The property waterpark was very nice, but crowded. Room service was great. Pickleball courts were great and had ac. Parking was very crowded and a walk from the rooms. The room we stayed in was older and needed to be updated. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were saying. The room location was great as we could walk out of our room to the waterpark. Check-in took a long time even though there were only two people in front of us. Area shopping and dining was a plus. Although we had a good time, we would not stay at this property again. We could get a day pass to the waterpark instead.

We had a very nice time , everything was great . The only thing I would suggest is , getting some of the pool slide areas resurfaced . The stairs are extremely slippery , we saw multiple kids slip in that area . They have wet floor signs but that does not help . The the small slide to get off the landing pool needs some of the coating that slippery floor has . The kids had a tough time sliding off of it.

Great resort with amazing pool and amenities. We came for a concert at the Pavilion, which is close by along with lots of shopping and dining options. The drinks and food at the pool bar were amazing, we spent quite a bit of time enjoying the pool and lazy river. We ordered room service for breakfast which was quite good, but wasn't cheap after paying fees etc. We dined at the back table once which we thought was okay, but maybe we didn't get their main/best dish as we just had sandwhiches. The pool are was definitely the highlight, both enjoyable for adults with lots of lounge chairs and a full bar/restaurant, plus a lazy river and water slide for kids. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The resort wasn't busy it seemed (during the week), so we were upgraded rooms and had late check out. These accommodations were greatly ppreciated! Overall, no issues and had a great experience.

I appreciated the waiters supplying food, ice cream, milkshakes and alcohol drinks all day which is billed to your room. Floating in the lazy river with a margarita while my kids were going down the slides was the best weekend I've had in a long time. I love how everything was inclusive and the bubble machine was a huge bonus!

Beautiful property in a cool wooded area. Enjoyed pulling up to the front with a fragrant fire pit. Really made me feel like we were at an upscale woodsy lodge. All the grounds were very well manicured. Pool was clean and heated. Staff was very accommodating like the old Ritz customer service. Would recommend to any family member or friend.

Pretty grounds, but there were duck droppings everywhere you walked outside. There is somewhat of a walk to get back and forth to guest parking or anywhere really on the property. The check in staff was super friendly & helpful, but the housekeeping staff didn’t clean the room thoroughly and replace things like toilet paper when they came in to clean. Took hours to get replacement coffee items delivered to my room, which is supposed to be covered in the pricey resort fee. The room itself was incredibly outdated & the furniture was in awful condition. I got food poisoning from the hotel restaurant. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Hilton hotel. I would recommend you stay somewhere else if you are staying in The Woodlands.

The room was very nice. Beautiful and spacious. The shower unfortunately had hair on the shower wall from a previous guest. The doors leading to entrances to the buildings have a badge reader. But the doors are always unlocked to the entrances. Makes me feel unsafe that anyone can come into the buildings at anytime. The restaurants mostly all close down early leaving only the one restaurant and the bar in the lobby open. But the restaurant had closed due to a private party. This should have been reserved then in your party rooms. Not close down the only restaurant that is open for dinner for a private event. The map that is handed When checking in had inaccurate not updated info. Also if you want info about the restaurants or property your always scanning a different QR code. Which is also not updated on all aspects. When trying to reach the restaurant for dinner by phone no one picks up. But if you use the open table for reservations per their QR code it will not allow you to book or have to wait for confirmation which never happens. When I went down to the restaurant they say they dont use it anymore and had it turned off. But again everything is done through the QR code. Otherwise the premises is beautiful dispite the dirty cushions on the outdoor lawn furniture. Someone must have said something because day 5 we noticed new cushions. Staff at the pool area only have to say was very polite and great. But not so much at the restaurant for dinner.

