I literally was in the hospital today because i got an eye infection from their hot tub water splashing in my face. There were spots in the pool where the bottom was GREEN. extremely unsanitary and unsafe. Not to mention they couldnt get the hot tub to the right temperature so bacteria is THRIVING in that hot tub. NEVER AGAIN! IM CALLING MY LAWYER

Easy transportation to and from airport with hotel shuttle. Restaurant and bar on site that is open late with great service. All staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the Bed was comfortable but the hotel is a little dated. Overall good experience.

Pool was very good, though too warm for my liking. But having lap lanes in a hotel pool is rare, so high marks are due. This hotel has very good food service and seems popular for its meeting facilities, not just lodging. I would have given 5 stars of the pool were kept at a standard 84 to 86 degrees F and if the lobby elevator for garage access (an elevator with an attractive glass wall front) were functional, but alas, the elevator was broken and the pool was distressingly too hot for comfortable workouts. In every other respect, the hotel was first in class.

Because the property is so large, it might be good to place more directional sings in the lower level sharing where the additional exit doors/ access areas are located. If these are located, then the front desk did not make us aware of the closest access area to our room. Overall, it was a lot of walking to enter and leave the building and reach our vehicle.

We appreciated the shuttle to and from Dulles every 30 minutes with friendly drivers. At the hotel entrance is comfortable outdoor furniture to sit and relax around a gas fire pit. There is a decent, not fancy, breakfast buffet for $10 for 2 people. We would return here if we were in the area again.

I’m local and this is our favorite mini escape because the pool is warm and the hot tub and they have fire pits. The food is really good in their pub restaurant and so are drinks but they need more help because it takes hours to get. The staff is amazing.

Liked the convenience of being close to Dulles. Clean room but the side elevators and lobby were not cleaned while we were there. Someone spilled something in the elevator and it remained there for more than a day.

Sorry to say the hotel needs renovation and cleaning. Looks very old and how the area of coffee machine and also dressing area to be directly open on bathroom. No door between. It’s really terrible. Also insect in bathroom inside the towel. So sorry I can’t recommend at all to anyone

Everything is exceptional except for the dust, yes just plain dust on the bedside tables. I have had a severe cold/cough for over 4 weeks and history of allergies. I did not wet dust myself as l did not want this stuff to get airborne. Photos as proof.

We were in room 309. The temperature in the room was like being in a refrigerator. Called front desk and a technician came up. I explained the situation to him about not being able to change the thermostat. He told me that he could not do anything about it. I asked for two extra blankets. Will never book at this hotel again. Also, the parking spaces are not numbered which made locating your car difficult.

Hilton at Dulles is old and tired. Rooms badly need updating. Popcorn ceilings. Old stained carpet. Old beds. Curtains don’t fully cover or close, so if you manage to fall asleep the morning dawn will be sure to wake you early.

This the worst hilton I’ve ever stayed. We were there for wedding. Lots of people came from Boston. Since the reception was in the same hotel all of us stayed there. There was no microwave and Fridge in the room. I was told that they do not have those in any of the room. Some of my friends got fridges in the room. I told the front desk that I have insulin and i need a fredge. Her response was “we can keep in here in the office”. My question is if others can get the fridge why couldn’t I have it since she knew I need it. Front desk people were very rude. The bathroom sink was broken. There was water lick on the sink. Both if the beds were very small. It was a twin bed. Not a full size or queen size. Overall our experience was very bad. I would not recommend anyone unless things change.

Junior suite - No water pressure in shower due to valve not closing all the way. Asked to fix but they just changed the shower head instead. Overall i dont feel like it was money well spent and not just due to the shower. Good - What a fantastic breakfast meal options and great tasting too. Staff are friendly and its quiet

The rooms were dated. I got an upgraded Jr. King Suite which I hope is an upgraded room but it is not. Decor is clearly outdated. They still had a bathtub and shower curtain.

Room was nice size. Large roomy. However the bathroom. Bathroom picture broken on wall. Wall paper peeling in corner. Water on floor after shower. Parking horrible. Had to pay. Other hotels in are do not charge for parking. Have to walk a distance to car. Room was very noisy . Could hear person next door on cell phone talking. Hotel lobby beautiful. Restraunts food and location wonderful. Breakfast buffet nice but yes not free.

We were delayed on our flight and missed the last shuttle, so we had to pay an uber. We picked the Hilton because they had an airport shuttle. We have arrived finally and the system is down so they can’t check us in because they can’t make keys. We have been waiting now for half an hour.

