Pros: Great location for walkability, easy check-in, nice suite and amenities. Cons: Parking garage gate was rarely working. Didn’t feel secure for the price. Customer service was average. Floor 5 was somewhat under construction, which wasn’t made known to us ahead of time. Noise was easily heard above us.

I really enjoyed the suite I stayed in. The bed wasn't the best but it was comfortable enough. The bathroom was spacious. The hot breakfast was good. Nothing exceptional about it since it was typical hot breakfast fare most hotels serve. The only downside was there was no hot tub to soak our our weary muscles after a long day. The tub in suite was too small for soaking.

Pool and hot tub were out of commission. I would not have booked this if I had know because we were working a trade show and after being on my feet for 12 hours I like to relax. Computer in the business center didn’t work. Told them but after three nights it still was not working. The manager seemed to treat us not as good because we booked through Expedia instead of directly. Also no hot chocolate for us non coffee people at this location. However breakfast was amazing.

Lamps were broken in 2 different rooms, sheer window curtains were shredded, door to bedroom was broken and hinges were coming out of wall. Pool loungers were shredded and broken. No pool towels were available.

The pool was not up and running. Staff told us it was because of the rain and hadn't had time to do the necessary repairs. Heard from another guest during our stay that they were told the pool has not been up and running for over a year. Would not refund our money. It was in the 90s our entire stay.

I loved the underground parking option. Homeless shelters in the vicinity made me appreciate that amenity more than I typically would. I love that you can bring pets and it’s no biggie. Pool was well maintained

Room had a strange odor that did not dissipate, walls had odd streaks in some areas, door to the bathroom is in very bad condition on the bottom, bathroom light covered in dust (is it a fan that hasn’t been cleaned maybe??) room had light switches that seemed to do nothing, rooms are not sound proof and other guests disrupted my sleep at 11:30pm and 3:50am. Window and sliding door leading outside were not wiped down, dining table was dirty and needed wiped down, one of the elevators had animal excrement present the morning of checkout. The counter staff were tremendously kind and helpful, the included breakfast was fresh, options for paid or free parking available. Would not recommend staying here, and I will not be returning.

The beds were comfortable. The room was not clean. Food under the bed and a pop can behind the curtains. The windows had handprints all over them! Torn carpets and stained carpet. Frayed furniture.

Thw hot tub is broken and hazardous. I had my handicapped daughter with me and she wanted to keep trying to go into it and there was no barricade to keep kids out. My cabinets had dead bugs in them, the one above the fridge was the worst one.

The location is worry some. We didn’t know that there was a homeless shelter nearby so everything was locked always. We stayed in room 647 which at the time we didn’t realize but literally all night long you can hear the elevator and the people in it right on the other side of the wall from you. The actual unit was incredibly dirty. The Ottoman and couch had stains all over it as well as the carpet. Honestly, I was creeped out sleeping in the bed, but we were there for an event and so most of the hotels were already booked up when we tried to move.

Room very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. Lamps in room have USB ports which makes it so easy to charge electronics. Lots of space, comfortable mattress. Would not hesitate to stay there again

Second time staying at this hotel. BOTH times there was blood on the sheets of the pull out couch. Zero concern from the hotel staff and we were told to come down to the front desk to get clean sheets and change them ourselves. Also during this stay we had ants in our room. Absolutely will not be back

We as a family was really looking forward to the rooftop pool. It was empty and under construction. Our room had an ant problem and there was mold on the walls and floors. There was no on street parking and no handicap parking on street so we had to pay $10 a day to park in the garage that was flooded. We called down to the front desk fo ask for bedding for the pull out couch and she said she would send it right up. 40 min later we called down again and she said they where bringing it up. We waited for over an hour and decided to walk down to the front desk- they were busy talking. Terrible customer service.

Staff was not able to help as they need permission from Manager who is not on the property on the weekend. The service was terrible! After 3 rd day with no one to pick up garbage or change of towels and sheets, there was no phone in the suite to call front desk. I went down to front desk twice to ask for towels and garbage pick up to no avail. I called from my cell and was put on hold. After several Attempts I called Hilton Corporate help line and they called the front desk and finally someone showed up to pick up garbage and bring towels. There were full garbage bags out front of other rooms. Seems like there is no room service available. I was on the 4th floor and on top of our room there were children running wild and banging , i had to call front desk again but the running and noise went on until close to 2:00 am. First time in years I have had such a terrible experience. The staff just was a no show! No cameras in the hallways and no security.

1 star for checking in and customer service , 4 star for the room and location. So I checked in around 7pm with my family . The guy was seating behind the counter was really rude. He acted like he didn’t wanna be there! Or underpaid . Or he had personal problems. I don’t know how to explain! As if we were staying there for free . He didn’t answer any questions. I had a big smile on his face . I did not feel welcome after 10 Hours drive. I don’t blame him . I think is lack management. Oh and get ready to pay $150 deposit for each room . We had 2 rooms .

This was a disaster from the start. I checked in at 3pm and was put into a room that had obviously never been cleaned from the guest before. They changed my room, which I had also asked for an extra cleaning service, but apparently that service request was never put in and I was told they wouldnt come and clean my room. I said hey its Christmas do you think you can give me some fresh towels at least? They said yes, but they never came. I callled the front desk MANY times to discuss issues and never had anyone pick up, same with housekeeping except for that one time they picked up.

The hotel itself waa excellent, great staff, really clean, a lot of saftey measures, and the rooms were great! Only issue was the surrounding area is pretty sketchy, a lot of homeless people around, especially at night. We didnt mind too much, but something to keep in mind!

This is a great location for walking to many restaurants and to the Gateway. Also the outside pool and hang out area is super cool, it would be fun to.visit in the summer. The staff was friendly and the room was perfect for us.

The staff was a great help - there’s a large homeless population around but they’re mostly harmless. The staff are good at guiding you the safe routes because it’s totally walkable!! Stayed there for a concert at the Delta center.

Conveniently located. My sister became a regular at an Italian restaurant in the next block. I didn't have a problem, but my sister was very wary of the homeless in the park across the street. Safety measures were in place for entry into the hotel and using the elevators. You needed your key card to access both.

Big disappointment is the morning breakfast. They don’t refill their food and coffee stations. It leaves a bad experience for the place. We booked this place because they advertised breakfast but unfortunately the expectations were not meant. This was a common feeling with the other guests. I would not recommend this place.
