Staybridge Suites - Lehi - Traverse Ridge Center by IHG

Hotel was nice and room was clean. Rooms were sound proof, never heard any neighbours. The continental breakfast was good and had lots of options but the area needs more tables, had to wait for a table more than once. Housekeeping seems to always be behind, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived because housekeeping was behind and the pool seemed to always be out of towels because housekeeping was behind. It says you can cast to the tv with your phone, however we could not figure out how to get it to work. I asked the front desk about it and they gave me a tv support phone number, however when I called it it was for a cable company and they said they didn’t know why they gave me that number as the chrome cast wasn’t their device. I would stay there again but would bring my own casting device for the tv.

I liked the property it was quiet, and I felt safe I found a hair in my show no big deal but I'm a clean Feek and attention to detail is appreciated. Overall property was great No towels in cabinet by pool or sana area. When I called the front desk from the pool area I was told that I could come to the front desk and get some towels. I had already been in the sana at that point and asked if someone could bring out some towels. I was told no one was available.

Friendly staff. Was gibbon room keys to an occupied room, not told you have to use room card to access elevator. Gym is a closet with no airflow

Poor maintenance. Bathroom sink clogged. Showerhead dirty so tiny streams going weird directions. Drain cover in shower not attached. Hot breakfast items were luke warm at best. Liked the pool and hot tub. Overall this place is really nice. Could be great with maintenance and more effort with breakfast.

Nice stay overall. The back courtyard could use some shade cloth over the top of the pergolas to make it more user friendly. Thankfully the late afternoon shade made things more bearable at the pool area.

This property is clean and in a great location for the tech area of Utah. Rooms are nice, well maintained, clean linens, quiet, and no odors. Though, the downfall is that it is not a very exciting/walkable area...and there is no curtesy shuttle with the hotel. Small pool, but nice gym facility on the first floor.

Traverse Mountain has a unique layout that feels adventurous and luxurious. We struggled with getting the staff to attend to needs that we asked a couple times for and never received. When other families abused the pool/spa the staff looked the other way, taking away from a good experience for other guests. The first time I called to ask if we could get a few more towels for our room, the front desk sounded very annoyed and put out as soon as they answered. Parking was very full, using elevators took awhile as the hotel must have been at full capacity. Not a great experience, unfortunately.

Pool lawn chairs need to be replaced. It is the beginning of summer. They are ripped out. No excuse for that.

The condition of the hotel is exceptional. The location is convenient. It has all the amenities needed. The property was quiet, making it easy to rest and sleep. It is a 3-star hotel, so certain amenities aren't available, but the price and quality made this an easy stay.

The elevator was vomited from the day we arrived until we left in the morning. We let the receptionist know and they didn't clean it.

We stay every year with our kids and grandkids to do the lights at Thanksgiving point. The rooms are comfortable and the location is good. This year I opened the microwave and the prior guests Pyrex bowl was stuck to the glass tray. Then I pulled out the large saucepan and it was covered in crusted on food. So disgusting. I checked the smaller pan and it was almost as bad. To their credit, when I called the front desk they immediately brought up a brand new pan. Also if you are a tub person you’re out of luck. The drain will not close to fill the tub. It forces you into showering. Not great!! On a bright note Taylor at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Excellent customer service. Overall a solid three star. Dissatisfied in the cleanliness for sure!!

We got to the hotel at 9:30 pm to check in. The night manager was talking to some kids on the other side of the counter about Marvel movies and they were eating cake together. There was a new hire that was helping me. She took my credit card for incidentals and charged my card a second time for the 3 nights we were staying. We had already paid online with Expedia. I was told that the issue would be taken care of in the morning with the day manager Justin. We got to the room and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the shower that we had to clean up. At this point I was ready to leave and go to another hotel. We stayed. The 2nd morning we were there we tried to go get breakfast at about 9:12 in the morning. I knew they were closing at 9:30, so I didn't think this would be a problem. Half of breakfast was already torn down. Old disgusting yogurt left out, utensils to serve the sausage and bacon were gone forcing us to use our hands, and the waffle batter was gone while the irons were still on hot and ready to use. We ate a small amount of eggs, some bacon and sausage and some old stale cold breakfast potatoes. I don't think we will be staying at Staybridge again. We travel to the Lehi area often from the Uintah Basin and we will be looking for other lodging.