Musty smell upon entering our room. Come to find out through our own investigation we found the AC units for the room was leaking getting the carpet wet by the door. We also found trash and dead bugs on the floor of the room and in the bathroom. We complained to the front. They sent over room service and all they did was spray fabreeze on the floor. They also competed about 200$ off a 478$ night stay. It is kid friendly after the get to the age of 6 and reach a hight of 44 inches. Other than that i would not stay here again after that terrible experience.

We had two rooms that were no where close to each other like we’d requested and were told no problem. The bleach smell in the pool and hot tub was horrible. Our skin was burning after getting out and two of the four peoples swimsuits were ruined. This was my first time going to TWR and I’m not sure I’d go back. There was also lots of leaves and things in the lazy river and pool. The rooms were great and so was the staff.

The hot tub was so dirty couldn't even use it my first day. So I made a complaint to manager. They closed it and I was told it would be cleaned. Went out the next day got in the hot tub, it still was dirty. So I went to front desk to let them know. Manager said she didn't want to talk to me. I said mama I'm only trying to let you know the hot tub is still not cleaned and that it's not safe for others to get in it. She is very rude and should not be a manager .

They don't warn you about the parking situation and then try to pass it off as ok that they throw a neon green sticker on your window because they hand you a property map at check in. Noise level was ridiculous with kids running up and down the halls, screaming. The bed and pilows were hard as a rock. The bartender was a mouthy, dead faced, not good at her job girl, but she had pretty pink hair. I should have done better research before booking here as we only needed a one night stay for coming into town for a show. Place is so ridiculously over priced. Big thumbs down, overall.

Loved our stay here! The property was so clean, the front desk staff was helpful and all our requests were answered promptly. We had an issue with the ac vent being in the closet of our room and the closet had an automatic light so to have air in the room the door to the closet had to be open with the light on (this was very odd) so we chatted with the front desk and the second night we were moved to a pool walkout and it was amazing! Even though it is the off season we had a great time in the pools and lazy river. Even the valets were pleasant and greeted us with smiles every time we walked by. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Overall hotel facilities are impressive with amazing pool and lazy river and poolside bar/restaurant. True resort like feeling, restaurant and coffee counter onsite, games room, access to golf course and extensive path of connected buildings, gorgeous outdoor landscaping. Check-in was a bit confusing, not much of the reception/front desk area, nowhere to leave the car, valet service moved it right away. Self parking area is a bit far if you need to get stuff in and out of the car. Overall staff was not very friendly or super helpful, lady at the lobby lounge kept ignoring us and eventually we did not get our $16USD/glass drinks at all. Nighttime front desk staff seemed annoyed with guests and their questions, no map of the facility or explanation what is available. Waiter in the restaurant seemed to have a short temper as well, girls at the coffee counter were visibly upset about anyone actually coming in get something ?? Our Room was great, modern layout, clean, great bathroom, balcony overseeing the golf course, had a small wine fridge/cooler and small coffee maker (no microwave!). Would stay there again but for this price would be nice to have better service.

Most of the stay was pretty solid. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance and that was awesome! We had two issues the entire weekend which was awesome. One with room service, they forgot our drinks one night and the next morning they forgot syrup for the pancakes. Second thing was the pool was definitely short staffed. Our waitress was very nice and she did a great job but the amount of people she was taking care of was not good for her of the customers. We did have to wait for drinks for a while. She was giving it her all though. Not her fault. Just needed some help. Overall I rate our stay a 10/10 and will definitely be back to get back in the pool and to play come more golf!! Courses were excellent.

This was my 2nd time staying at this resort, however, this timeI made into a family affair. All of the staff except for one individual (waitress that worked at the pool bar), was rude. She gave my mom the side eye as we walked to the pool after she told the waitress that she had brought my mom the wrong drink. Our room was incredibly hot upon arrival, even the hallways were scorching. The issue was fixed right away, however, it’s something that the staff should’ve looked into as soon as there was an issue with it (maintenance told us we were the only ones who reported it). We chose this resort so my family would experience it due to my previous experience, but I don’t think we’ll return for a 3rd stay. We’ll seek a different resort w/a lazy river and various pools.

