Cleanliness was okay. The bathtub had a slight leak so when showering, you had to have extra towels to soak up the water! The cable TV in the room was out for the duration of the stay; not such a biggie for us as adults, but the kids were going stir crazy. When ever we have to stay in a hotel, we book one with a pool and the pool was closed for 4 of the 5 days we were staying there. Just seemed like a bust (or bad luck on our side).

Impressed by everything except the pool. The pool floor was dirty and water surface had debris. Live, red ants were on the pool loungers, asphalt and even on my pool towel from where I’d laid it down.

The hotel was clean and room was nice. However the pool was dirty and filled with bugs to the point where our daughter didn’t want to swim in it. This was unfortunate because it was during a heat wave and we were looking forward to using the pool. Also the front desk associate was reluctant to give us towels when we needed fresh ones. He didn’t have any bath towels and said he would send up a maid to drop them off, but they never arrived. We would probably try a different hotel the next time we visit the area again.

The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The best part was the breakfast. There were multiple items to choose from including 4 hot foods. The only disappointment was that the pool was out of service when we were there. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was traveling from Philly to celebrate my son’s birthday and booked a stay at this hotel—but it was a complete nightmare from the moment I arrived. The first room they gave me had food stains and actual blood stains on the bed sheets. The microwave was filthy, and there was hair all over the tub. I immediately felt uncomfortable. The towels and washcloths they claim are “clean” had visible stains, and I ended up going out to buy my own just to feel somewhat clean. I asked the manager for another room, and they switched me three times—but every single room was just as dirty. When I requested clean sheets, they brought more that were also stained. There was no effort made to properly clean or sanitize anything. The whole experience was disappointing, frustrating, and completely unacceptable, especially considering I was there for a special occasion with my son. I ended up checking out a day early because I couldn’t take it anymore. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you care at all about cleanliness, comfort, or even basic hospitality, look somewhere else.

This was a nice quiet property. There was a school team there during my stay and I didn’t notice them at all. Unfortunately there were stains on the bedding, hair in the shower and bathroom areas, and fecal matter in the toilet. Thankfully I only had about an 8 hour stay here.

The property was right off I-95. We felt safe and parking for a U-Haul was easy. The rooms was nice and clean. Slight musty smell from air conditioner and same in the hallways. Breakfast on the weekend could use more staff as there was wait for some items being cooked. The girl in the kitchen was alone and had many responsibilities. Sheila Lambert checked us in. She was great. Fixed an issue with Expedia. Overall a great stop.

Initially we were told there were no rooms available other than 1st floor rooms. These rooms are used to accommodate pet guests and being allergic to most dogs and deathly allergic to cats, I was concerned but seemed to be in a position where I had no choice. I was assured each room is deep cleaned post check out. This non-pet owner could definitely smell the pet odor in the room. It was also musty-like and the AC was on a higher setting, so the air was not circulating. The icing on the cookie was the roach that I killed in the bathroom. I went back to the front desk, and we were moved to a room on the 4th floor. The property seems to have been remodeled recently but there is obviously an issue. I will say that the gentleman at the front desk was very nice and tried to accommodate us as best as he could in a bad situation. Honestly, were I not already on the hook for $177.62 I would have left and gone to another hotel. This seems like it's a high-volume property possibly due to its proximity to the Auto Train station (which is why I chose it) but cleaning practices need to be modified.

We had 2 rooms, one was not as clean as the other. Bathroom should have been cleaned better. Front desk personnel were very helpful though; great service and attitude and attention to details (Felipe and Jeffrey)!! One lady at the breakfast station the first morning had a terrible attitude and not helpful and resented cleaning the table when asked politely. However on the second morning another lady was very pleasant.

After a cancelled flight and traveling all day we came in around 1:00am hoping to get a few hours of sleep before driving another 3 hours home. Check in was slow and then same staff person knocked on our door saying they didn’t know we were in that room. An hour or so later there was a phone call and then at 6:30 am another call saying they forget to get our cc for incidentals. The 6 hours we had to sleep was interrupted 3 times. Horrible. Silver lining was Lisa who took our concerns seriously and offered us compensation. She was amazing. I think the other staff person won’t be there much longer but Lisa’s future is bright.

Very convenient from the highway, easy close to gas stations and places to eat. Lovely greeting by hotel desk, inside of hotel smelled so nice and fresh. Room was super quiet and clean. Only down side the wall near the desk needed repainting touches, but other than that lovely stay.

For the most part, it was fine. What disgusted me was the overpowering wet dog smell. The pancake machine wasnt working, they didn't have any oatmeal, and the OJ and cranberry juice were basically colored water.

It took two days to get the cleaning people to make up the room. Other than that the stay was pretty good. The breakfast was passable. The scrambled eggs were much better than the omelettes. The biscuits were dry as hell.

Water was out for an hour one morning they would.not.give us water, had to buy it. Breakfast was a disaster. No pancakes, no waffles, no white bread, no cinammon rolls, no orange juice. Tasteless scrambled eggs, horrible turkey sausage. Once had a tasty biscuits and gravy. No sweets, yogurt once irr twice, only apples for fresh fruits. Kitchen staff very rude.
