DO NOT STAY HERE - The rooms smell damp and musty like water soaked carpet. We tried two separate rooms and both smelled the same. We opted not to stay since it would have been awful for anyone with allergies or asthma. Do not believe the property photos! The pool is not in service and looks like a cesspool. Management refused our request as well as Expedia’s request for a refund. They do not accept responsibility for the hotel conditions not being as advertised. Find a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express. Owners act as if they are unable to refund our stay but Expedia stated they can but only with property owner approval which they denied.

Super easy access from I95. Pet Friendly!!! I have two dogs - pet friendly rooms were easy to get to from parking lot and plenty of grass areas and sidewalk outside to walk the dogs around. Room was clean - all fixtures and appliances were operational. Waffles for breakfast!

Plenty of parking. The pool is out front which more resembles a swamp. Room was small and cramped and needs updating but it was clean. Air conditioner functioning properly, bed comfortable, hot shower with adequate pressure. The coffee/breakfast was typical for this level hotel. This hotel is good enough for a night’s sleep and a hot shower and a decent breakfast but not above average in any way and not worth more than $100.

They do charge five dollars for parking which I thought was unreasonable. But considering the condition of the hotel and how pleasant the front staff was, it was worth every penny I highly recommend this hotel. And hope to stay there on my back way back to Maryland.

Clean room, very quite, very comfortable beds, has microwave, frig, coffee makers and all basic necessities. We had a good night sleep there. It’s near highway 95, very convenient for us road travelers. It’s just odd that they charge a parking fee of $5 even though we park our own car; other than that, service is really good.

No pool. It was so hot after being in the car for 4 hours we were hoping to let the kids swim. The air conditioner unit made a loud noise when it was running and kept shutting off. The breakfast was ok. The fan in the bathroom was falling off the ceiling. Would not stay there again and would not recommend this place.

First I was charged $5 to park. Where did that come from ? I was also double charged for the room that I had to dispute through my credit card because no one answers the front desk phone and the 800# has a horrible AI bot that just keeps saying the same things. The billing dispute number just disconnects after a few minutes.

The breakfast options were nice, and the staff was helpful. However, the biggest thing I look for in a hotel is the cleanliness of the room, which was not there. Although, there was no trash, it was apparent that the sheets hadn't been changed, and the bathroom floor and shower walls hadn't been cleaned. Hair and stains were frequent.

There was a smell to the interior - there were dehumidifiers running in the hallway. Very dark paint in rooms made it feel dingy. Left before breakfast started, but coffee wasn't ready for start time of breakfast. For the class hotel it was, it was adequate.

Overall not awful. Wouldn’t stay again. Bathroom had spots all over walls from poor ventilation and the bathtub did not drain, we were standing in inches of water while showering. Room itself wasn’t terrible but could’ve been cleaner. Had an old coffee filter in the coffee pot.

The only real complaint that we had was the very strong bleach odor in our room. Given the dehumidifiers in the hall, I assume that mold has been cleaned up with bleach. I've stayed at this hotel before, and I think something really needs to be done to fix the moisture problem. Then there wouldn't be a mold problem and then there would be no bleach odor.

Rooms are not the biggest but the beds are comfortable and they were very clean. They had your typical breakfast options in the morning and the hours are great for that. Also located right off I95 so easy on and off of just looking for a place to rest your head for the night. They also have a Mexican restaurant and Italian restaurant across the street with a 7-11 adjacent to the property. They also have an outdoor pool and little park for children. I would stay here again without a doubt.

The hotel was clean and well-kept, and I really appreciated the overall condition of the property. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My room was comfortable and tidy, and everything worked as expected (AC, hot water...) The complimentary breakfast was convenient, though I’ve actually enjoyed a better breakfast at another hotel in Virginia that wasn’t as nice overall as this hotel. Still, it was a nice perk to have it included. Overall, I was very happy with my stay here and would recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and excellent staff.

When I arrived to check in, I was told there was no reservation in my name. Upon giving the clerk the reservation information, including the confirmation number, I was informed that there was a different name on the reservation. I contacted Travelocity Customer support, who confirmed my reservation information, including my name, email address and phone number. This was not sufficient for the clerk. The Travelocity rep offered to resend the reservation confirmation to the hotel, but the clerk was engaged in a telephone conversation with the manager. Upon providing the date the reservation was made, the clerk was able to locate and confirm my reservation, but only after close to an hour and a great deal of stress, considering I had just driven over 600 miles and did not want to have to locate another hotel for the night. (Kudos to the Travelocity rep who stayed on teh phone through the whole ordeal until resolution). That said, the room was comfortable and quiet, allowing a good night's sleep, and breakfast in the morning was excellent.

Stayed for a weekend, I stayed at the property 2x before and had pleasant experiences. The site did NOT say that the pool was out of order and with 90 degrees I was looking forward to the pool. Also stayed on the 1st floor and the room needed an update and a paint job. Had a late check out yet the staff repeatedly knocked on my door. It was extremely annoying. Breakfast was decent.although the cleaning lady came at 9:30am, when we were still getting ready and never returned to make up the beds etc. too many other area hotels to come back to this one.

The price was at least 25% cheaper than a Hampton but slightly less quality. It is conveniently located about 1/2 mile from I-95. The breakfast was included and was standard. Nothing negative to report there. The room was clean and adequate. There’s no restaurant or bar/lounge within this hotel. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance however and you will receive a 10% discount when you tell them that you’re staying at the Comfort Inn.

When I booked my stay, I thought I was closer to Ft. Gregg Adams then I actually was. This is 20 minutes in the other direction. The breakfast was limited and food was empty 30 minutes before closing. The room I had was across from the ice machine and some kind of mechanical room, very noisy.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn for an overnight stay on a road trip and it was great. The room was spacious and updated, with a large fridge with a freezer for us to put our food trip food in for the night, which was appreciated! The breakfast in the morning had good options - eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels/toast, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc. Enough to get you through till lunch. And the staff were AMAZING. Everyone was so kind and helpful from check-in through check-out! I would definitely stay here again when driving through!
