We booked the room online at the Choice Hotels link. No where on the information provided on the app did it state that the 2 story property DID NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR!! Had we known their was not an elevator available we would NOT have booked the room.. I am somewhat disabled and require a Rollator for walking and I cannot do stairs at all! Standing st the check in desk with my Rollator walker the clerk assigned us room 202!! We asked where was the elevator as we did not see it from the check in desk! The clerk said ‘ no elevator’! Needless to say we immediately asked for a 1 st floor room! For safety reasons my family never stays on a first floor of any hotel! First, the stAtrnt of no elevator should have been on the app and secondly the clerk who saw me on my Rollator not have assigned me a 2 nd floor room! Two college age girls came in behind us with two huge suitcases, They were also ‘surprised’ that there was no elevator and not happy! The rooms costs $$$$ per night!! I expect an elevator!! Plus a ‘resort fee of $$$was also charged!! Ridiculous!! I am requesting a full credit back of these room charges including the resort fee! The app clearly listed the hotel was ‘ADA’.. false advertising in my opinion! What IF there had not been a room on the first floor for us… we would have been stuck with no room at all!! Very disappointed with the Clarion! Put in an elevator OR list that important FACT on the app!!! Refund my charges please immediately

place is very nice good location close to restaurants fast food and shopping, excellent breakfast eggs waffles meat juices coffee all day, friendly staff . area for the dogs is clean and big so they can run they have plastic poop bags. overall is a good place I highly recommend it !! ,

Wonderful overnight stay. Room was spacious and clean. Nice amenities includomg a hot and cold breakfast. Pets allowed for a reasonable extra charge with a nice 'relief area'.

There is construction around the area, so difficult to drive thru area. Interstate traffic going by-noisy and the night we stayed a bunch of young people stayed there and it was noisy most of night. Not the cleanest of places we've stayed and not sure we would stay again.

We’ve stayed here before. Christian, the clerk at the desk, has always been very courteous and friendly. Only complaint is we dropped some liquid on the floor in our room and cleaned it up. The floor was filthy. Need to work on that!

The reviews on hotels . com seem skewed more positively than this hotel deserves, this was not a “excellent” stay. Staff were perfectly courteous. The front canopy was not lit up when arrived after dark. The room was adequate, clean but in need of cosmetic upgrades to not feel grungy. One end table had dried glittery nail polish split on it. The bed was hard and had microfiber sheets which are hot to sleep under. There were bulbs burnt out in the bathroom. It was easy to hear noise from the hallway and we were placed near a stairwell door that banged. Would not chose this hotel again as it appears to be on the decline.

The room had a thick musty smell in it. I asked the front desk if they could move us they told me they were booked. I asked if they could give me an air purifier or dehumidifier to deal with the smell. They offered a can of Lysol. I went and got an air purifier and some air fresheners to make the room livable.

The walls in this location are unfortunately thin. The first room I was given was next to a room that was blasting their TV. It was one in the morning. I went back and got a different room. It was all quiet until 6 AM when an alarm clock in the room next to me went off. It continued for nearly 30 minutes until I called the front desk. By that time, the damage was done, my kid was already awake, and there was no going back to sleep. Decent sheets and towels.

I read the reviews for this property and was excited to try it. They actually had a room with a sofa bed, as I needed it for one of my grandchildren. Turned out the sofa bed was in terrible shape. The springs were showing and the cover was torn and dirty. The beds were very uncomfortable and I was so glad when the night was over....definitely not what I was expecting. The air conditioner would not work correctly, so we were very warm all night. Water pressure in shower was very strong. We were afraid to try the breakfast...Staff was excellent!! Lobby was beautiful and well kept.

Got to the property showed confirmation of my reservation and was told we don’t have that reservation and we have no rooms. Didn’t even seem to care that they left us stranded. Most unhelpful front desk ever and management unwilling to do anything to help.

An old hotel, could use some updating but other than that okay for a place to sleep while traveling. The breakfast was really good and it starts at 6am so travellers can get an early start. Lots of construction in the area.

Staff was friendly and made the experience smooth. I was just a one night stay while traveling through the area, but the room was clean, comfortable, convenient to the Interstate, and there's a ton of dining & shopping options in close proximity as well as a Shell gas station for refueling.

Breakfast was poorly stocked and we had to ask them to stock almost everything we went to eat (eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, and even coffee). We didn’t go down at the very end, but you could hear them loudly talking at length until some asked for something before and after us. We understand it’s free and not a restaurant, but don’t offer something you aren’t going to provide.

This hotel offered GREAT VALUE for the price. The room was clean and comfortable. The desk staff were effective and efficient. The “free” buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of hot and cold breakfast foods and beverages.

The room was very clean, the staff was pleasant, and the night was very quiet, even though the hotel seemed to be full. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, though. Both mornings we had to ask the staff to replenish several of the food items. They should have been watching the food to refill as needed. As a personal comment, I prefer real oatmeal instead of the packaged stuff that is not nearly as healthy. So, I was disappointed that it wasn't offered. I also thought the area wasn't as clean as it should have been... with a lot of people eating and serving themselves, the counter tops and tables should have been regularly wiped down. We had to clean our own table off before sitting down to eat.

Nice, clean room and facilities. Great, affordable price. Breakfast is supposed to be available until 9AM on weekdays but they stop replenishing items after 8AM. No yogurt and one of the hot bar items was gone, and eggs almost gone by 8:10AM.
