Disappointing. Desk in room broken, walls needed repairs in a few places, Old pool, not in use but filled with dirty water. Some areas under repair. Looked like they are trying to remain open during renovation. TV remote did not work.

Was a little skeptical once I got there and settled into the room and saw the police patrolling. The room was updated with new furniture, so that wasn’t the bad. The tub could have been cleaned. Other than that the room stinks like a smokers room. I had to go to the local store to get air fresheners but once I did that everything was OK. The air conditioner was super super cool I have never stayed in a hotel that the AC was that cold, which is a very good thing and the water is super super hot thumbs up check in was very easy I didn’t like that they didn’t have any cups in the room and I had to go to the office to get the cups and I had to go to the office to get the ice is where the ice machine is located . It was super quiet I didn’t have any issues with noise with neighbors or in the area. Although I had to walk to the store which was my choice, I did see some people standing outside that didn’t make me very comfortable outside of the hotel, but other than that it was OK I don’t like it that it has tile floor and that carpet. Also, I wish the pool was open. It look like their swimming pool hadn’t been open in decades.

The room smelled like cigarettes really bad. The bed sheets were dirty not stained DIRTY. The bathroom was dirty the floor was disgusting. I am very disappointed and I will be inquiring about getting a refund. I was on a road trip and stopped at night to get some rest and shower to get back on the road and could’ve even do that because of how disgusting this room was. This is unacceptable.

Our room was filthy, floors were dirty, room smelled of smoking eventhough I requested a non-smoking room. The room door didn't seal, the bathroom door didn't shut. Thevtoiletwas so loose, it rocked ehen you sat on it. The bedding didn't appear fresh. If we weren't exhausted from traveling, we would not have stayed! And we will never stay here again!

There were used wash cloths in the bathroom. The bedding was dirty. Door barely closed. Did not feel safe at all. So I left and stayed somewhere else.

It's really aggravating when you get a room in a motel and the bathtub does not have a plug so you can't take a bath. You can only take a shower. Fix the damn drains

When we got there the front door was locked and we had to go to the side door which was slightly irritating. On our way to our room there were wires running from a roof to a random “storage room” or so we are assuming. Upon entering our room it hadn’t been swept or vacuumed in quite some time, the bathtub drain was laying in the center of the tub, and there was trash and dead flies in the window sills, the beds were clean but overall it was a serious disappointment. The hallway also smelled absolutely repulsive. I didn’t take photos of anything but the wires but I would have rather stayed on the side of the road in my car.

This hotel is dirty and smelly. Paint peeling, wood rot. The door is not sealed properly and you can see outside. Not hot water. No soap. 2 towels. 1 hand towel. 0 wash clothes. Another guest went to get some and had to argue with the front desk. On the good side, the counters were. I e and the refrigerator was cold. Nothing like the photos online.

The property is in VA... i think the water heater is in New Jersey. It literally took 15 minutes for the shower to get warm enough for ke to get in it. Other than that, not bad.

Door didn't lock well and felt unsafe tv wasn't working, floor was sticky, noise from local people from gas station meters aways from the door. Room was cold, can't get the heat up. Got there around 9:45pm and checkd out 3 hours later. Couldn't get any sleep or rest so I just left. Only good things was the hot water and free wifi. Will not stay here again.

When I arrived the front desk employee was rude and on the phone with her son. No customer service skills what so ever. Get to the room and it’s nasty. Not clean and the bathtub looked like it hasn’t been clean In weeks with a bunch of hair on it. Just nasty over all, will never stay there ever again.

Took 40 minutes to get a room. Computers kept going down. People coming back to lobby after getting room saying there was somebody already In the room they were assigned, or coming back to lab by saying the room was never cleaned. I was traveling with a 1, and 4 year old and my wife. They gave us an “upgraded” room for waiting so long, what a pain in the bud. Girl at front counter was stressed and overworked. She was nice and did her best to help us out. Would I stay again? If I had absolutely no where else to stay, I would stay again.

Customer service is terrible. The entire property is dirty ( rooms and all ) and I switched rooms twice due to the inconvenience of none of the room s being cleaned. Food left in the refrigerator from previous guest leaving a foul odor behind.

power went out for two hours whilst there, front of ac unit isn’t on all the way, door lock shifted and door wouldn’t lock until screwed back into place, room needed TLC The front desk lady was absolutely amazing though and had amazing customer service!

Upon arriving around 7:30pm the area was not a very well lit area. Red Roof and Travelodge share the same parking lot. The first door I came upon was Travelodge as there were no sign stating which door belong to Red Roof until you went thru the door of Travelodge which had an awful mildew smell. I continue on thru Red Roof reception area and no one was there after waiting about 2-3 minutes I rang the bell the receptionist came from the outside. The gentleman that came to attend to me was not personable at all, no smiles, conversation or warm welcome. He gave me no real direction to our room he just said its around the corner. Red Roof Motel is what it should be called the exterior was very dirty looking in a disarray no railings of any sort on the second floor, doesn't look safe and I didn't feel safe at all. Our room had no fire detector, no phone, towels for only two people when we had three. One roll of toilet paper and it wasnt a full roll. When I went to ask for another towel the so called manager looked at me like I had two heads he said its 9pm and I said ok what does that mean he said the laundry person wasn't around and apparently that person had the key. Now I looked at him with a dumb look because after I asked for a manager he told me he was the manager he didn't want to give me his name so I said if you're the manager why don't you have a key to the laundry room. I told him that I will be reaching out to corporate and Red Roof. NOT HAPPY!!

It looks like it’s close, there was a group of latinos 12-15 that spent from 8 to 3 in the morning outside in the parking drinking beer and making a lot of noise just beside our room.

Dolace looked like an abandoed propert. Everything brokem. Greeted us with keycard saying if it is dirty come back and tell me. Huge fight outside our room that went on for over an hour.
