This was far from what the photos indicate. The hoptel is old and I had to request a room change immediately. The gym lacked the basics. The internet connection is outdated. the room phone did not work. Had to reboot the TV 3 times. Just not what I expected. It needs some seriousl attention.

The guy that checked us in was very nice and efficient. The hotel is run down. Gym smelt like BO, hallways needed drywall repair on the ceiling, room was smelly and would not cool down. The whole hotel was hot. It was a 90 degree day but the ac should have been able to cool the place down. The windows were filthy. All in all not a great place to stay but at least the check in guy was nice.

Nice stay and easy check in and check out. Clean room very spacious. King Room with balcony was nice. Breakfast was ok. A bit expensive for what it was. Enjoyed the underground parking.

TV did not work upon arrival. Took 2 1/2 hours to get it fixed. Fix lasted 10 minutes and took another hour to get it fixed again. Desk clerk then came back 20 minutes later with a different remote to fix the TV should the problem arise again. Shortly thereafter the problem came back and the new remote did not fix it. The remote did not have any batteries in it. I called the desk for batteries and he did not bring them up for another hour. While waiting for the TV to be fixed the first time, we went down to the restaurant for dinner. The only person we saw working was the bartender who was also the waiter, server, and busboy. May have been the cook as well for all I know. He was trying hard but was overwhelmed. He brought out two of our appetizers with our meals and the third appetizer did not come out until we had finished eating. We sent it back and he did remove it from the bill. Despite this the food was good and reasonably priced. Should I be in the Salt Lake City area again, I will not stay at this Radisson.

There was very little parking for guests. Once in the room the air conditioning didn’t work and there was no soap for showers or to wash your hands. I asked the cleaning staff for soap and they said to use the shampoo or conditioner. There were also tissue dispensers but no tissue boxes. We had to move rooms to get working air conditioner. The lobby is quite nice but the rest of the property was old, dated and dirty.

We stayed over a weekend. No one spoke english, So they said. I heard alot of no English no English. The bar was closed all weekend because the bartender called in. The cook was also gone. So some lady just got put there. She also didn't speak English. No pool no gym no outside area to sit. We were also told in order for housekeeping to give us more towels or touch up our room we needed to give 24 hour notice. So we constantly had to run find someone for anything we needed. So if your looking to just sleep great. But no food drinks towel stay somewhere else.

Well cared for comfortable property. Clean room with good linens. Nice pool. Pleasant staff. Limited but good bar/ restaurant, reasonable breakfast buffet. A little trouble understanding our reservation. Good wifi but poor TV.

The hotel was OK, great parking, which we only found out through the bellhop and not the check-in clerk. He was friendly enough, but not very forth-coming with information. The restaurant was a big disappointment. It is named Italian Bistro, but we couldn't figure out why. The menu selections are standard American sports-bar types. There were only two choices of wine: Riesling and Merlot.

Our room was not cleaned very well, toilet was dirty, we had a spider in our bed. We had noisy neighbours who were very loud in the middle of night going to their room. The area around the hotel is industrial but it is walking distance to the light rail system.

Room 342, one night stay. Struggled to get a good nights sleep there due to a relay click that turns on a fan a few times an hour. That relay clicked so loud it woke me up multiple times an hour. Also dealt with mild to cold showers in the morning for all three of us. There just wasn't any hot water to be had in this room. First time staying at this location, will be the last.

The bedding was clearly not cleaned and changed. There was hair all over the sheets - both the top blanket and sheets underneath. One pillow smelled like smoke and the other smelled like dingy women’s perfume, so they smelled like other people. The building itself outside and in the lobby are beautiful but the rooms are worn and dingy. The front desk clerk, however, was very friendly.

When you first arrive the hotel is very cute on the outside. Downstairs lobby is very nice and clean. But once you enter the elevator and head upstairs. That is when you notice all the old dirty filthy carpet. Once in our room there was black hair all over the room. Our bathroom was filthy with mold and black hair in the bathtub and around the toilet. The light fixture in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Asked to have our sheets changed and new towels got back from the hospital. Nothing had been done in our room. The maid brought us new sheets and towels, and we had to do it ourselves. The gentleman downstairs said he was giving me a upgrading from the room that I had got. I’d hate to seen that room if it was worse than the room we got after the upgrade. avoid this hotel all together.

