is absolutely stellar! So much entertainment and dining in the area. Beautiful surrounding area, totally walkable. We came down for a concert and the pavilion was a very short walk away. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you want to be close to the pavilion.

We stayed at the hotel because of a concert at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, a five-minute walk along the waterway from the hotel. Most of the restaurant was closed and the only place served was by the bar where it was very very noisy. I wish they would reopen the restaurant with a full menu rather than the reduced menu in the restaurant which was only okay.

Stay the night for a concert, which was a three minute walk away from the venue, easy check in, room was clean, the beds were perfect and the view was amazing also loved that they had room service. PS also loved that they had pizza for the guests after the concert.
