Overall it's a nice hotel very friendly staff. But the only reason I chose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub because traveling with kids. The hot tub doesn't work and the pool is ice cold. Kind of a bummer when you have kids and they cannot even swim while on vacation.

This is the second time we've stayed here, it's very family friendly. They have an indoor pool, a pool table, outside fire pits and a lot of board games in the lobby as well as several seating options and tables. The front desk employee was very friendly and the room was clean.

We had booked this for just a night so the kids could go swimming and we could relax in the hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service which was disappointing, but at least the kids were able to swim. The kids liked the breakfast.

The room was great. Very clean and comfortable. Im taking off a star because my friends and i stayed here after a mud run and were looking forward to a soak in the hot tub and we got in and it was barely luke warm.

Noisy, Dirty and disruptive. Right next to interstate and is LOUD. Heard traffic all hours of night. The shower was full of hair. Obviously not cleaned at all. Hopped into bed and the sheets on both beds were full of hair too. Between the noise and discusting hair everywhere, we got no sleep and had to make last minute reservations at a different hotel. Don't waste your money!

The hotel is overall a 4-star experience. I had to deduct one star because the floor was extremely dirty, requiring me to keep my shoes on the entire time. Fortunately, the bedsheets were clean. The room itself was spacious, but the air conditioning was very noisy when turned on. The breakfast offered was your typical American fare.

We stayed at the Tru Hilton in Lehi Utah and our comforter was visibly dirty, the bathtub and shower were covered in dirt. I ran my finger across it once and my finger was filthy. Old black footprints and long black hairs all over the soap dispensers. Also, since when does paying full price for 2 nights at a hotel NOT include WiFi?? They literally make you pay for wifi even as a guest with a room key. AND we got there AFTER 11:30pm, and there was an actual party going on in the lobby that we could hear all the way outside and up in our room on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately won’t be coming here anymore, and won’t be recommending to anyone.

I first want to say the staff was very nice and breakfast was ok. But I was incredibly disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. It wasn\'t great. The floors were sticky - which was explained as an issue with using too much cleaning solution in the water? I don\'t know. We were in and back out to dinner and I didn\'t even look at the rest of the room. When I got back, I was able to investigate it further. There was something gross on the top of the toilet seat and the bedside table seemed to be covered in some sort of splashes and a sticky "ring" from a cup. They didn\'t even bother to wipe it down. There also was something unidentifiable on the wall in the corner of the room. They were completely booked and I didn\'t bother to call to complete. I ran down to my car to get lysol wipes to wipe things myself as well as hope for the best. I have no doubt in my mind that the bathroom wasn\'t even cleaned so I didn\'t shower in there in the morning. I mentioned it the next day to the manager and felt he just shrugged it off. I will not be booking this location again.

You can tell that Tru is Hilton's bottom of the barrel offering. Everything was cheap and shoddily put together. The bathroom was filthy. Despite having paid upfront for 6 nights, I checked out.

The seal at the bottom of the shower door was literally lime green, it had been that long since anyone cleaned it, if ever. There was gum or something smeared on the bathroom wall. The floor was sticky and so dirty that everything was getting tracked into the beds. Ironically the beds looked nice and clean, until everything from the floor ended up there. The positive notes were that the front desk staff was friendly, and my daughter liked the breakfast.

The room had very little toilet paper and kleenex. I ran out. The bathroom had what appeared to be poop on the wall. The tub had some nasty stuff on it. Hairball on the floor and a piece of flooring coming up.. i asked for microwave popcorn and was told they had none, that they had popcorn for "special guests" was told I could go to the grocery store which I had just returned from.

Next to the bed, there was only one USB charging port. Not one on either side. Same with power. There was power on the left (same as USB) but nothing on the right. You could recharge your phone across the room, but as there was NO CLOCK, you needed your phone close. Also, the promised to replace towels every other day and make the bed. They replaced towels on the third day, and NEVER made the bed. The bed was hard like a rock! The Fridge was too cold (but no dial to adjust it) and was the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel room!

