The room itself was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The carpet in the elevator needs a good cleaning. Breakfast was decent (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy) depending on the day plus yogurt, cereal and breads. The showers make big noise when turned on from your own and neighboring rooms (above, below, side) that can wake you out of a deep sleep. The website did not say (and we were looking for it) that parking is $7/day. They need to display that clearly because that's one of the reasons we booked - we thought parking was free.

Overnight stay because of an early departure from SLC. Quick check-in. Very helpful staff. Because of a very early departure from SLC, before the complimentary shuttle service starts, staff called an Uber for me. Hotel has complimentary breakfast but not yet available by the time I departed. Only two restaurants in the area and they are next to each other, both within a 5 minute walk. The Tuscan Bistro inside the Raddison is not an Italian restaurant but serves food found in a typical American grill. The other is Mexican.

Rooms were clean. Good repair. Place was well lit. Relatively quiet. Biggest issue was shuttle service. We had 5am flight and needed shuttle at 3am. I had called specifically to make sure shuttle ran that time of day. Nope. But they offered free Uber - which was fine except they took 20 minutes to get there despite making arrangements night before. This is the purpose of airport hotel!!!

Wow...the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Since, our flight left so early they called and payed for an Uber, also allowed us to park here for the duration of our trip without charge. They even packed a breakfast for our two girls.

The front desk people were very warm and friendly. The rooms were clean and in working order. The pool and spa were not as advertised... the pool is CLOSED by the CITY & COUNTY. The spa was cleanish. I would NEVER have booked this hotel if I had known that the pool was closed by the health department.

Windows pores rain inside into the windowsill, which then drips onto the electric heating and air conditioner unit and there’s a ton of black mold all over in that window seal and the roof is kind of dripping

Carpet in the elevator was dirty, slow elecator only one. Me and my kids got bug bite the next day, i mentioned to the front desk staff they have assured that they’ll have housekeeping check. I showed her the bites i got. She apologized and said she wish she could take care off something but since it was booked through expedia, she couldnt do anythinf. I told her that I’m reporting so other people dont go through the same experience. We stayed in 303

Woke up middle of night with itchy feet. Found some besbugs on sheet and bedapread. Squished them & got blood on the things. Couldnt go back to sleep cuz of the bedbugs, til about 5 am!! Noisy from outside and other rooms, when they turn on water.

It was clean. Beds were average comfort level. Our closet door was broken and the accordion door came off the hinges the first time i opened it. And the light switch cover was loose. The shower curtains were so short if you don't keep making sure they are inside the tub, water went out and made a mess. The keys to get in our room had to be replaced three times because the first time they were apparently old and needed thrown away. And we got brand new ones and they worked twice. Then stopped. So got yet one more. We were told that they probably got de magnitized...not quite sure how, but ok. Overall it was an average stay. Staff were all nice and friendly though. The food is average hotel food. You could easily hear the people loudly in the hallway and up above us. Sounded like kids loudly running around late at night. Very obnoxious ive never had that issue before.

I read the review and the rating but it’s. It worth a 9, it’s a 7.5 to 8. Rooms are old, piping is noisy, sound proofing is bad. At least rooms are clean and have everything a traveller needs.

The room was well furnished, but quite small, and hardly what we would expect for a "suite." We always get a suite for the extra room, and this place had no room. There was so little room that we had to use the sofa, both chairs, the desk, and the dresser to set all of our luggage on, else we would not be able to walk in the room. The closet was so small the door would not close if we hung clothes in it. Who makes a closet so small that you can't put clothes in it? Other than that, the shower worked well, as did the AC; beds, pillows, and linens were comfy; breakfast was adequate, we would give it a "C"; good close-in parking, great access to the airport; but, based upon the room size, we would not return to this location, as there are better options immediately adjacent to this facility that would have larger suites.

The desk clerk when we checked in was uninterested in assisting me. We had to return a rental car and take the shuttle back. He said to just call and he’d send the shuttle. We called repeatedly and the line would go dead or ring 20 times with no answer. After waiting 25 minutes and still not getting through, a driver from another hotel offered to take us to our hotel. That’s terrible service. If he’d been on the desk when we got her id have complained directly to him. Otherwise everyone else was nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

Staff at the facility did a great job of checking us in. However, their pass down was horrible. For the transportation to the airport they use an Uber. There was some miss communication. The individual had no idea nor did I get the 30 minute prep call. That I needed an Uber. They were able to get an Uber and I did make it.

This is a scam! Don’t book here!! I made a reservation through Expedia and upon arrival they claimed that there were no rooms available and did not know how the reservation went through. Then, after requesting a refund to Expedia, the hotel is saying that it was a no show and the other story that I refused to pay the security deposit. All is fake. Don’t book here. Neither the hotel nor Expedia want to refund. Last time using Expedia.

We were stuck in SLC when the airlines were having trouble. Comfort Suites picked us up at midnight from the airport and let us checkout late so we wouldn't have to sit around the airport. The staff is super nice and helpful.

Hotels.com booked our room and took our payment 6 months before our stay. When we arrived, hotels.com had not told the hotel we had a reservation. This hotel found us a room (the LAST available room in the hotel) and treated us like VIPs even though they didn’t even know we were coming. I would 100% stay at this hotel again… but I would book directly through the hotel next time. Oh, and this hotel does have a pool. We were unsure because there were no pictures of it online.

Convenient location, midway between downtown Salt Lake City and the airport. Each about 10 minutes, but in opposite directions. Some rough parts of town (and people living on the street) not too far from the hotel, probably the biggest negative. Breakfast exceeds expectations. Hotel could use new carpet and updating.

Very nice room. The only negative was two of the pumps (lotion & shampoo) for the multiuse bottles didn’t work. Breakfast was good, better than the usual fare. They were very busy, but the staff worked hard to keep all the food stocked.

My only complaint is, if you’re going to have Breakfast until 9am make sure there is food until 9 Am. Running out at 8:15 is not the best service for people and it is not what you advertise.

The hotel staff, especially Fom, were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast on Saturday morning was terrible. The hotel was full and there was hardly any food left ehen we went down at 8:15. It was much better on Sunday morning. We went down for breakfast at 6:40 and there was plenty of food and it was very good.
