There is a convenience store called Wawa nearby. It is crowded because there are several hotels. The restaurants in the neighborhood close around 10 o'clock. The hotel pool is open until 10 o'clock. Towels are provided. There is a jacuzzi. The breakfast is good, with fruit, yogurt, hot scrambled, potatoes, etc. The shower and water handles are a little old but they work. There are no towels in the gym, so please bring your own. There is a TV, but I don't know how to turn it on. It would be nice to be able to listen to music. The air conditioner filters were clean! The refrigerator cannot be frozen. The parking lot is spacious. It was a good hotel.

Close to where we needed to go, convenient. Beds where soft, room was nice. Didn't like the breakfast hours where to short. couldnt sleep and still get food. very basic food but not bad. The person at the counter didnt help much and wouldnt give me a receipt from my stay. hoping I wasn't charged more then I paid. The hot tub didnt work and pool was like a hot springs to hot could only swim 20 min before to hot in pool.

Not a terrible hotel. Waited 8 mins listening to a guy talk on the phone in a back office until someone came to the desk. We had a long drive, so was frustrating for no one readily available to check us in. Pool n hot tub were empty and water was clear and warm, But the pool room itself was freezing. We didn’t last long., The room itself was comfy and clean!!

Amazing stay!!! I have stayed 7 nights in a row and not once had an issue with staff or any other guests! Highly recommend for a quite nice stay. The pool area was very nice and clean, they have an operating gym. Security on site and everything.

The property is shabby. The room was clean but the fixtures are extremely old and falling apart. Paint peeling from the ceiling and walls. Bathroom fixtures were old and barely attached to the walls. Countertop was falling apart. Light fixtures had stained shades. One fixture had no bulbs. TV was very small and had no ability to stream. The smell in the hallway is awful. The pool was out of service. Elevator is old and barely works. TV in the gym doesn’t work. Furniture in the dining area is falling apart. The door to the room had problems. It worked once every two tries. The staff wasn’t friendly. The breakfast was okay but nothing special. The coffee was awful. It smelled like cigarettes. Not very many options. All in all I can’t recommend this place to anyone.

The room we were given smelled of old basement and mold, there was mold on the lamp shades as well and hair in the beds as well as in the bathroom all over the door. We did end up getting our room changed after complaining. I asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge the morning of check out, i was told that they weren't in. The person at the desk stated that I would get a refund from expedia, that never happened. I would not recommend this hotel nor will I stay there again.

The complimentary breakfast was very good. The mattress and bathroom were good. The bathroom was updated. The sheets were clean but the comforter between the sheets had yellow stains on it, was exposed on the ends, and most likely not laundered. The air conditioner worked well but the room and whole hotel had an odor we found offensive. Check in and out was quick and easy. No evidence of any bedbugs found.

I did request a first floor room and they gave that to me. Its in a good enough area. Front desk person was nice. The chairs in the lobby/dining area are the first thing you see and they are in awful condition. The cushions need to be replaced. All of them had tears in them. The blinds in room didn't close all the way and we were on first floor. There were feces under the bottom of the toilet seat. Dirt or mold under bathroom sink on wall. Beds were comfortable. We dropped a sweatshirt as we were chocking in, went back a few minutes later and it was gone and front desk said no one turned it in, just a bad start to the stay.

The whole property has a musty smell. Our first room it was noticable when we walked in, so we requested to change from a first floor room. The one the fourth floor was honestly probably worse. If you have a very sensitive nose or allergies I don't reocmmend staying here. We didn't run the AC because it seemed to make it worse.

Everything would have been much better if the bed had been better. The pillows are awful. They're like sofa throw pillows with pillowcases over them. They are small, square, and not comfortable at whatsoever. I think it made the whole sleeping experience really bad. The pillows are enough to make me not come back.

The room had features in poor condition or non working order. No plug for bath tub, missing grout around the tub, HVAC unit had a very annoying whine and cycled on and off frequently, temperature fluctuated quite a bit in the room no matter the setting. The smoke/ heat detector at the ceiling had a very frequent scratching/popping noise coming from it. Lamp in corner had a short or poor connection it intermittently did not illuminate, then would.

It is the off season so maybe I shouldn't be surprised. that being said front desk staff never seemed to be there or too helpful when they were, no way to call them from my room, WIFI so bad it should be fraudulent to say they even have it, dresser drawers refused to stay closed, parking lights outside the building are like floodlights pointed directedly into the 3rd floor rooms, fire alarm just randomly decided to do a long 10 second beep for no reason at night, and housekeeping didn't even clean my room in between days.

I will tell you overall my wife, and I enjoyed our stay. I will say that the customer service at the check in desk I felt was lacking majorly! When I checked in I felt like I was a burden to the clerk. He didn’t make eye contact with me, and no warmth from when we checked in, and out.I feel in this day and age, we could’ve spent our money numerous other places.

First stay was great. Came back 3 months later. Quick Check in and breakfast were great. Requested a room change post first room's issues. Second room didn't have a phone or tv remote. Bathroom exhausts don't seems to work in any rooms as it didnt our first stay either. Wifi didnt work the duration of the stay. Front desk doesn't answer no matter how many times you call from the room (the first one) or your phone; seems to be bothered when you come to the front.

Several weeks before arriving, I booked a room for 4 nights and when checking out, they tried to bill me for 9 nights. They charged my credit card 3X (approx $900) even before checking out and couldnt get my bill right after 2X of redoing it upon check out. They still havent removed extra charges from the credit card so a dispute was started. The fridge didnt work and tub faucet ran all night, reported after 1st night & they never fixed the problem. Beware of fraudulent charges. They obviously hire people who dont know their math.

The Hotel is in a good section with lots of food places and the mall. But it needs a renovation. The rooms and appliances are out dated and the lounge for breakfast the furniture is peeling away. If it gets remodeled it will be a nicer place to stay.

We loved our stay. The breakfast is where this hotel shines. My daughter who is only a morning herbal tea drinker was impressed there was something other than black tea. This is now our new monthly hotel when we go for hockey games!