No blackout curtains we were told they were too expensive to replace. Window wasn’t sealed properly and whistled every time the wind blew. Beds uncomfortable. We were told that there weren’t any other rooms and when we demanded our money back suddenly the room just opened. Asked for room to be cleaned and was gone for six hours . Came back and room wasn’t even touched. Never staying here again!!

The check in was great. When we got to the room and started to wind down. The tv wasnt allowing us to watch anything, so we attempted to connect to our ps5. It wouldnt connect and wifi was not allowing us to connect. I had to use my hotspot so we could watch something. The bathroom did not have any soap or toilet paper. I requested extra towels later in the evening, but nothing came. Room service was available everyother day and if we needed it we had to request 24 hours in advance. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. It would creak and it casued a lot of back pain and soreness. It was not great. The room ac unit had issues turning on. When it did turn on it would blow cold air for 5 minutes even the temp was set to 75. The room was so cold and the blankets were not thick enough to give warmth. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors both next door, upstairs, and downstairs. The elevators were sketchy as heck. They would grind and make loud noises and when you got to your floor it would stop and vibrate and after 10-20 seconds the it would jolt and then the doors would open. Breakfast was simple. Oatmeal was watery and runny. Juice was sour. Eggs were solid but a bit wet. The pancake machine was out. Coffee was hot and that made up for the bad oatmeal.

I liked the hotel and the staff was great but the freeway noise in the afternoon and early morning was loud, even when I was in the opposite side of the building. Not sure I will be back, even tho it was a very convenient location to get in and out of.

I’m not sure about all the other levels but being on the 4th floor the walls were very thin. We could hear the conversations on both sides of us. The breakfast wasn’t very appetizing. Watery eggs, stodgy oatmeal, everything was bland and processed. Only thing fresh was a bowl of apples. Overall the staff was nice, facilities are clean. 3/5 stars

They charged a $25 early check in fee which is ridiculous. The room had a dispenser down in the shower and the lotion dispenser was empty in the bathroom. The worse part is that they did not have ESPN and the FOX network available on TV. We were staying there so we could watch the Fox News network and a game on TV and missed them. The desk clerk could not tell us why the stations were not on tv and finally told us the motel changed packages and went with netfix and that we had to pay to get those stations. I have stayed there a lot but will likely not stay there again. Thanks

My wife and I stayed for 10 days, and we had a great experience. The location was super convenient, close to everything we needed. The room was comfortable, modern, and most importantly, clean. Everything looked and felt fresh throughout our stay. The staff really stood out, they were kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. That level of service made a big difference during our extended stay. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again!

Average overall. Key issues: no one was at the front desk to check in for 10 minutes (and longer for those who arrived before us), there was no blackout screen which caused the room to not be dark (wasn’t even in the room). Wi-Fi instructions didn’t work (front desk provided promotional code to get it completed). Temperature of 5th floor hallway and room were really cold(set at 65)

I liked the location. The staff was friendly, but did not follow through on a problem with the room. The rooms blackout shades were gone and they were fully booked so I could not change rooms. They said they would send maintenance up to fix it, but no one came so I ended up putting a blanket over the window. Also, the floors in the room and bathroom were very sticky. otherwise it was a great hotel.

I am very frustrated with this hotel.. I stayed for 3 nights and after the first night requested maid service because my son made a mess spilled chips on the floor and I needed assistance with a clean up. I asked 3 times. Twice asking in person at the front desk and once over the phone. I was assured on the second morning I would receive service but then never did.. this is sub standard and not what I would have expected from a Hilton chain..

My experience at this hotel was the worst I’ve ever had. My reservation was lost and they made me wait for over an hour to finally get my room. Then when I returned to my room the first evening, the room flooded from the unit upstairs. have my clothes were soaking wet. Because I booked with a third-party booking they said they couldn’t help me other than make me pack my stuff up and move it to another floor, which took more time out of my personal schedule. When I brought up concerns, there was nobody to take accountability and no manager ever on duty.

