Please note that the staff at this location were delightful in this review is in no way a poor reflection on their performance of their job jobs. My husband and I traveled to Lehi Utah for a funeral with our teenage daughter. We specifically stayed at this exact location and hotel because they offered a suite as one of the room options that has a separate, private bedroom and then a fold out couch in the living room room plus a kitchen, etc.. This provided the privacy we needed and enough room for us as we prepared for an emotional weekend. When we got to our we discovered that the door to the bedroom suite would not shut. It was as if the door itself were too big for the space, & would not shut. Having a separate bedroom was why we booked this room in the first place out of literally hundreds of other options at hotels in Salt Lake and Utah County. Needless to say that was disappointing. When we got into bed, we noticed there was a blood stain on the underside of the comforter. Not a huge deal, but kind of gross. In the morning, we discovered the kitchen had an ant infestation with 5+ visible ants. So not a huge infestation but not wonderful. The light fixture in the kitchen was taped to the ceiling precariously, in the bathroom there appeared to be water damage. We asked to be moved to a different room, but there was not one available so they discount our room rate. It was still a disappointing stay and I do not recommend this hotel and won’t stay there again.