The bed was very comfortable, the place was quiet, staff was friendly. This location is pet friendly and the fee is much less expensive than surrounding places to stay. We would most definitely stay here again. The only downfall to our stay was that there was hair on the towells in our room. I'd recommend making sure they're checked.

Staybridge is our favorite away-from-home. And we will probably continue going there, but, the rooms are getting a little run down.We had to change rooms because the curtains in the first room were shredded. The next room, though much better, also had snags in each curtain panel and the Sofa-bed cushions kept sinking. I flipped them over to maintain proper comfort. We needed to add an additional day to our stay, the staff were very accommodating. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and the housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast, as always was perfect. Location was close to shopping and restaurants. Very comfortable neighborhood. Very quiet, no hallway or outside distractions. They just might want to replace some of the furniture and curtains.

When we checked in they said they didn't have a room for me. I said well it was non refundable so ummmmm ya either gotta find me a room or get me my money back. They eventually put us in a wheelchair accessible room which was fine. The room was clean, large, and comfy. The only negative was the loudest rickity a/c unit I've ever heard (rm 200) made it tough to sleep. The breakfast buffet makes everything worth it though!

Everything was great, except for the Chromecasts in our room would not connect to the wifi so we weren’t able to watch shows we wanted. A smart TV would be better.

The tv didn’t work, we reported it to the front desk however Sheila said she didn’t know how to switch our room. What?? A front desk clerk that doesn’t know how to switch a guests room? At that price?? No thanks, we won’t be back!

I did not like that somebody else is name, kept coming up on our TV and I could see their bill. The TV would magically turn on welcoming a new name into my room. It was a little disconcerting.

Check in was easy and quick. Check out and the interaction with the front desk was poor. Called and asked if we could have a late check out (1pm vs 11am). She said she would check. Then asked if i we an ihg member. I am. She asked for my number, i said i don't know it off hand, and i asked if she could look it up for me. She said no (they have before, so i knew she could). I told her id need to look it up, but asked, can you not allow me a late check out without it? She said, "no, not today, today we'll need it. If youll need to call me back, thats fine". EXACTLY in the tone as if i was lying. I looked up my ihg number, called her back, provided it, and she said, "oh, looks like that number worked". I said great. She said "but it looks like i can only allow you a 1hr late check out, yeah, sorry". Obviously im frustrated, but said, "fair enough, thank you". 30 mins before checking out, just having got out of the shower and barely dressed, the door starts knocking and knocking. I head to the door and the lady is standing there with a clipboard and asks "are you planning on leaving the property today?" Like I was freeloading over the 11am checkout time. WTH?? I said, yes, at noon (12pm). She turned and walked off. 9 mins before 12pm, the front desk called and said, "your late checkout was approved" i said "you told me that, and I have 9 mins left, correct?" She said, "yes, looks like about 9 mins left." I said "thank you" and hung up. Ill never stay there again!

The room we stayed in was extremely clean will maintained with all the amenities that we needed for our stay. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The lovely ladies who were taking care of the breakfast in the morning we're so warm and caring, what a wonderful representation of your company! Very happy, would absolutely stay here again!

Close off the freeway. I got there close to midnight and they had everything ready for me st the desk. The room was quiet and spacious and the bed was comfortable!

This property is very clean and in a nice quiet location.

Great location and great hotel for couples or families! The kitchen was awesome and had everything we needed for an extended stay. We would definitely recommend and will be returning when we head back that way.

I think we have a new favorite place to stay in Lehi. The room was great, with the only drawback being the proximity to a bit of a busy road. Lots of options for breakfast.

Super close to shopping, food and entertainment. Nice daily breakfast buffet style options and as well as dinner- light bites appetizer style. Staff is nice, rooms are clean - will stay again.

Pleasantly surprised at how great this hotel was! Super friendly staff, impressive breakfast buffet, huge room with kitchen, and entire hotel was very clean! Hotel was much cleaner than many of the more expensive brands. Stayed for the location (close to children’s Primary) but ended up having a very comfortable and lovely stay.

The included breakfast was good, making your own waffles is always very fun to do.

Very clean and the mini suite with kitchen was well appointed. Super new, clean, and secure. Breakfast included was a step above typical.
