Breakfast was subpar, many food options were not stocked even at breakfast closing time. Breakfast hours were also inconvenient. Pool was closed w/o reason the second night of the stay, as well as the fire feature in the courtyard.

The toilet required use of the plunger at least once a day. Horrifying. My room had a large stain on the carpet. I was sent to get quarters (in order to dry my clothes) from the hotel across the street since the Residence Inn ran out of quarters.

This is a great place to stay if you plan on skiing nearby. But the price did go up in one year which I understand however we rented a room with a small kitchen and it was not well stocked with cookware. The food at the breakfast buffet seemed to go downhill a little as well. All staff were wonderful and the hotel overall is clean and worth staying at.

This was a great place to stay for our family. It is in a quiet area very near to numerous recreational areas in the Wasatch range. Breakfast was awesome and the pool was great to cool off in the evening. Rooms are a bit dated but otherwise clean, quiet, and comfortable. …would definitely consider staying again.

Good location at foothills of Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms a bit tired and bedding very minimal. No cleaning unless requested. Good enough breakfast before leaving for the day.

The front desk person did not welcome or ask why we were visiting but asked each other guest while my spouse waited from my arrival. Was it beachside we are a married same sex couple that she knew about as I had called saying my wife would be arriving ahead of me. She refused to let her check into the room . We stayed in a two-bedroom two bath suite which was great! Only bummer was we found trash behind a nightstand and I had to ask for a washcloth in our bathroom. Otherwise, it was perfect. It was quiet. The beds were super comfy. The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Just wished we had grab bars by the toilets or get higher toilets. Shower seats would be nice in your ADA rooms.

We hadn’t stayed at this property in probably 12 years, so we were pleased to see that it had been remodeled. The remodel looks excellent, and the property itself feels refreshed and updated. Unfortunately, there were some disappointing aspects of our room. The air conditioning was extremely loud and would wake us up throughout the night. There was also an odd smell in the room, and the pillows were uncomfortable for everyone in our group. Additionally, the pullout bed was uncomfortable even for our 10-year-old. Overall, while we were impressed with the remodel, the comfort and condition of the room left something to be desired.