The hotel is nice and big. However, service is lacking. Is a little lazy a young lady of Polynesian/Samoan descent asked me if I already had the digital key. I stated that I wanted a physical key. She handed me the key. Didn’t tell me about the amenities, my benefits, where the restaurant for breakfast was, what time breakfast stated and ended. LITERALLY NOTHING! So of course when I got to breakfast …I thought I had a complimentary breakfast through my diamond status (some provide it some don’t) the waitress Maria and waiter Tabio were incredibly rude …won’t stay here again

The eggs in the breakfast buffet were rancid and I still have diarrhea from consuming it two days later. The comforter between the bed sheets were a brown color. The folks driving the shuttle buses from IAD to the hotel are rude and constantly arguing with each other. My credit card was repeatedly charged for the hotel room even though I pre-paid through Expedia. Had I not been checking my statement carefully, I would have overpaid by $300+. Next time, I'll go to the Marriott instead.

This is a great hotel near the airport. Incredibly comfortable beds, great breakfast and a great restaurant for dinner /drinks We paid for dinner on a credit card and tip in cash. When we tried to check out at the front desk, the front desk woman told us the $56 dinner came out of our $50 security deposit. We showed her the receipt that we paid and asked her to correct it. She said she could not, so we asked her to contact someone in the restaurant like a restaurant manager and have them correct it and she said no one is here. we asked her if she would check but she said no so we literally walked 10 steps into the restaurant and spoke to the manager who was able to come out to the desk andcorrected it. She wouldn't even pick up the phone and try to correct it herself!

Front desk person so rude. I requested a room away from elevator. He said ok. I got to my room what a surprise. Was next to some hydraulics pipe room. When I asked him for a quiet room. He said that’s what happens when I make my reservation from Expedia. Plus you have to wait for hot water for 30 minutes in the shower.

Said they had free shuttle… forgot to mention it stops running at 12:45 am!!! Paid for an uber to get to property and had to sit and wait in the lobby for an hour and a half because they could not get the keys to the rooms to work. Said they were fixed and they were not, had to wait for a member of the hotel staff to walk everyone around to their rooms and let them in. Got to the hotel at 1:10 am got in our room finally at 2:50 am.

This is a good choice for an overnight when flying out of Dulles International Airport. This Hilton has clean, spacious and comfy rooms. There is excellent free shuttle to the airport every 30 minutes and they are just 10 minutes from Dulles.

Property is showing it's age and the pool was poorly maintained. Beware if booking with the "free breakfast package" The breakfast staff at the buffet is miserable and you're treated like freeloaders by using the free breakfast coupons Hilton requires you to turn in. Disappointing.

I would definitely stay here again. The property was nice, and the staff were friendly. Everything appeared clean around the hotel and in the room which is a huge plus for sure! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would have liked to see a mini fridge in the room and should just be standard at all hotels, I think. People are going to most likely have drinks and leftovers from restaurants to keep cold. I also enjoyed the toiletries offered and the bathroom was set up nicely with extras like a robe, plenty of towels and hairdryer. As far as the restaurants I only ate at the Cardinal twice. The food was really good but a little overpriced. All the bartenders/wait staff were very personable but our wait for dinner was disappointing. The hotel clearly didn't properly staff when there were multiple events occurring there. There was only 1 dinner restaurant option at the hotel so that is where everyone tried going of course. Despite being short staffed they did the best job they could, for sure, though. My only other disappointment was the condition of the pool and hot tub. They definitely need a new paint job and to be skimmed more often.

The hotel is super short ride (not walkable) from the airport. The bar has really good food try the turkey sandwich w/ roasted red peppers. Rooms are great and the staff is always pleasant to deal with.

We went for a TKD tournament there on 1/10/25. After the tournament was we had a banquet. I guess the tournament was running late so when it was time for the banquet the wait staff and manager were annoyed. After the banquet my son had to compete in the finals and didn’t touch his dessert so he doesn’t crap up. My wife asked the manager if it was ok to pack his dessert so he can eat it later. The manager said no. It was so rude. Apart being that the salmon was bland, the filet mignon was all well done and least let us have the dessert which looked to have more moisture than that beef jerky filet mignon. The front desk was great, but that’s abt it. I don’t want to even talk abt the broken fridges, microwaves and heater we experienced during a 2 night stay.
