Great location, very clean room and facilities, outside of building getting a bit tired. Parking in front was very tight. My fan on the air conditioner ran all night, even after I raised the temp and lowered the fan on the wall unit.

Tip your housekeepers! They don't get paid enough and they work hard. This hotel is clearly a budget hotel and it's not all that run down. I've seen worse. The price was very affordable and they had a gym that was a bit beat up and smelly, but they had a cable machine! I really can't complain at the low price. They had breakfast in the morning. That is decent if you eat that sort of thing. The staff were very friendly. The location is great and within walking distance of many restaurants and grocery stores. Their rooms have microwaves and refrigerators and again, I can't complain for the price.

Some of the refreshments that were offered were not replenished like the infused water and the juices in the morning. The “fitness room” lacked ventilation and the equipment was broken or in need of an update. Bed Room was fine.

The hotel rooms are dirty for no reason. There was a paper strip across the toilet seat to indicate it was cleaned. I took a Lysol wipe and cleaned off dirt that was still on the seat. There is mold in several places in the room, primarily the bathroom.

Our experience was horrible . To start the bedsheets we’re duty and even blood stain in one bed and the other one with urine stain . They gave us o other room but the bathroom was no flushing right . The whole hotel rug was so dirty . I don’t recommend this hotel at all . 👎

Checked in the room and came back late night to find out the lock never worked in the room and it was open to anyone, and the flush was not working. Went to reception and got room changed. The other room allocated had tub filled with water and a fully wet towel on the tub. The water from the tap was leaking and I was too tired to go back again and change the room. Last one which was the main issue, the hallway to rooms had roaches running around!

I believe that I should be refunded the full amount. I killed 4 bugs in the bathroom (I believe cockroaches) and 2 on the ceiling. The sheets appeared NOT to be fresh, the sink in the bathroom did not drain. The "hot" water was only warm. I am happy to have someone call me as this place should be banned from availability, and I would appreciate a refund as could hardly sleep with the threat of bugs crawling on me. 214-914-3908. The Comfort Inns are normally great, and I've booked staff there many times. Not this time, though - I ended up apologizing to my coworkers afterwards for making them stay in such a dump. The whole place is old and tired, the elevator was defaced with graffiti, the hallway smelled of weed and all the rooms we booked stank of mildew, weed and cigarette smoke. The whole place was dirty, beaten up and nasty. I will never book this place again, and it should be dropped from the Comfort Inn chain.

It's ok. Nothing fancy. There is a lot of rust in the bathroom. They need to update the bathrooms. they look pretty old. the room decorations are minimalistic; nothing fancy. basic decor. the hotel is fairly close (2.0 miles) to the Metro train station. i wish there was some place to eat nearby; a bar would be nice

Be careful of occupying a room on the third floor, facing the front of the hotel. Powerful lights are aimed at the building, and the bright lights are difficult to keep out of your room at night, even with blackout shades.

This hotel is OK. People that manage it (staff) are excellent! They are very friendly and courteous. The property is OK - rooms are OK but the side exits to the hotel have overflowing trash bins and those areas are generally dirty. Also, on the sides and back of the property there is a questionable congregation of people. May be it was just a bunch of guests hanging out but it felt a bit odd. This time my biggest complaint was internet connectivity. It was very spotty and sometimes it felt like the dial-up modem days. Sorry! I wish I had a more positive reveiw to offer for this stay.

Breakfast was good in the area was clean and there was enough space for everyone. Front desk check in was quick. Our hotel room was Modern, offered USB ports next to the bed which was very convenient and the floor we were on was quiet. There was plenty of shopping nearby. My only complaints is the water didn't get very hot, but it was warm enough to take a shower and the air conditioner was loud to me. Other than that our one night stay was pleasant and we would choose to stay there again, but I would take a look at that unit because clicking on and off at night in the level of sound that it creates can wake you up. For the price it was a good stay.

We were given a room that smelt like cigarette smoke. When I complained about the smoke to the man at the front desk before leaving, he asked me why I had not reported the smoke as soon as I arrived in the room. He was accusing me of causing the smell. I have never been to a hotel where when you make a complaint, you feel like you are the one who is in trouble. Terribly rude front desk staff member ruined our stay on February 9,

I had requested a different room each time I checked in. However, when I checked in on Saturday, the receptionist was extremely rude when I informed him that the assigned room had a strong odor and was unsuitable for my stay. Although he eventually provided me with a different room, he warned me that if this one also had an issue, he would not offer another alternative. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to spend the night in the unpleasant room. Given this experience, I would not stay at this property again.

If going to Reston, this hotel is very convenient. We walked into the main shopping district for dinner and shopping. It was a mile walk but great sidewalks and easy crosswalks to get across some of the busier side streets. The breakfast buffet was better than expected and when they ran out of items, they cooked up more. Bed was comfortable. I'd stay there again for half the price of the hotels right in the middle of Reston.

Great little hotel, clean and quiet! Nice neighborhood too, an Outback Steakhouse, Safeway and gas station within a 3- mile radius. Would definitely stay there again. Staff was super friendly and there was a decent breakfast bar as well.

They hotel was clean, smelled clean and the staff was friendly. The decor was up-to-date. The breakfast was good with hot scrambled egs, home frys plus cereals, bagels & pastries plus juice & coffee. The only improvement would have been sausage or bacon and waffles. Stayed here for a concert at Wolf Trap. If I'm back in the area again this will be my choice place to stay.

Upon getting our keys we got to the room and it was already being used and dirty. Finally got a new room and it was nothing to write home about. Stains on the carpet. For the free breakfast we got there 45 minutes before it closed at 9am and there was nothing left, not even coffee. They had decaf but it was cold. Nothing hot was left, no milk for the cereal, or anything

The staff was very unconcerned about our arrival and departure. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had in any hotel that I've ever stayed in. Breakfast in bootcamp was better than this stuff! The eggs actually had the texture of some type of latex. I thought rubbery eggs were just a euphemism but no, they actually exist!The potatoes were almost unrecognizable and tasted terrible. The one lady working there was talking to some one on her phone (speakerphone) while she did a quality job of not doing her job. The main areas of the hotel were not air-conditioned. It was 96 degrees outside! The room was decent, clean, and comfortable. No complaints there. (One Star, would not recommend)

I absolutely LOVE that they added waffles to their hot breakfast in the mornings. This made my stay wonderful. The staff are always kind and helpful. I have stayed here for personal reasons 6 times in the last year and a half. It has always been good.

If going to Reston, this hotel is very convenient. We walked into the main shopping district for dinner and shopping. Room was clean, but maintenance could be improved on. The strainer in the bathroom sink drain was broken, the air conditioner never cut off, and the bathroom fan was broken. Three times we had to ask at the desk for someone to clean the room. The continental breakfast consisted mostly of dry cereal and watered down orange juice. Fortunately, there are several good restaurants within walking distance.