This hotel overbooked and didn't coordinate with Expedia to make arrangements for my reservation until after 10pm -- I had booked weeks in advance and come in from out of state, and so when I arrived to check in that night, they were SO rude about the fact that I didn't have a room there anymore and "I should have gotten a call letting me know they overbooked. It's not our fault if you didn't get a call" I understand that the issue was equal expedia/tru, but I was exhausted from my trip, and to walk in and not have a place to lay down and rest and then the front-desk staff act as if it was MY fault was nightmarish. Never again.

Very clean hotel. Good free breakfast with a good variety. Room is small but it was good for two people. You are in the middle of office buildings and parking lots so not a good view. That didn't matter to me. You are 3 minutes from Thanksgiving Point. We went there and that was really fun. The staff was really helpful and nice. Nice to have 24 hour access to free coffee and tea.

Directions from Expedia booking to us to another side of the road and front desk said this happens all the time. Hotel is modern and overall would stay again. Shower could stand some deep cleaning around the base. Beds are comfortable and clean bedding. Breakfast was hot and great options. Would stay again- even though close to the highway you can’t hear the noise which was nice!

Decent place. Clean, friendly, just off highway. I stayed twice in same week, first with 2 queens then with 1 king (dropping off kid at college). Rooms aren't much larger than the beds but still comfortable to move around. Breakfast is usual hotel menu (eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, bagels, fruit, etc.). They had a pancake maker but we couldn't get it to work. King room had a mini-fridge. I didn't notice one in queen room but wasn't looking. Overall good stay.

Like every other Tru that I have stayed at the breakfast was horrendous. The so-called fresh pancakes were undercooked gooey. The eggs were obviously powdered eggs just overall not good. Rooms are great. Breakfast is horrible in a nutshell.

It was a clean and great place to stay. However, they promoted that they have coffee and tea available 24/7. Of the six times I visited their coffee bar in the lobby, it was only hot one time. The rest of the time it was barely tepid. Because they don’t offer coffee service in the room (Keurig, etc) it was extremely disappointing.

Nice clean rooms, not used to contemporary style but rather interesting design (subjective). Love the nightlight in the bathroom, thank you! Bed was comfy too. Breakfast, however could use some work. No coffee, juices were watered down, oatmeal was under cooked. The caveat, that Denver omelette was awesome!

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a terrible experience. The hotel was full but there was only one person to man the breakfast buffet. She was trying to cook and serve all by herself. Bagels were gone, pancake mix was empty, oatmeal empty, omelette empty and sausage gone. Yogurt machine was down. So long lines of people waiting for food to come out and there was only enough for a few people each time. Ridiculous! The second morning we went out to a restaurant for breakfast and skipped the hotel fiasco.

This was our first stay at a TRU hotel.We enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, pool, clean room, etc. We really liked the fun concept, especially for families. Would have given 5 stars . . but then there was breakfast. It seemed none of the machines worked properly (pancake maker, yogurt machine, even the bagel toaster turned out slighly warm bagels) and the staff could not keep up. People around us were complaining to each other. I would like to give Tru another chance, as they may have just had a bad day. But if something more familiar to me is available I would probably go that route.

I had high hopes when walking in, it’s cute with fun decor but quickly realized we should have stayed somewhere else. Keypad to get into pool was broken so had to have front desk let us in. Then saw sign that hot tub was closed and kids said the pool was dirty with brown stuff floating in it. At breakfast every table was dirty, the food area was filthy and they actually ran out of plates. My kids ate their pancakes out of bowls which is fine but just shows lack of preparation. Food kept running out and it wasn’t busy, they just neglected to have a staff person dedicated to cleaning and restocking. Room was fine, so if you don’t need a pool or breakfast, the hotel will work fine.
