The staff was great and bed comfortable but the elevator doors didn’t alway open without hitting the door open button. The water pressure was weak and the tub didn’t drain properly. My room door was ajar when i first got to it which was a little concerning.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had nice options. The only thing we dislike was that pool was too cold and nobody was enjoying it, everything's went to the hot tub. That made the hot tub a bit crowded.

The day desk man was very accommodating. By request, he put us in a room that connects with our children and grandchildren. The breadkfast food was very nice and the cook kept checking on it. The room was decent and the beds clean and comfortable. The tv had nice channel options and you could cast from your phone easily. Best of all, in the little gym there was a filtered water refill station for your water bottles!

They had available handicapped parking right at the front entry, which was very helpful. The room was well equiped for my wife who had recently suffered a broken ankle and was on a scooter. The breakfast service was super, lots of options. The pools and exercise area was also a nice option, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location Location Location and service and cleaniness. Comfortable sleep! We had a 2 queen beds for the two of us (husband wife ) stopover from Grand Teton. Best of Best Western continental breakfast with lots of choices - 4 types of waffles. Milk vs almond milk, sausages and hasbrowns And scrambled eggs. The free breakfest was great! I used pool and gym in morning. Very clean. Wish pool was open earlier. Why 10am opening? I was up by 7am as are most travelers.

I found a nasty stain on my sheet. No big deal, I removed it and informed the staff. They were very rude about it as if I made the stain. I was not complaining, just wanted it removed. I kept the do not disturb sign on my door after that. The staff at the breakfast was also very rude, acted annoyed we were eating breakfast, and the breakfast was the poorest that I have had at any other hotel that I have been to. The elevator was scary and sounded like it was going to drop to the bottom every time, I only used it when I had my huge dance bag.

When we showed up we ordered a family suite. When we go into the room we saw wood chips in front of the sink drawers when we opened them there was a mouse. We instantly called the front desk and they moved us to another room. In the other room there was food/finger smears all over the microwave. Normally we dont express our concerns with hotels, but then the next morning at breakfast one of the staff members was mean to me and my family. Very disappointed. Even after the mouse incident i am supprised no one reached out to see if they could at least remidie the situation.

We were treated kindly throughout. Very clean. Quiet! Breakfast was very good. The lady overseeing breakfast was prompt and kept everything very clean. This was a last minute booking and I worried but was pleasantly surprised how good it was.

Bathroom is extremely small and it was dirty behind the door. Pillows/bed were not the most comfortable . I didn’t eat the breakfast but looked like a good variety. Staff was friendly.

We checked in and the clerk was very friendly. Due to a medical condition, we had reserved an accessible room. When we entered the room, we found that it was infested with ants. They were everywhere, furniture, walls, and floor. When we returned to the desk to ask for another room, the clerk just came to the accessible room and sprayed insecticide everywhere. We were told that this was the only room available with accessible features. We had no choice but to locate to a regular room. This made it very uncomfortable for us. We were not given any other options. We were not offered a refund so we could find another hotel. We were not offered a discount. Overall, the clerks were friendly, but lacked empathy and did not have our best interests at heart. They should have offered better options than just "this is all we have, take it or leave it". On our next trip, we will be staying elsewhere.

Good place to stay for a couple of days. Close to all the things we wanted to do. The AC in our room was very noisy but in the adjoining room it was quiet and kept both rooms cold on the utah fall heat. Overall a good experience.

The staff was very kind, breakfast was good and well maintained, overall the room was clean and neat but there were a few things that had some stains. For example there was a stain on one of the lampshades, a spot on the ceiling I’m not sure if it was a stain or something else, your typical wear and tear. Nothing that would keep me from staying here again. It looked like they had quite a few packages in the lobby and perhaps they are in the process of replacing things in the rooms. My only real complaint would be the sound proofing of the room. I was woken from my sleep due to noise of other guests either in the hallway or an adjacent room.

This was short of 5 stars, for the simple fact that no one ever seems to be at the front desk. Initially when I arrived I had to wait like 10 minutes for someone to come out and help. Other than that it was a good stay here.

On Friday the garbage pick up was very loud and very early in the morning. And the doors up and down the hallway are squeaky and can wake you up early. Pool was fine except it doesn't open until 10am and closes at 10pm. From desk man was grouchy.

We always stay here on our way to Palm Springs from Calgary, Alberta. The staff is always friendly and efficient. The hotel is always spotless and well maintained. There is lots of opportunities for going out to restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel.