The hotel is outdated and any remodel or repairs have been done very badly. Stayed nearly a week for work and never had hot water, internet is awful (for people that need it for work), and got locked out of my room due to broken door/key lock. I had to move everything to a worse room where all power outlets were stripped out and unusable. I brought up my issues with front desk and nothing was done. Avoid this place at all costs.

We have tried many places close to the airport and the rooms walls are so thin its just loud. The Radisson is so quiet. We won't need to stay anywhere else. Its also convenient to be at airport in 5 minutes

Property is in very poor condition. Hot/cold was backwards in the sink, repairs had been done in a very shoddy way, everything was worn, wifi bumped me off every few minutes, etc. The mattress was new and nice but everything else was very tired.

I had to change rooms due to problems with the bathroom and drawers that would not stay closed. In the new room, the phone did not work, the internet was intermittent at best, the bedside light was faulty, and there were several days (out of 6) where there was no hot water. I also had to have my room key replaced 5 times because they just stopped working.

It was april 12 Saturday night. I had a gift certificate for hotels.com. So I used it and payed 67 on debit. We get there I get asked for a credit card for deposit. I hand him my Chime credit card not my Chime debit card. He says he does not except Chime cards. I said ok then refund my money. He said if hotels.com tells him to he will. So I look on the said is all it say is need credit card for deposit. It does not say no chime credit cards. I cant find a way to recover my $167 I even bought insurance. Very unsatisfied.

Where do I start? I waited an hour to check into my room, when I finally was able to check into my room I was greeted by a foul odor, the bed was in a disarray, sheets every where and stained, and then to ice the cake the heater did not work. When I went to bring the issue up to the front desk I was forced to wait 30 minutes to get to the front of the line, once I made it to the front the manager on sight refused to look at my room. I was not offered compensation or a different room, I was simply told “I’m busy right now if you don’t like it here you may leave and talk to your third party for a refund.” Do not recommend to anyone.

Troy at the bar was a true gem! From arriving at the hotel to getting into our room, we waiting over an hour in line. Not to mention, he waited for 40 minutes for the shuttle which was a tiny shuttle.

assigned 1st room, toilet was clogged, then transferred to 2nd room, toilet was clogged. then transferred 3rd room, eventually toilet is working. check process was like 15 years ago, all manual process and long wait time as compared other hotels I stayed that check in was fast sbd easy.

This large airport hotel advertised a 24/7 shuttle to the airport, but the shuttle only ran once an hour and was too small to accommodate the number of guests and luggage that needed transportation. There was only 1 front desk clerk on duty to handle the large number of people checking in, so the line and wait were both long.

The place was okay but run down. The lobby was noticeably muggy and hot. The restaurant was odd with weird lighting. The windows looking out from the room were so dirty you could barely see out. Sadly the worst part of this hotel was that in order to walk from the train station you had to risk you life walking under the highway with a bunch of rough looking homeless folks passed out or even worse, awake and making you feel unsafe

Clerk was excellent. Arrived late and borrowed hotel wheelchair for my husband, in the AM, EMS came to transport him. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was poor—just a gesture in quality and selection.

My only complaint was when I placed a room service order, I asked for a kids cheese burger and a side salad. The gentleman on the phone repeated back as a regular cheeseburger. I corrected him. My total should’ve been approx $12. When my order was brought to me, my total was $27. And the gentleman was quite abrupt when he asked for the payment. I assumed it could be charged to my room. He just said no, pay here. I should’ve have questioned the total then, but I was just tired and didnt want to be bothered with possibly sending the food back and having him return again. I also think that it should state somewhere or told to you when placing an order, that payment is expected upon delivery.

It was ok for an overnight stay after a late flight and it was an easy walk to Nu Car rental from the hotel. The rooms were cold. They need to update their website. Breakfast was not free. As well coffee was not free.

Floor in room was not swept, door lock bar was broken at top of door, staff was not overly friendly or helpful. Breakfast quality of food for $16.99 was horrible. Soggy eggs, stale bread, etc.

The lobby bathroom doors were continuously left open, right across the hall from the kitchen door. I mentioned this to the desk clerk - bathroom doors should be closed nearly all the time, unless the restrooms are being cleaned. The staff spent a lot of time sitting around staring at their phones. It was difficult to tell that the restaurant/bar were open, since they appeared to be unattended.
