The hotel pool was not open when we arrived for an entire day. I have two small kids and only stay at hotels with indoor pools. They failed to mention on the site that it was closed. The clerk made arrangements for us to go to a nearby hotel but that was very inconvenient in the freezing snow. They promised us he would be open on Friday it was open on Friday later but not at the posted times. We were told they were waiting on the maintenance man who was supposed to be there at 9 and was nowhere to be found at 10. The beds were hard as a rock.

If you expect a clean hotel room, especially the bathroom, this is not the place to go. The bathroom walls were grimy and the toilet bowl had streaks in it as though it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The shower had what seemed like some plumbing issues as it wouldn't fully transfer from the faucet to the shower head, and the drain for the shower and the sink both seemed clogged as they drained very slowly. The bathtub was super slippery, and everyone in our family that used the shower nearly fell. There was also a part of the room where the baseboard wasn't fully attached to the wall. I'm not a nit picky person, but honestly this was gross and seemed a little sketchy. We might as well have stayed in a cheap motel, at least then I would have saved some money for the same experience.

Room was not cleaned. French fry and other crumbs all over the floor. Stained sheets. The lady at the front desk was the only woman me working on a Friday night and was so busy. We felt bad for her but it was a terrible stay.

Dirty entry way floor. One bed wasn’t finished being made. Pillows were on the floor. Pillowcases lying empty on bed. Sheets were very wrinkled. Switched rooms and second room also had a dirty entry floor as well as a dirty bathroom floor. Obviously not swept. Strangely the fire alarms went off just before 4 am, waking the entire hotel and causing guests to all get up and check if there was a fire. We got in late and got up early, so it combined to make a very short night.

Hotel was decent. The room looked nice at first glance but th bathroom floor looked like my 3 year old swept it. It just don’t seem clean like I expected from the Hampton Inn. Also, the toilet leaked all night long. We were there for a quick trip so we didn’t complain about it at the time. It also would have been nice to have a bathroom fan that worked. It just seems like they didn’t put too much effort into cleaning the bathroom. A bit disappointing.

We typically stay at Hampton Inn because of their clean rooms and comfortable beds. We couldn’t have been more disappointed with our stay at this hotel in Lehi. When we first got to our room we had to ask to be moved to another because of how dirty it was. I mean, the chair / lounger was so disgusting it looked like someone had given birth on it - seriously. The second room had a big empty space where the chair / lounger was supposed to be so it makes you wonder just how much more disgusting it must have been to have it removed. The second room wasn’t much better than the first. There was dust, dirt and grime in all corners of the room and bathroom, there was an electrical outlet missing its cover plate (good thing we didn’t have little kids with us), the cover plate on the pipe for the shower head was missing, when you pull up on the spout handle for the shower the entire spout comes up and away from the wall, the sink was clogged, the AC unit under the window was hammered and looked like they had try to repair it numerous times. The windows were so dirty you could hardly see outside. I’m not expecting them to be spotless but it was clear they hadn’t been washed in a very long time. The only positive thing I can say is the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly but that is nowhere near enough to get me to stay here again. The condition of this hotel is a black eye for the brand.

Staff was amazing and checkin was fast and easy. Our room was dirty, sheets were not changed out or clean. Found food crumbs and stains in the bedding. The receptionist immediately offered me a clean room but when we went together to check the new room we found it to be dirty as well with dirty laundry on the floor and trash. Third room was finally clean but smelled bad of feet, lighting was horrible with a lamp in the room but no outlet to connect it to, found only one working outlet in the room. Pool was also not the cleanest and breakfast was okay. Over all neighborhood is nice, maintained and safe with access to restaurants close by and shopping.

This hotel is very accommodating, very clean and comfortable beds-the things that are most important to me I can’t say anything bad about this hotel It is updated and very nice. I’ve stayed there twice recently as I was passing through and will definitely stay again. The price was as good as I can find for my price range so I’m beyond impressed.

There was a long black hair in the sheets of one of the beds, there were stains on the two chairs in the room, The toilet was running when we got in the room. We got that to stop and the whole toilet leaned backwards. The entire hotel is just overall not clean. The young lady at check-in was unfriendly.

The original room they put us in was not cleaned when we got up to it. Not a huge deal but more an annoyance as we then had to shift to another room. The second room had some black spots around the corner of the window. Don't think it was mold, but still troublesome. When we got into the room there were only two bath towels--no hand towels or washcloths. Had to get those from the front desk. We didn't spend much time in the room so we lived with it. I like the location. Plenty of food options in walking distance. And works well if you have to go both north into SL Valley or south into Happy Valley. It is relatively low cost which is nice. Have stayed there for many years 2 or 3 times a year and it has been reliable, but starting to show its age. Will probably try somewhere else in the area next time.

