Courtyard by Marriott Ogden

Stay was good. We had to drive around for 30 minutes to find somewhere to park. Not enough parking to accommodate everyone.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was nice. The pool could have been warmer for sure. Overall good place to stay with kids.

Room. Got too much noise from pool. Jacuzzi was broken

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was extremely clean. Pool and hot tub area were also very clean and well maintained. Shower was great with good water pressure and hot water. Only complaint - Door to the room did not seal and lots of light came in from the hallway at night.

No working internet (“we’re experiencing firewall issue”). No proper functioning heater and the room was freezing. The bedsheet was not cleaned and the housekeeper didn’t even try to put the trash bag into the bin, and guess what there is a note in the room to tip them. The fire alarm busted at midnight 2 days in a row because the property is poorly maintained. This place is not managed by Marriott so do not even bother to stay here. The cheapest motel will be a better place to stay.

When we first check in we got the wrong room type but after calling the front desk Roberto fixed it before we got to the lobby we were able to get the new keys and back up to the correct room. The pool was nice, hottub was a little cooler then I perfer but it was enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner down at the little restaurant near the lobby and it was amazing. The tomato soup was delicious. Our server was excellent. We really enjoy staying at this property as we travel to Ogden often and we really like staying at this Marriott. The property is nice, it has off street parking, its downtown but in a quiet area, the rooms and property are always clean and the staff is amazing.

Wonderful pool and hot tub, great room, perfect location. Will be back!

Busy area around, parking lot full when returned to hotel. Electrical recepticals need updating. But, everything else was great.

Parking was a little bit challenging, due to a business close by that shared the parking lot with the hotel. The rooms are very private and quiet. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

No air conditioning makes for a hot room towards the top. Opening a window is not an option due to noise. Fire alarm system is still broken.

Very lovely hotel near the historic sites of Ogden. Very walkable! We walked to Union Station, up and down 25th St., to a festival at the park, Peery’s Egyptian theatre for a show, and the LDS temple. The hotel was beautiful, quiet, and very clean.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times. It is super convenient, and centrally located downtown Ogden. We easily walked to numerous restaurants, and a Saturday farmer's market. It is always very clean, and the staff is always great. We also like the in-hotel restaurant. The downside, our room this last time had pretty weak A/C so it was a warm night. The shower door was also not closeable. Will we stay here again? Absolutely. It's just a great hotel for the price and location, parking, etc. Hopefully next time the A/C will be better. 🙂

When we arrived to check in we had to wait several minutes for someone to show up at the front desk, left us wondering if we were at the correct place to check in.

Great customer service and the building is beautiful, but it's a little old and smelled of mildew in places. There was also a pick up truck outside our room doing donuts in the parking lot until well after midnight.

There were hygiene items from previous guests left in the room, also shower had half a dozen really long black hairs that also somehow didn’t get cleaned up from previous guest.

Exactly what you would expect from a Marriott. Clean, nice amenities. Friendly staff. 9/10

Check in was amazing, the front desk staff was great. The room next to us was so loud we had to put noise canceling headphones in to fall asleep. The bed had crumbs in the bottom of it and the shower never got warm. It was so cold it was worse than any cold shower I have ever taken.

We had a room just inside the side entrance of the building. It was cold -- ridiculously cold. The room had it's own thermostat which resulted in only cold air blowing into the room from the vent. Multiple complaints to the front desk resulted in ... the thermostat being turned off so that cold air wouldn't blow into the room. Unfortunately, this fixed nothing. We bailed out the final night when the room reached 62 degrees.

The room was fine, but there's light coming all around the door. Not only does this disrupt sleep, but I'm thinking that if that much light can get it, it would be dangerous if there was smoke in the hallway.

This hotel is needing some major updating and repairs really rundown the interior doors are banged up the shower had cracks, the walls were scratched up. It was very loud when anyone in the hall shut their door it was very loud.

I chose this hotel because I thought it would be first class amenities, but I was disappointed. No one was at the front desk at both check in time and check out time. There was food available, but there was no complimentary breakfast. The food we ordered was cold by the time it was brought out. The entire lobby and dining area was just plain cold. In the rooms, there were not enough electrical sockets for two people. With electronic devices, phones, hearing aids and C-pap machines, there were just not enough. The electric sockets that were available were so loose, that the cord slipped out overnight. It was annoying to wake up in the morning and phones were not charged. The toilet lids were cheap plastic and slid around. Also the toilet did not flush even with multiple violent flushes. The sink was slow to drain, typical of third-class motels, not first-class hotels. The heating system did not work right. We turned down the thermostat for overnight, and the system kept kicking out heat. We had to turn it off, but then it got too cold, and no extra blankets were available in the room. We were told that management was aware of this and would be replacing the system.

But be warned! If you want a smooth successful event DO NOT go here. In short; terrible food including raw chicken. Inexperienced young event planners who don't know what they are doing who ghosted us the hours before our event and claimed we should know who to contact but never gave us any contact info. Unfulfilled promises such as pipe and drape on our stage, waiting until we asked were it was for them to say "we aren't going to do that, but you can outsource." This was 3 hours before our event DAY OF! Missing appetizers for cocktail hour and 45 minutes late, dinner was 15 minutes late, the buffet line was all over the place starting with chicken then moving to salad at the end. They offered a $250 refund off a pretty expensive event and on our call to discuss the issues were defensive and snarky. Speaking with a low tear management named Karen who was very unprofessional. Extremely disappointed in the whole experience. We room our employees and guests at this hotel and will discontinue use. The guests who attended this dinner, many large companies from Utah, will also never use this facility for their guests or events. Extreme loss for Ogden Courtyard, but if this is their best "service" shame on them.

Hotel is walking distance to many of Ogden’s shops, pubs, and restaurants.

Nice hotel, nice room, and great location located near plenty of restaurants.

It's always our favorite place to stay because it's in downtown and in walking distance to several places.

This is your standard courtyard, but it was a nice location downtown.

the only thing we encountered was that the breakfast was out of food at 9:00Am on saturday and the body wash in the shower was out.

Not a ton of food options in house but walking distance from many restaurants. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful
