If could give zero stars I would. First off the lady is on the phone 24/7 loudly (owner) even during my check in she was on the phone the entire time, yelling, and arguing and she basically threw my room key to me . Next the room was FILTHY! Nothing was cleaned, floor wasn’t vacuumed, blanket had blood on it. I went to the first desk to ask for a rag and spray and to tell him the tv wasn’t working. 3 hours later he didn’t come to the room after saying he would. After having an anxiety attack because I was surrounded by filth as I was staying there for nearly a week. I finally calmed down and went back to the desk and asked for spray and a wash cloth again to clean the room myself…because obviously housekeeping is useless (she’s another loud one smh) I also had to vacuum the room too (they had just brought a vacuum but gave me the old one lmao) weed smoke everyday, crack heads and hookers, DONT TRUST THE PICTURES! The lobby and hall is hot nasty and sweaty. They refuse to deep clean, I’m sure if covid lived on surfaces forever this hotel alone would cause another pandemic. Ice machine filthy, soda machine BROKE, vending machine BROKE but you can get a .25 back of chips for $1 from front desk, no breakfast, 2 cup beverage machines Broke! It's an ok place to stay but for 80.00 a night there shouldn't be so much stuff out of order. The soda machine, the snack machine, the coffee and juice machine the sink in the lobby,the elevator. The blanket on the bed that was more like a curtain 3 tiny pillows on a huge bed, the heater that we set to 70 and it was definitely hotter then that so we either were too hot or froze and the fridge barely closed because the freezer part was so frozén over you can't use it. It would be nice if it was cleaner and everything worked and the desk clerk didn't talk on the phone to someone else while checking you in.

They did not have a laundry facility for their guest, this was the main reason why I chose the Economy 7. The very next day, they had my partner move us out of their better room, which I prepaid for on line to a very undesirable room and no compensation was offered for inconvenience. They lied to my partner and told him, l knew about the move to the undesirable room and I was totally shocked at this lie. As soon as I arrived at the front desk there were 3 out of order signs and no compensation offered. This was a rip off!!!

Doors to the place dirty finger prints all over the glass handle and everything. No one at the front desk had to pick the phone up to call someone to the front. It’s signs up about the no refund policy, extra guest have to be gone at 8. They have the right to come in the guest room and so on is what’s on the sign. Man comes give me the first room 109 soon as you walk in the smell of mold and mildew hits me in the face. Go in try to cut the air on not working so I try to crack the window and it opens wide no way to keep anyone from coming in mind you this room is on the first floor. Hand prints and foot prints on the wall. So go back and was given another room look at the pics. Left out had a function come back the smell is now worse. Go in the room try to make the best because didn’t want money to go to waste the smell was bad. Pull the covers back to spray second can of Lysol covers had holes, sheets not on the bed carpet so stained in spots that it looked like it had tar on it. Elevators didn’t work offer breakfast but everything out of order. Carpet coming off the wall. Couldn’t figure out the urine smell so I tracked it to the pillows.Towels stained and dingy. Tub dirt in it and stained in different areas. Nights stand and tv console smudges of hand prints.I couldn’t take it I just left and drove home.

We checked in on 6/24/23 myself and GF we checked in our room for a period of 5 min there was a odor smell there were bugs dead laying in the window seal the bed was stained and had an odor coming from it I went down to get a refund & am getting a run around on getting a refund to call back & etc I would strongly say that this place is not helpful & is very unclean over priced for the condition of this place I’m very upset and will never recommend this place to anyway also very unprofessional.

The room was very dusty and had a mold smell also..The towels and washcloths had stains on them like the were dirty rags. They also have roaches as well. I would never come here again

The first room was very dirty.There was a dead roach, a trash can full of stinky water that was dripping from the a/c unit that stunk up room, it was a non smoking room and both beds had blankets with multiple cigarette burns, the tub was dirty and a broken shower head was still in the tub.They gave us a different room and this one had something all over the carpet and the tv stand was falling apart.

The place smelled musty. Kids playing outside as if they live there running past your window with a view of trash out back as if it was a homeless camp. The room had a terrible scent to it and I saw roaches. I immediately called the front desk to tell them I was leaving. They said leave the key at the counter. Nobody was at the counter I left the key and the left the property and Contacted hotels.com….they have not been able to reach the property management to get my refund.

Very dirty

This room had ROACHES, stains on the curtains which were missing hooks, stains on the blankets and shower curtain. I tried to give this hotel another chance because it was under construction but it was worse.

Black mold growing across the whole top of the shower and above beds. Mold and blood on hand towels and one set of bedding. Was so nasty that we were only checked in for 30 minutes. Broken bathroom door and our hotel door had a broken lock and toilet paper stuffed into where the peephole was.

I was very itchy when sitting on bed no towels wash clothes or soap no phone in rooms and internet didn’t work on 3rd floor in the rooms

This was the cheapest hotel I could find in the area. The beds were firm, sheets were clean. There was a musty odor in the halls and the room. The bathroom was clean except for the stained grout on the floor and the caulk around the toilet. There were only two bath towels, no wash clothes or hand towels. The desk chair was dirty and the tv had smudges and prints. The carpet in the room needs to be replaced. There was no presence in the lobby, there is a phone at the desk to call for an attendant, who was courteous. The lobby looked bare. I saw NO bugs. The area as a whole seemed safe. Did I stay, yes. In today's economy, I can't afford more. It was fine for a few nights. This is not a 4 star hotel, expect that. Would I stay here again? Yes, for a night or two. You do you. If you need spotless, don't stay here.

The smell of the room is bad and untidy, Why there's a commode chair. We back out right away, my wife doesn't like it due to poor condition and safety

There was couple next door to us that was screaming and fighting the WHOLE EVENING throughout the night the police were called due to all there fighting. The tv DIDNT WORK i called and called the front desk they didnt do anything. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL GUYS DO NOT ITS NOTHING BUT JUNKIES AND NASTY PEOPLE THAT ARE STAYING THERE THAT THE STATE JS PAYING TO LIVE THERE.

The sink was stopped up, the door would not knock from the outside, the television was not the best and they need to do some around this hotel

The staff was friendly, the room was fine the only thing I didn't like was that the AC/heater didn't work which made it very cold at night other than that it was a good stay.

The rooms looked like floor was NEVER vacuumed, first room, air conditioner did not work had no knobs on them to even turn or adjust, curtains was barely holding up , second room same thing dirty floors, Microwave was nasty, Shower did not even have a shower curtain and same thing with the AC unit. Cool customer service

Dirty rooms and no customer service at all

Hotel booked me, said they never got my confirmation, i asked customer service if they could use any other alternate method to find my booking, they said they did. I contact Hotels.com customer support who said the hotel confirmed on their end that they received it. We paid twice for the same room and they wont offer a refund or allow me to stay a second night even though ive provided proof of all of these things.

I have a complaint that I want to make about this location because we never used the room on November 16th. I reserved this. My family and I had a memorial to go to that date because my mother died a few months ago. We got there at 11:00 am to see if they had an early check in and the Indian woman who was there had an attitude the entire time. First, she charged us a $40 fee for checking in early. She got into an argument with my father because we never been to a hotel that charged us for checking in early. She even threatened to cancel the reservation because we never heard of this fee. When she finally got an the rooms, one fo the rooms had a damaged sink that wasn't safe to use at all. The other room wasn't clean and had dirty towels. We requested to get the rooms changed but she said that she no longer had rooms available. We requested for a refund, and she said that we had to pay her another $40. It turned into another argument because I said that I was going to call Hotels.com. So she gave our $40 back and called one of our relatives who works for the city government. Our relative spoke to the manager, and we were told that now only one room was available, which was the room that wasn't clean. We instead stayed with relatives. I tried to call the number on the website to make a claim or a refund request, but instead we were directed to the same person we spoke to at the hotel. I would like to know how I can get a credit or refund.

The lady that checked us in was great. The hotel on the other hand is awful. It smells like a giant weed factory, the rooms are dirty, there was only one towel and no soap or shampoo in the room. We checked back out only 30 minutes after we checked in and we still had to pay for the night even though we did not stay. The owner of the property was unprofessional and rude. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wouldn’t refund me after I had an emergency and couldn’t even make it to stay. Canceled and they still charged me the full price!!

Honestly, I've never written a review for a hotel, and I've stayed at hundreds over the past years. But it's time I write one now to save other unwitting persons from making the same mistake I did. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! It was very dirty. So bad my wife and I were hesitant to even sleep on the beds. Even the towels were unclean, so we used the ones we had in our car! The lobby (if you could call it that) was bad. There was rarely anyone at the counter or would even pick up the phone. The area was the worst I've ever seen, so bad I was afraid to leave my car in the lot, but had no choice. Every day I wondered if I would walk out to find severe damage to my car. Oh, and the clientele was as scary as the place. An old man would sit out front all the time watching people come in. I wouldn't be surprised if he was giving information to homeys as to what was going on. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE COST OR PHOTOS ON THE INTERNET!!!. It was only slightly less than other FAR BETTER places. I definitely wouldn't stay here if I had children or wasn't prepared to defend myself.

Been staying in neighboring hotel for the past few years and this was the worst experience. Got very little sleep due to people who clearly lived there being lousy and noisy at all hours of the night. Not picky people but we won’t be back.

Super dirty and unsafe

Something told me not to. I went against this intuition. Soon as i opened the door to the second floor room i was met with a musty mildewish ripe smell along with a family of disgruntled guess already occupying the room standing right by the door. Looked like they lived there. Never felt so dirty in my life. They tried to offer another room downstairs on the 1st floor but i couldnt get out of that cesspool quick enough. Do not do this to yourself! Stat away! Oh, and they refused to give my money back.