The front end service lacked urgency. We never received a call like they said we were going to when room was ready. My wife has a disability and with having to take medication, needing rest after traveling, waitimg until after 5pm for a room to be ready (over 3 hours after we arrived) is unacceptable. Your bellman and outside service team needs addressed. A lot of standing around chatting with each other, AirPods in their ears while in front of guests - really? We needed help with luggage to store while we were waiting for the room to come available and we were directed to the lot in front of the hotel and was told someone would come and get us but nobody came. The Front Desk Staff and Bellmen, need to watch your food and beverage team as the Breakfast and Service from that group was fantastic. They were greeting guests, hustling to each table, making for a smooth dining experience. We are Marriott BonVoy Members and thought we would try a Hilton Property, possibly changing Loyalty Programs. After this stay, we will not be changing. We’ve never had to pay for extras such as S’mores as they are typically part of the Resort Fee and then the service we received from the Front Desk and Bell Staff was very disappointing and not expected. Had huge expectations and was very excited to stay at this property but those expectations were definitely not met and we felt robbed that we did not stay at a Marriott Property.

Our stay at the Woodlands resort was excellent in every way. The rooms are nice and clean. The pool area is really nice also. They also run a shuttle to market street and the waterway. Plenty of really good restaurants in the surrounding area.

We escaped for a 3-day vacation and had a great time. The staff is very helpful. The pool area and lazy river were great fun (but could benefit from a clock on the tower for those who do not bring their phones). The pool was great and the cocktails were wonderful. Breakfast at Harrison's was wonderful. The only negative was house keeping didn't come up late the evening. I also ordered room service the first night. They forgot utensils, the drink, and had the wrong side dish. My server was salty about it. Also weird that the fitness center was in the conference area. Suits and sports bras😂

The resort was clean, well-kept, and had great pools. The grounds are well maintained and manicured. We really appreciated having the option of free parking in addition to valet—that was a nice touch. Emily, who handled the Daybed rental reservations, was friendly and very helpful!! When she found out it was our anniversary, she even sent a complimentary amenity to our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Our room was comfortable with a nice view, though I’m not sure who to thank for that! Another highlight was that someone went out of their way to make sure my stay was credited to my Hilton Honors account, even though I booked through hotels.com. That really impressed me because when we book through third parties at other hotel brands, getting points applied can be a hassle. These small acts of kindness made a big difference, and my husband and I truly appreciated them. The pool staff and valet team were fantastic! They were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the service inside the resort wasn’t quite the same. We found the staff at the lobby bar and the gentleman making omelets at brunch in Harrison’s to be less welcoming and warm. Honestly, the pool staff could be a great example for the indoor team. One thing to note is that food service ends at 10 PM, which we only found out on our first night. Definitely a bummer. Overall, the stay was nice, but it didn’t quite feel like a full resort. It felt more like a beautiful hotel w/ great pools & a golf course.

I would have reviewed this higher if the dining and breakfast options were better. When i went to breakfast (2days in a row) i was told i couldn’t have a breakfast untill 11:30am as there was an event happening. At no point were we told about that otherwise we would have booked. I told the receptionist on departure who understood our frustration. There is also nowhere to get food in the main hotel you have to go to the outer buildings. The hotel itself has lovely rooms and it’s very nice. They need to ensure theh are briefing their teams and asking their guests if they want to book breakfast if they can’t just walk in.

The parking was very inconvenient; however, it was free and they did provide valet service. The staff was very helpful and polite. I felt the dining options were very limited.

We paid almost $400 for a day bed at the pool and the service was so slow. Other people who didn’t have a day bed or cabana were getting their food and drinks faster than us. There was a wedding at the resort the night that we stayed so the restaurant had a 45min wait even though 75% of the restaurant was empty at 9pm.