Everything was great except the shower. The shower was awful. No water pressure. The shower barely turned on. The faucet wasn’t connected to wall so it just flopped around while trying to turn the shower on. The shower curtain bar was broken and so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed. I don’t usually find myself to be a shower snob but it was just that bad that I felt I needed to review it.

The cooling unit in our room was so loud every time it turned on or off I woke up. I could hear everything happening in the hallway outside our door. I could hear everything the people in the room above me were doing. I got no sleep because of how noisy everything was.

Pros: Great location. Next to the freeway. Gas station, and a few restaurants within walking distance. Very Friendly staff. Breakfast: Make your own waffles. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, 3 choices of cereal, bread, mini muffins. Free parking on site. Cons: Aged building. My room had that unpleasant smell you get at some hotels. Old, mildew? Not sure what it is. It was my main turn off for this establishment. The AC struggled on really hot days,

There was a delay getting checked in because there wasn’t a person at the front desk. Room seemed outdated. A few stains on the carpet and a little bit of water damage in the bathroom. Beds were pretty comfortable and breakfast had a good amount of options and seating. Plenty of parking and even though it is near the freeway, you couldn’t hear outside traffic noise.

Easy on off the freeway and close to restaurants and gas stations. Staff was friendly and got us in our room a little early. Only complaint was the people above us sounded like they stomped everywhere they walked but it’s part of hotel stay

Hotel was very clean, new and updated. The staff were great, especially Annie who worked overnights. The coffee station was open 24/7 with hot chocolate and teas available too. Fantastic breakfast, with different options each day. Omelets, sausages, hot oatmeal with nuts and berries to add in. Strawberry and blueberry waffles with toppings like sprinkles and cookie pieces were a hit with our son. The pool was clean and on great shape. The hot tub as well. The room was spacious and clean, comfy beds as a pillows. We really enjoyed our stay!

The lady that checked us in was super nice. We arrived 4.5 hours later than we had planned. It was a day. My wife swims every day and was planning to swim at the hotel. We arrived just as the pool closed. The lady was kind enough to help us out. Once the soccer team left the pool area, she contacted us and let us know we could get my wife's exercising in. So grateful for the kindness and help. Breakfast was hot and nice and the bed was very comfortable. We love to stay at Hampton Inn's and this one did not disappoint.

Nice hotel, although thevfront desk gave our room away to someone they claim had the exact same name. Chances of this are close to zero given my family name. Hotel was able to provide another room but it was clear someone got a free stay due to dront desk not doing their job

When we arrived the property had a technical malfunction where room keys weren’t able to be issued to guests. The front desk refused to issue a refund but stated our only option was to get our things and be let into the room by the only staff on duty. I had to get something from my car and it was scary to leave my young child in the room by himself when I had no key but I also did not want to take him to the parking lot in the middle of the night. Additionally the front desk staff was on her phone on a personal call the entire time she was checking us in and walking us to our rooms. At one point saying “shut up” out loud and in such a way that it was not clear to whom she was speaking. When I reported the issue to Expedia, asking for a refund they stated that they contacted management and the refund was refused. Additionally, the same staff person was still working 10 hours later during breakfast the next morning. The hotel was not clean and had a bad smell additionally. I think this location in particular suffers from extremely poor and possibly illegal management and maintenance practices. I’ve stayed at several other Hampton Inns and am a rewards member and never experienced such poor quality or service. Stay ANYWHERE else if you need to stop in this area.

Continental breakfast was good; all day coffee available; when staff were available they seemed friendly and helpful however there were several times we could not get a hold of staff either at the front or by phone. Requested a wake up call but did not receive it. Cleaned rooms every other day which is ok but did not always restock necessities (coffee, , cups, tissue) in the room even on days when they did refresh the room.

Our reservation was for a room with two queen beds. The night we were to check in I got a call saying they had over booked and we would have a king bed. Obviously they had an opportunity to get a higher rate from someone else for the room we reserved. They gave us two bottles of water for the inconvenience - what a joke!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, they had run out of coffee right before the kitchen staff went on a morning break and the manager got us coffee from the keurig in his office, which is above and beyond.

This is a nice hotel. It's got tons of places to eat around it. Also has close access to all the Thanksgiving point museums and attractions. It was nice and clean. The pool and the hot tub we're working and seem to be well maintained. The breakfast was good, and the staff were all professional and nice.

At check-in, everything looked great. Unfortunately, we were very dismayed by the end of our one-night stay. The bed was very uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep much because of this. The tub didn’t drain well. The rest of the room was fine. The breakfast was over-the-top bad!!! Waffle maker didn’t work right. Potatoes were awful. Orange juice unfortunately was not orange juice; it was thick overly concentrated grapefruit juice in the orange juice dispenser. Unfortunately the worst breakfast I can remember.
