Best Western Butch Cassidy Inn

They advertised an accessible room, and I reserved one. The bedroom part was great, comfortable bed, good lighting, clean. The bathroom was definitely not ADA compliant. Only grab bars were in the shower stall, which had a sloped middle to it that almost made me slip. The towel rack was on the other side of the bathroom from where you got into the shower stall, and no way to hang the towels near the shower stall. The toilet was difficult to get off of, since there were no grab bars around it. I had to pry myself up using the door handle on the door going into the bathroom. The parking situation is horrendous, with no designated handicap spot anywhere near the accessible room. I had to park half a block away from my room, and it took all I had to get my luggage back and forth. I'm sure there are better options in the area!

A dirty towel was left in the bathroom, food left in the freezer. Also the heater in the additional room was like a diesel truck driving through the room. Sadly we didn't realize until the kids were asleep or we would've moved rooms.

The staff was very nice. The rooms where clean but need some updating. Hotels.com has it rated 8.9. I would give

The room was cold even with the heater running. It seemed like the heat was getting trapped behind the curtains. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall in the bathroom.
