Fantastic airport shuttle, very easy to use. Call the hotel when you get to baggage claim and they'll send the shuttle to the ground transportation area. When you check in, remember to schedule a shuttle to the airport in advance. I stayed here on the first and last nights of my trip so that I could reduce the number of days I rented a car to drive around Utah. The free breakfast was basic but saved us time and money. The room was basic but clean and served the purpose of sleeping near the airport. We didn't notice any airplane sounds when we were inside the hotel. Good value.

The evening front desk staff wasn't very knowledgeable or helpful. It was a real pain to arrange for shuttle service to the airport in the afternoon. Won't stay here again.

I had a red eye flight to SLC. The transfer bus was at the airport when I arrived so it was perfect/lucky timing. The hotel is just a short ride away from the airport. The check in was quick and easy just not a super happy attendant at 1:00 in the morning. I get it. No Worries. The hotel had just been remodeled, so it was clean and had a nice smell to it. I was on the 2nd floor of the hotel and the floors were so thin that I could hear every step of the people above me. It was quite annoying to be woken up early when I went to bed so late. Then came the included breakfast. It was ridiculously poor. It was bad orange juice, packaged 1-1/2” oily muffins, bread to make toast and coffee. None of it looked edible. At 8:55, I then asked the front desk for a ride to the airport on their shuttle so I could pick up my rental car. They told me the 9:20 shuttle was full, but they could put me on the list for the 10:20 trip. I declined and took Uber. So overall, the entire stay was not horrible, but not at all good either. The bottom line? I won’t be staying here again.

Lower priced option. Not fancy but ok for a short stay and clise to the airport. The shuttle was quick and convenient. The room was clean. Water temp for shower was ok if you turned it all the way to hot. The lobby could use an update and minor cosmetic repairs needed in the hallway; looked like the carpet was recently replaced and baseboards were still missing in a few areas. Breakfast was mostly cheap carb options, waffle mix, white bread, biscuits/gravy, instant oatmeal, etc. No protein. Staff was friendly and accommodating. At my request, the manager allowed my guests to check in before me; really appreciated that! Front desk gave us extra towels super quick. Not a resort but sufficient.

Limited choices on the breakfast menu, none of which were very good. Also, when I checked in, I had been mistakenly booked for an accessible room and they would not change the room without charging another eighty dollars.