For what I paid I thought it would have been a little nicer. The only staff member that was friendly and kind was the gentleman who checked me in and he was there when I checked out. The woman running the breakfast was rude and disrespectful. My husband was trying to grab bread for toast and she nudged him a little to move cause there were crumbs next to him like excuse me….. )crumbs could have waited) the bathroom door frame was coming off the sofa bed was not usable due to the mattress springs sticking out and the mattress was coming apart. It looked like blood on the wallpaper in the bathroom and both beds in the other room had hair all over. I was very disappointed as this was a weekend getaway from Vegas and coming to the room was just disappointing.

We love this hotel. We have stayed here many times. It is so easy to get on & off freeway. Central to SLC as well as Provo. Always friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, overall cozy atmosphere. Love the pool. Our only disappointment was a flat tire on our car when we were ready to check-out. Because it was Sunday morning in Utah, it was hard to find help. Hotel manager, Mike, came to our rescue. Drove us to O' Reilleys for a portable tire pump, inflated the tire himself, then referred us to Victors Tires, the only store open in Lehi. We love this hotel. We have stayed here many times. It is so easy to get on & off freeway. Central to SLC as well as Provo. Always friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, overall cozy atmosphere. Love the pool. Our only disappointment was a flat tire on our car when we were ready to check-out. Because it was Sunday morning in Utah, it was hard to find help. Hotel manager, Mike, came to our rescue. Drove us to O' Reilleys for a portable tire pump, inflated the tire himself, then referred us to Victors Tires, the only store open in Lehi. He called ahead for an appointment and we were shortly on our way. Mike refused any compensation. Ten stars for Manager Mike and the Best Western Timpanogas Inn !!

They had available handicapped parking right at the front entry, which was very helpful. The room was well equiped for my wife who had recently suffered a broken ankle and was on a scooter. The breakfast service was super, lots of options. The pools and exercise area was also a nice option, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We checked in and the clerk was very friendly. Due to a medical condition, we had reserved an accessible room. When we entered the room, we found that it was infested with ants. They were everywhere, furniture, walls, and floor. When we returned to the desk to ask for another room, the clerk just came to the accessible room and sprayed insecticide everywhere. We were told that this was the only room available with accessible features. We had no choice but to locate to a regular room. This made it very uncomfortable for us. We were not given any other options. We were not offered a refund so we could find another hotel. We were not offered a discount. Overall, the clerks were friendly, but lacked empathy and did not have our best interests at heart. They should have offered better options than just "this is all we have, take it or leave it". On our next trip, we will be staying elsewhere.

We always stay here on our way down from Calgary, Alberta to Palm Desert, California. It's right off the I-15 with easy access to shopping and dining. The staff is always super friendly, efficient, and helpful. The rooms are cleans and comfortable.

Great location near restaurants, stores, and activities! My partner and I came here on a trip for my birthday and we had a very pleasant experience! Breakfast was nice, room was spacious and clean, and staff was super friendly and helpful! Our only complaint was the bed, it was clean, but was a little bit uncomfortable as we both woke up with some back pain after sleeping on the bed. Other than that, this was an awesome place to stay! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Hotel is easily accessible, close to shops and restaurants, clean, staff is friendly. Room was spacious and airy, bed and pillows were comfy. I had a good nights sleep. Pool and gym areas were clean and kept up. Breakfast area was well atended to and kept clean. Staff was prompt in taking care of our tub drainkng slowly. We will stay again. Thank you

Very nice stay for the budget. My son and I had a blast in the pool although it was very cold, we still had a great time. The room was vert quiet and not much noise could be heard from inside the room. The beds were very comfortable! The breakfast was just so so, but for the money it was a great one night stay

Very quiet and convenient to freeway without the noise. Everything first class especially the breakfast. Probably the best breakfast we've ever experienced in a "free" hotel offer including Hampton Inns which is always good. Kudos to the lady in the kitchen. What else can be said? Just a great place to stay.

Check-in was efficient. Beds were comfortable. The sink and tub faucets were covered with a white film, which looked like cleaner that wasn’t wash off. It was hard to remove, so not sure if it was cleanser or hard water?? Breakfast was good, with a variety of items, and the area was kept clean. Would stay here again.

I found a nasty stain on my sheet. No big deal, I removed it and informed the staff. They were very rude about it as if I made the stain. I was not complaining, just wanted it removed. I kept the do not disturb sign on my door after that. The staff at the breakfast was also very rude, acted annoyed we were eating breakfast, and the breakfast was the poorest that I have had at any other hotel that I have been to. The elevator was scary and sounded like it was going to drop to the bottom every time, I only used it when I had my huge dance bag.

Great stay. Rooms were pretty clean. The indoor pool was nice albeit a little dirtier compared to the rest of the hotel but that's to be expected for an indoor pool. Breakfast was nice. Also super close to everything so it wasn't too hard to find a bite to eat nearby. Not a ton of staff but the ones we interacted with were really nice and did a good job keeping everything clean.
