Shower curtain had mold/mildew on bottom. Towels were small, old and a bit rough on the body. Roaches in room. Ironing board broken and no hair dryer. Room needed updating. Very noisy location as it is on IH45. Kind of hard to get too and the road was a bit torned up. The other amenities around MCD, Shipley donuts, CVS and few other places were nice and convenient.

They need some footing helpers in the bathtub. The tub was slippery as ice and has only a grab bar which did not help me when I slipped and fell in the tub but was helpful when I pulled myself back up. Thought I might have cracked a rib but it's feeling a bit better today so likely just some bruised muscle. But $2 worth of bathtub stick on anti slip pads would be a good item to bring with you. And the in room phone was totally non functional.

Ac not working well. The comforters had big stains on them. Water damage in room that had not been fixed yet. It was so bad we just left and didn't even stay there and had to go somewhere else. And the room was non refundable so we paid $100. for nothing.

The only good things about this property was the price and clean linens. The room was not cleaned well at all. All of the towels were very stained, one wash cloth was stained from cleaning something. There was a half full can of Dr. Pepper left in the room by housekeeping. The bathtub was extremely slippery to the point of nearly falling down. The room was infested with cockroaches.

Checked in and left for meeting, on return, found air not cooling, ice box not working and stunk when opened, floor filthy, hot water cut off at sink, turned valve open it leaked when turned on, cut back off. Stopper in sink did not work. Linen on bed stained holes in sheets, pillows stained and stunk. I loaded my stuff and checked out. Advised desk ckerk of problems response ill check it out.

The room smelled horrible. The bedding had cigarette burns on them, there was hair on my pillow, towels were filthy, room hadn’t been swept, bugs in the bathroom, tub filled with water and didn’t drain. Would have left and stayed elsewhere but there wasn’t anything else available in the area.

If I could rate this place anything lower I would. It was very disgusting. To begin with the hotel clerk to the room. I choose this hotel due to being the closest after a wedding. And upon arrival the room was a mess. Beds had dirty sheets the room smelled nasty had a humid smell. And what really made me leave was the bed bugs. I asked for refund the hotel clerk was very rude.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I will be uploading pictures on to Google review. I wish I could upload images here. The sheets are dirty, towels are used and filthy. There’s roaches. The sink have old toothpaste spots. I don’t think anyone cleans ever. It’s terrible. I asked for clean sheets at the front desk so I could sleep on the bed and the sheets had different peoples hair and stains all over. The only reason we didn’t leave was because it was already midnight and had no other place to go. But believe me, I will NEVER EVER stay here again.

Seriously GROSS!!! Roaches on the sink, by the microwave and on the BED!! Cigarette burns in the sheets and blanket even tho we had a non-smoking room. Floors were clearly not cleaned for new guests. And the mattress was disgusting and about 4in thick. The lobby trash was not emptied from prior days and nats were swarming the trash cans in the free “breakfast” area. WOULD NEVER STAY WITH RED ROOF INN AGAIN!!

The bathroom in room 101 had a very bad smell, and the toilet was severely clogged, as was the bathtub and sink. The sheets and towels were very stained. Luckily, it was only one night, but I left with a bedbug in my luggage. It's not a place I want to return to. And I feel sorry for the friendly front desk guy.

Checked in at 3 pm- two rooms. Went to a wedding that we were in town for and when we got back at midnight they had given one of our rooms to someone else! This place was roach infested ( the little dirty ones) and the next morning we saw them cleaning the room next to ours and didn’t change the bed linens at all, just made the bed with the same sheets. Very gross motel!

This is a (-1 star) hotel. I’ve already sent an email to the corporate office. We wouldn’t be staying here if the room wasn’t non-refundable. We don’t have throw away income. The desk clerk is pleasant. The rooms aren’t being cleaned. The first room was dirty so the clerk gave us another room. It’s dirty too. We’re so ready to get in a room so we stayed. I wiped it down with my own wet wipes. I asked for more towels and clean sheets to change the bed because there were food crumbs in the sheets. Hair in the tub. Toilet not clean. Toothpaste spit on the mirror, faucet and in the sink. The a/c is cold though.

Was only there for a matter of 40 minutes and dirty towel. By hot tub im room and dead doodle bug on floor in bathroom. And when moved chairs bu desk an German cockroaches ran out!!!!! Got my bags and left immediately!!!!!. But the staff would not give us any kind of refund. Tried to act like it was normal that the cockroaches come in from the street. Absolutely. Despicable, they should have gave us A refund we are honest people!! Room was a $130. And I don't think they even gave us 30 bucks back. Maybe 33 not sure, but the whole refund should have been given back due to the cockroaches. I told the owner not to rent that room out again. Until pest control comes, he said we sprayed last week. Wont be Going there ever again!! The pictures on the app are most certainly deceiving because it is old and run down not new.

Roach motel, black mold in toilet and shower curtain,floors were colored with sharpie markers rooms were dark and smell horrible. Towels were old and stained. Adult toys were thrown by the dumpster. The breakfast was a joke. We were yelled at for getting ice .Worst trip ever never again would rather stay in my car and I am disabled.
