They could do some very minor repairs that would make it look nice. Such as new trim and caulk in the bathroom. Bed sheets without stains would be cool too. Breakfast was good! Pool was closed.

Checked in around midnight and the person at the front desk was super helpful. Our door was stuck and they came up to help us with us. Great and convenient spot to stop right off 15.

Pet friendly. Large room. Doggy poo area. Lumpy pillows. Asked for a wine bottle opener at the desk. Response was “we don’t drink”. That’s like asking someone for a coat and they say “no, I’m warm”. The bathroom was cold. There was a draft from the front door. Battery was taken out of it smoke detector. Good breakfast.

We love this hotel!!! This was our first time staying here and we would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Beaver Utah. The room was clean and very comfortable. Love that there there two bedrooms!!!! Large bathroom. Everything we could need. They are pet friendly. Breakfast was great!! Best muffins I have had !! We will definitely stay here again.

The first room we got the smoke alarm was chirping, bathroom had hair and publics all over and hair on pillows. Was given another room and there was a used tube of toothpaste laying next to bed. Paying a $177 for a room is expensive and too expensive for dirty rooms

Mattress nearing end of life. I dropped something on the floor. When I bent down to pick it up, all around the bed frame there was a thick layer of dust and crumbs. And there was a bottle cap, a broken piece of plastic, and a used Vape device. The best things about the place were the fridge which kept my essential items cold, and the air-conditioning.

Noisy outside in the common areas/ patios until after 11:30 with other guests drinking and taking loudly… grounds were clean but the rooms were not very clean. Extremely poor value for what we paid. $100 deposit on our card and takes a week or more to come off. Much Better values in town

Room very small. Conditions were very dirty. Plaster coming off walls. Plugs for charging phones on lamps didn’t work. No plastic cover for ice container. Shower head loose coming out of wall. Dirty carpet. Dismal room. Would not have stayed there, but for having booked thru Expedia☹️

The bed was treble the steel frame around the edge was poking out . And the thermostat for the heater worked poorly you where either freezing or burning up . They need to do some updating .

The room was very small but the bed was comfy. It was the middle of winter and the bathroom floor remained freezing cold but there was plenty of hot water! The refrigerator door was warped and did not close so it was totally useless. Overall, not quite worth the price but choices are pretty limited in this small town. Breakfast was fair, but seating area was very small. Checkin was easy and the young man was very nice and polite.

Great location in Beaver. The hotel has character and generally has been kept up over the years. Inn sent several text messages regarding booking and check in. Room was spacious with many lamps that have plugs at base, large closet, refrigerator (w/ freezer), desk and reading chair. Bathroom was bright and well layed out. Unfortunately, the sink p-trap was clogged (which I cleaned out). The king bed was comfortable but didn't have a top sheet. Buffet breakfast was great with many hot (oatmeal, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles) and cold selections, fruit, coffee and juice.

Of the 4 locations I stayed, this was probably the nicest location for a place located in the middle of no where Utah. The only complaint was how tiny the shower was. It seemed well enough built internally and externally, the staff was prompt, the breakfast was a hotel breakfast. Nothing fancy across the board, but that's all a hotel is right? A place to stay for a night before heading to the next destination. Acceptable location to stay.

For a 1 night stay it was fine. The weather was cold when we stayed, so we used the room heater. It was very noisy, making it not easy to sleep. The room itself was clean. Not the 8 stars I saw on the reviews.

Beautiful, convenient, clean! Tyler at the front desk was extremely attentive, friendly and kind. Rooms clean and comfy and breakfast was great. The gal cooking and cleaning was doing an amazing job and was friendly too. Will stay here again if are ever this way again. Highly recommend.

All night the guys in room next to us were drinking and hanging out in front of their room being loud. The front desk said there wasn’t anything they could really do about it other than ask them to keep it down. Other than that it’s an fine place to stay for a night or weekend.

Had to make a stop for the night in Beaver. Have normally just passed through while commuting but tonight we stopped and I’m really glad we did. The hotel was located conveniently in the down town area of Beaver. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean. The mattress on the bed was a little springy but still comfortable. Pillows a little too soft for my liking but my wife loved them. Had a nice breakfast set up in the morning. It was located close to the Renegade Saloon and Pizza on Main which both provided a great place to relax and good food for dinner. I’d definitely stay here again if needed

This property is overdue for a re-do. Not sure how expedia gave it an 8.0 score. The carpet in our room smelled like urine. The furnishings and decor are overdue for an update. The breakfast was down to the bare minimum by the time we arrived at 7:30 a.m. and nobody was around to replenish it. The staff we encountered was nice.
